Stylish? NO. Check the definition. Yes, yes...the definition will be subjective but still, NO. Hell No. |
So where exactly are the less known "facts." |
Gboliwe: what do u mean by you will 'initiate employment with the firm upon graduation'?At the time, I was yet to graduate. I was only seeking an MBA summer internship which usually turns into a full time job. They turned me down so I pretty much told them that'll I be back again once I graduate (So I'll do my summer internship with another company but I'm coming back to get a full time offer from them.) |
Gboliwe: you want to volunteer? That is a good optionI'm sorry but I don't understand your question. What am I volunteering for? |
All these conspiracy nonsense. All I see is same lips and eyes. It's all about the hat. If the 1939 dude take off his hat, his head shape might be totally different! |
If you are really interested in a company, you just don't give up when they reject you. Make them see your passion! Most of us just give up or move on to the next company after the first rejection email. Below is a sample letter I wrote after being rejected by a company: Dear Mr. Steel: Thank you for your kind letter on April 17. After careful consideration I regret to inform you that I am unable to accept your refusal to offer me employment with your firm. This year I have been particularly fortunate in receiving an unusually large number of rejection letters. With such a varied and promising field of candidates, it is impossible for me to accept all refusals. Despite your outstanding qualifications and previous experience in rejection applicants, I find that your rejection does not meet with my needs at this time. Therefore, I will initiate employment with your firm immediately following graduation. I look forward to seeing you then. Best of Luck in rejecting future candidates. Sincerely, Chu. |
Apparently they don't teach the definition of a law either |
At last, the time has come when people will do anything for money and fame. very little boundaries left! |
Are you sure that's a "she?" Looks more like a transgendered or a himher |
I don't think you'll ever find a commercial ship that goes from Nigeria to the United States. That makes no sense at all given the ridiculous distance and time. Your best bet would be to get in touch with a cargo ship and ride as a crew member and maybe you'll have a chance. |
Who is this man fooling? Let them come to you with their tithes and offerings and they will live. Let them come to you as if paparazzi won't follow. This pounded yam General Overseer thinks he's God. "One problem is that they like to go to churches where they do paparazzi and the rest. They don’t want to come to the truth and that is why they are dying this way." They are dying because of the churches they chose to go to? Let them come to God and not you! |
My friend, this thing can be a book and you know Nigerians don't like to read. Here's all you need to know about Investing in Nigeria's Stock Exchange: DON'T DO IT...especially now...unless of course you have money you wouldn't mind throwing away or money you wouldn't mind forgetting about for a LONG time! And if you do, throw it this way! And some guy added: "Buy low, sell high" as if he has delivered the advice of the year. |
And this qualifies to make the strong page because it adds the utmost informational, educational and etc value to our lives compared to all the other topics that have been denied even page 3. This is surely a topic worth discussing to the highest degree. Applauds and awards all around. *SARCASM* But to answer the question, MY MOTHER (screaming!) |
Some people are not even answering the question. They're just quoting scriptures and famous sayings of which, some are irrelevant. I'll say it depends on your definition of LOVE. Today, we all have millions of definition and by mine, I say YES, it's very possible to stop loving a "partner" especially if you have confused love and LUST. |
So this idiot takes us for fools? He wants us to believe that the police came spraying bullets and only killed 9 while they, with only machetes and whatever the hell else they had, managed to kill 95... How exactly did they get 95 because he also mentioned that there were bullets being sprayed and teargas as well. In all these chaos, they were able to count their victims as they chopped them down with machetes. I salute but either ways, the killings must stop! One life lost unnecessarily is one life too many! |
So where's the lesson? Apparently he didn't learn if there was a second date and he's still calling. |
The bible say to pray for our leaders...it's that simple. It didnt say what kind of prayer so the format is really up to me |
omiobo: Thank God that guy is alive. Death is always close no matter where you are.Yes but it's much closer in Nigeria. It's like death lives in Nigeria and travels abroad every once in a while. |
"President Obama would be interested in hearing President’s Jonathan’s plan to control the Boko Haram insurgents who he plans to offered amnesty, even as the sect continues to slay hundreds in their quest to end western education in the country apart from kidnapping foreigners for ransom." NONSENSE...He's only coming to talk OIL, OIL, OIL, OIL...OIL RELATIONS, OIL SUPPLY, OIL, NIGERIAN OIL, AFRICAN OIL, MORE OIL, CHEAP OIL, FOOLISH OIL, OIL, OIL,OIL...You think he'll even step foot anywhere near Nigeria if we were as dry as Kenya? |
Delicious? Are you kidding me...What the heck is that? This looks more like emergency food! I saw everything but "rice." I had to dig deep just to discover the rice contoured with spaghetti and all kinds of additions. |
Terrific Chelsea, Tottenham game. Man of the match's definitely Adebayor. Today, I add him to my list...simply mesmerizing! *Torres = HAHA Adebayor is actually better than I thought! Tall with wicked stamina and control. He's pretty much like Yaya Toure. |
I'm sure she's knows that she's richer than you unless if you've been lying to her; in which case you're screwed. Otherwise, be creative. Do something or take her somewhere that money can't necessarily provide. In other words, make money a non-factor...priceless! |
GENERIC EME music but I still like it just like the other one. |
I don't blame him. In this economy, you need someone equally capable of earning a degree and making some money. JAMB is currently one of the few benchmarks and evaluations. *kidding |
Another generic EME "girl please" music but I actually like it. |
RIP Sir Alex (Retire In Peace!) You may be missed. I don't think he want Mourinho to replace him so he waited for Mou to get a job first before announcing his retirement! |
"Retired" or not, the path to peace in Nigeria is still far from that and not as simple. We are still stuck in our barbaric and selfish ways with our evolution or civilization happening at a slower pace than slow snails. We've pretty much had the same guys in power since our independence. How can fresh and new ideas take root when the old guys refuse to pave the way and make way for the young ones to govern. Govern-ship is not a marriage. It's not "till death or near death do you part!" |
Nonsense! Do you even know anything about the US media. If the speculation even existed, doesn't have to be true, you wouldn't just be reading about it on Nairaland. You'll have newscasters bringing the news, LIVE, to your doorsteps...especially the RIGHT WING (Republicans) |
Mobilized, mobilized, mobilized. You use the word mobilized as if these people were acting civilized. Why in 2013 are we still stuck in our barbaric ways. Why is our "civilization" snail-crawling? We are loosing lives, valuable lives, unnecessarily in Nigeria. Enough! |
"No peace in the country"...for who? The poor people. "We the people" are always the recipients of their buffoonery. Somehow, we have managed to allow our elected politicians to climb almost above the law and we suffer for it. |
You have to take an extra course in "Evading Death" and "Near Death Experiences" before qualifying to drive in Nigeria. The International License is simply not enough! *sarcasm |
If Nigeria was a school... |
