Hehehehe... lol. grin grin grin grin

if i read something like i came from humble beginings and later became a state governor or millionaire or anything useful, i could have understood the reason why this shameless Igbokwe published his embellished yet useless life history.

I had expected to read about some major achievement to point to in his life as examplary apart from going to Okongwu school, UNN and establishing a restaurant in Lagos. Who didn't do that? lol.... grin grin grin grin

Go to Onitsha, Aba or Owerri and ask the owners of those 4 storey buildings how they managed to make money to build them between 1975 - 1985 from 20 pounds given to them and you will hear true stories of heroism and achievement.

An average Igboman born before 1970 can boast of better achievement from poverty to grace. Has anyone read about Innoson, Ibeto, Ekene dilichukwu, Prof ABC Nwosu, or Festus Nwakor just to mention a few.

Nnamdi Kanu from a humble beginning to becoming an undisputed leader of Ndigbo only surpassed by Ikemba Odimegwu Ojukwu or Nnamdi Azikiwe is a feat greater than owning a restaurant business in Lagos and later applying for APC spokesman of Lagos. For God's sake, Rochas Okorocha can boast of a greater pedigree of coming from poverty, broken family from different tribes (hausa & Igbo) to becoming a multi-millionaire and a state governor of an Igbo state for two terms.

Today Nnamdi Kanu is a legend known around the globe, yet he didn't steal anybody's 1 kobo unlike the useless Nigerian politicians.

Joe Igbokwe should have remained as a Molue conductor which he self admitted. It is the only job that fits his shameless persona

I believe Pa Edwin Clark should understand that the 1960,1963 constitution is basically anti Ijaw and anti Niger delta in itself! the 16 point demand has never been imputed in that constitution.
So my advise is not the advocacy of reverse to a 1960,1963 constitution that is anti minority!
there is a lot of injustice that is against the ijawitshekiri, urhobo, ikwere, ilajes, efiks and ibibios with other Niger delta communities that need to be addressed such as education of Puppis that are in those primary communities where exploration occurs, healthcare facilities, and unpaid levees to the state and LGA of operation.

The 1963 constitution is precisely about giving Ijaw justice and equity.
When groundnuts, cocoa and palmoil were bringing foreign exchange, the Fulanis insisted on the 1963 constitution to make sure they kept 50% of derivation for their resources for themselves. Now that oil is the revenue earner, they immediately changed to desperately reject the same 1960 & 1963 constitution they wrote themselves just to make sure that the Ijaws were denied 50% of their oil derivation.

Justice FOR ALL is the first thing to lead to Nigerian unity. You cannot suddenly change the rules of the game midway just to favor yourself all the time.

Edwin Clark and Ijaws are right to insist on 1963 constitution that every Nigerian group INCLUDING FULANIS agreed to as the basis of unity to come together as one Nigeria. Let Ijaws have 50 % of their derivation as other regions enjoyed 50% in the past.

Who knows the next region to discover the next precious metal and then they will suddenly want to adopt the original independence constitution which they are rejecting now because Ijaws happen to have the most precious resource today.

Nnamdi Kanu has clearly espoused his superior argument that how he analyzed the wicked set up in Nigeria now, the only solution is for the country to breakup as restructuring will be merely postponing the evil day.

He therefore challenged "One Nigeria" advocates to get their best intellectually sound people that have something tangible to debate to the contrary to cite tangible reasons to buttress their views because they either witnessed the events that led to the last civil war and have proved themselves as sages in their own right.

If Nnamdi were not 100% correct in his assessment of the Nigerian brutal setup of stealing and oppression, responsible people with knowledge would tackle him and disgrace him on national TV debate and not daft hungry dogs as Joe Igbokwe that neither know the history of Nigeria nor put together a coherent argument without the silly " Go and sit down, how many buildings did your father have in Abuja or Lagos "or those types of arrant nonsense to waste everybody's time.

PoliticsRe: Quit Notice On Igbos: What Arewa Youths Told Me – Orji Kalu by cjrane: 7:07pm On Aug 01, 2017
DONSMITH123:
Former Abia State governor, Orji Kalu, on Tuesday received the leaders of the Coalition of Arewa Youths led by its chairman, Shettima Yerima.

The meeting held in Kalu’s house Tuesday afternoon.

Kalu shared what was discussed on his Facebook page.

He wrote: “It is the same group that made the Kaduna declaration in which three months quit notice was given to the Igbo living in the North. The quit notice has actually been a source of worry to me because I knew the commitments of our people around the world not to talk more of being economic migrants in nature.

“The unnecessary uprising caused by the quit notice inundated me to call them to order as nothing is too much to be sacrificed for peace. I believe the actions of these youth were borne out of frustration and I am happy that they have promised me today that they will further consult to sheath their swords and denounce their declaration.

“Today, they have given me their word of embracing peace and maintaining that no harm shall befall any of our people in the North. I believe in a united Nigeria where fairness, equity and justice are instituted. I also believe that our lives are sacrosanct and no Igbo blood should be spilled at any slightest provocation again.”

Somebody told me in 1966, Arewa asked Igbos to leave their region and went ahead to kill some in the same 1966. This led to escape of many Igbos and other southerners and so Arewa rescinded the order so the foolish ones would return in 1967 and get killed even more.

I was told the Arewas were already worried Igbos and southerners would escape and so they would soon rescind the quit notice and find a reason to complain again in the near future and kill those foreigners in their land. Exactly as i was told, things are playing out as scripted.

The Igbos and indeed other southerners in the north should better escape with their lives NOW!

The problem with some of you is that you don't research the law.
Before now, that people realized the evil called the 1999 constitution, I told somebody that with the 1999 constitution in force, nothing will change in Nigeria because those that wrote that document went into a secret room to devise how the north will continue its dominance over the south even in a democratic setting and did it in the form of a "Constitution".

I have always been averse to any protest that has no economic consequence on Nigeria. They just don't care as a country unless you kit their pocket. Notice that as soon as BH took the oil workers, FG stopped oil exploration in . If you sit at home and it hurts the economy, they listen.

I am not saying you should take any oil workers. Just warn them to leave and then go ahead and start taking out the pipelines one at a time. Eventually, they will notice that the operation crocodile laugh was unable to scare you from stopping the exploitation and exportation of your natural resource.

The Fulanis and all Fulani states produce nothing for the federation account, yet they all sorts of lies and gimmicks to collect the lion share of everything contributed by others.

They actually planned with their military juntas to continuously milk the south until such a time when the southern resources run out. Then they will suddenly find an excuse to break away from Nigeria and then begin to mine their own solid minerals to survive when the southern oil would have been long finished.

That is why every southern group must first HALT FURTHER OIL PUMPED OUT OF OUR SOIL AND SEAS UNTIL WE HAVE JUST RESOURCE CONTROL OF TRUE FEDERALISM.

Once you halt the OIL FLOW, they know you understood their game plan and will seriously consider a just country or leave now rather than in the future after sucking the south dry.
PoliticsRe: Northern Nigeria Provides Nothing, Yet Benefits More - Anniko Briggs. by cjrane: 8:56pm On Jul 23, 2017
Masterclass32:
- Annkio Briggs called for a
change of Nigeria's current
structure

- The activist said the north was
benefiting than the rest of the
country

- She noted that the northern
region was contributing
nothing to the country

Annkio Briggs who is an
environmental activist from the
Niger Delta has lashed out at the
current Nigeria structure that sees
the north benefit more from
allocation sharing.

In an interview with The Punch,
Briggs noted that the north was at
an advantage over the rest of the
country due to having more states
and local government.

She said: “Today, we have a 36-
state country with six geopolitical
zones. The North has 19 states; the
South has 17 states. Looking at
that, you have a situation where
the North has more senators in the Senate and the South has less.

“What that means is that, if there
is a bill that will be in the favour of
the South, like what happened
with the Petroleum Industry Bill –
there is no way that PIB would
have been passed if the North said it should not be passed. In the
North, you have 19 states, 419
local government areas, 58
senatorial seats and 191 House of
Representatives seats.

“The South has 17 states, 357
local government areas, 51
senatorial seats and 169 House of
Representatives seats. So, if the
Yoruba, all the ethnic groups in
the Niger Delta, and the Igbo who are members of the National
Assembly agree on anything that
would benefit their people, and
the North say no, the North’s
position would be upheld.

“We have six zones; all the zones
must have equal number of states.
You cannot have a situation where
census was done and a state like
Kano insists that it is more in
population and therefore it must have 44 local government areas,
but Bayelsa has only eight local
government areas.

“When you have allocation that
is shared based on the number of
local government councils, you
would find how unjust the sharing
is. The North, in terms of oil and
gas, produces zero.

“Yet, when we share based on
local government allocation, the
North gets 54.9 (per cent) of what
we bring to the table. We (South-
South) that bring 100 per cent get
45.1 per cent. Of course, it is injustice. When you go by state
allocation, the North gets 57 per
cent of 100 per cent that they are
bringing zero per cent of, but the
entire South is getting 43 per cent.

“In the allocation of oil and gas,
the South-South brings 91.54 per
cent, the South-West, that is, the
oil in Ondo State is 3.97 per cent.
The oil in the South-East is 2.75 per
cent. The North-Central, North-East and North-West brings 0.00 per
cent, and yet, they take home
more.

“Somehow, people are able to
overlook this and focus on the
Niger Delta Development
Commission that the government
owes, and focus on Amnesty and
the Ministry of Niger Delta.

“We are saying, ‘Let go of the
amnesty. Let go of the NDDC. The
Ministry of Niger Delta, let go off it.
The North-East Development Fund,
let go of it. Let go of every
palliative. Let everybody use what it has.’ That is the only justice
that we will entertain now and pay
tax to the Federal Government”

https://www.naij.com/1116421-the-north-enjoying-lion-share-providing-briggs.html
It is a case of classic parasitism that they plotted against the south using a fake constitution to legitimize the grand theft.

The Fulanis planned with their military juntas to continuously milk the south until such a time when the southern resources run out.

PoliticsIgweocha Is The Capital Of Biafra by cjrane(op): 5:06pm On Jul 22, 2017
A lot of questions had arisen recently on where the new Biafran capital will be located. While many said it will be Enugu because it was the former regional capital, others preferred Owerri because it was the most central city. Many more preferred Umuahia as it was the true operational capital of Biafra during the civil war.

In the light of these, many have asked where the new administrative capital, legislative and judicial branches of government of Biafra will be located using the South African model that guaranteed proper separation of powers and national spread of governance instruments. Well, it is no longer secret that Igweocha is the capital city of Biafra.

Now that the legislative and Judicial capitals of the new state are yet to be pronounced, i would want Biafran to debate which Biafran cities should host these branches of government and the reason for your opinions.
Thank you.

Op,

My appeal to all southern groups is to unite and STOP oil pumped out of the region until the federal constitution of 1963 or true fiscal federalism is started in Nigeria. As long as the oil is allowed to flow from the land of the oppressed, it buys many years of oppression for them.

Nigeria knows the truth about Igbo population and it has always been known by all. That is why they hate a proper census to count Nigerians.

The issue today is whether we want a just country for all of us to live in peace and develop at our own rate or just fight it out and still come back to the negotiating table after so many lives have been needlessly lost.

The ONLY reason Fulani refuses to have a fair and equitable Nigeria is because we have allowed uninterrupted flow of OIL.

It is time to hit and stop the OIL flow until Nigeria is returned to an equitable 1963 constitution agreed to by our founding fathers as the basis for unity as one country or we simply adopt the 2014 CONFAB report as agreed to by Nigerians.
