He's exactly where he belongs. The "funny" Chelsea fans love him and he has quite a dangerous team at his disposal if he can work his magic on them. Next season will be very interesting at the English Premier League |
She hit a lot of colors. There's just too much going on. The simpler the better but it still doesn't look bad. To each, his own taste I guess. |
Short term: Nothing Long Term: You may never even live to see it double so it's pretty much useless. N1000 is less than $10 and there isn't really much you could do with that. Sorry. You could either have a great meal with that or bless someone! |
I don't blame him. Somehow we humans have gotten to the point where are willing to take life or even make death threat over a sport, a freaking game...it's not life. What are the death threats about? It's not like they had a better chance of qualifying for the world cup than our Super Eagles anyways! |
I want to laugh but I guess there's nothing funny about this. Our government forever with their useless schemes. Fix our country and you wouldn't need a mortgage scheme to attract us back home. There's a reason why these people are dying to go abroad in the first place. |
My next international destination. I look forward to experiencing Nairobi. Our next documentary should be interesting! |
That guy looks like he'll be an expert is sucking poison off people. |
Which possession? How can you play possession football without possession players. He better focus on goal-scoring and outscoring-opponents football. |
1.“Church” is not a physical building. Your body is the church of God. 2. We go to the physical building not because we have to but because we are encouraged not to forsake the gathering of “Christians.” So we chose to honor that gathering mostly on Sundays. There’s a level of assurance and validity that comes from worshiping with others who share your beliefs and feeding off their testimonies. |
I hope that's not all because that's one cheap dowry! You have village girls commanding higher dowries |
Why are people talking about him not being the "biggest guy" or the "most muscular guy" of the group...It wasn't a body building competition. |
We have found our modern day Jonah. |
Now it's obvious that Nicki Minaj is her style role model. That face looks like it does not belong on that body. |
What do you mean by hot or not? What the heck is this? No one told this guy that too much oil and sweat don't mix especially when you have to concentrate on holding your breath in order to make your stomach look slimmer. |
"heavily criticized" by who? First of all, who is Tunde Ednut? This is the first I'm hearing of him. Either ways, not a bad song...much better and more original than Ori Owo and nice marketing gimmick...made me watch the video at least (He never buried anyone in the video...All I saw was 4 guys playing and dancing in the sand.) |
In one word, disappointing. Another repetitive "too much money" video with below average lyrical content with auto-tune...but, but...very good, but not original, beats. As a music lover, I demand more! |
Serena Williams finally captured her most elusive title, beating Maria Sharapova, 6-4, 6-4, to win her second French Open title and her 16th Grand Slam title over all. Williams, 31, won 11 years to the day after her first title at Roland Garros and is the oldest French Open champion in the open era. Although Sharapova has been something of a punching bag for Williams in past years, she made it a more competitive match than many expected, even racing out to an early 2-0 lead. But Williams leveled the set and held onto momentum throughout the match, if only slightly. The win gives Williams a double career Grand Slam, having won all four major tournaments at least twice. -NY Times |
Funny how we are always quick to arrest students and subordinates (not to condone crime) but those running the real scam, those who have destroyed and failed our educational system, are free to roam about. |
I like all the optimism from my fellow Super Eagle fan but with our Confederate Cup lineup, the only team we're beating is Tahiti. A draw with Uruguay would be close to a miracle and don't even mention an upset of Spain. |
9jadelta: america is not safe, my people should come back homeBecause Nigeria is safer? |
This must be comedy comparing the S3 to that "other phone." Only in Nigeria which is a market that's of course driven mostly by price so it's understandable. |
I'm happy for you. You've made the right decision at a relatively young age. It's understandable how we can succumb to family/external factors when choosing careers. But keep in mind that whatever decision you make, you're the one that's stuck with it for the rest of your life...long after your parents are gone! |
It's funny how Nigerians love protesting in other countries. Why don't they fly back to Nigeria, put their lives on the line, and protest in Abuja so we know they're serious. They are behaving as if they've been paid. |
Phartymah112: I'll simply quit when i discover he's in Nairaland. Coz all the dude here are currupt in one way or the otherQuite a generalization you've got going there. Unfortunately, there's really no way of proving you wrong on Nairaland so your statement stands...for now. |
Nigeria vs. Kenya. A clash between my two favorite African countries. I expected a most hostile atmosphere after the ill treatment we afforded them in Nigeria. Nigeria barely beat Kenya and most of us Nigerians are jubilation as if 1-0 is not disappointing. Until recently, we didn't even know Kenya had a national team. Either ways, we'll have to take the win. SUPER EAGLES! |
Statement after statement after statement. That's all most of our leaders ever do. They focus their energy and attention on winning elections as if that's what we elect them to do. After the elections, the winners become completely useless and counterproductive! |
"self-acclaimed." |
We'll encounter a most hostile atmosphere today in Kenya. Let's hope fate doesn't bite us in the ass after the I'll treatment we afforded them in Nigeria. Let's go Super Eagles! |
I see at least 4 different women in those photographs. The wonders of Photoshop and the beautification industry! |
Why are some people equating "not kissing a man" to "success"? It's a choice and a wise one in her case and we commend her for that but let's not get too carried away with the equations. Congratulations to her and all the best to her in the future! |
