Mine we have what we call 'team bonding'
This is organised and funded by the departments
who choose any location in nigeria where the go to for
one week to ease off stress at work place

For graduates the Stages - Intermedate 1-PE 11
If your course is not related to HR, you will be advised to start from
INT 1
But if it you will be Exempted from INT 1 then You start from INT 11
If you ve got Masters Degree, you will be exempted from INT1 and 11
The exam is twice in one year, Feb and Aug diets

2. It depends on the org. but you are suppposed to get your full pay
3. You resume normal time and close an hr before normal closing time
4. In my org. there is no law. but you need to do child spacing cos of your career

i think you will have to start from intermediate 11
you will only be exempted from intermediate 11 if
have a MA degree Hope it helps

You can live any where on the island - Ikoyi and V/I
but it depends on your pocket or preferably surulere,
ijora and palmgrove area . At least from this areas if you
leave by 6.30am - 7.00am you will get to Broad street by 8.00am
or 8.30am depending on the traffic in CMS .

any training is not a waste of time.

I have an Issue, assuming one needs to to go for leave and the next person to you is
just an office assistant and above you is a junior manager who do i hand over everything to

1.if u re pregnant and would want to go for maternity leave how will u coordinate
   who will take over from you?
2. Will u inform your boss or take leave?
3. In  your organisation how may months are you entitled to stay at home?
4. When you resume how will you cope with the baby if you have a tight schedule and work far from where
    you reside.

2. lf its urgent, l would contact my boss on phone and seek his advice.
3. lf he could not be reached on phone, l will pass the doc to the next snr Manager.

thats exactly what i could have done
cos business is different from pleasure
if his your boss's friend he should know that ur boss is not around
so why bringing the docs in his absence
