tzoracle:It's a shame the north has all these and arable land. Yet they rely on cheating with bogus statistics of population in order to corner a lion share of oil wealth belonging to others. In the process creating massive crisis for the country while indirectly impoverishing itself. |
nabiz:APC e-rats are actually paid to keep posting crap online. Just as they dominated NL in 2010 and 2013 posting that Ngige would win Peter obi and obiano, he lost all the time. They said Fayemi would win and the reverse happened, then all their new monikers went silent. Buhari's paid e-rats will still disappear after february 14th when Buhari shall lose again. |
200 foreign companies to storm Enugu for 26th International Trade Fair By Emmanuel Uzodinma on February 5, 2015 No less than 200 foreign companies are expected in Enugu in the next few weeks for the 26th Enugu International Trade Fair. The President of the Enugu Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (ECCIMA), Dr. Ifeanyi Okoye, who disclosed this on Thursday, said the companies would be coming from China, India, the United States, among others. Dr. Okoye spoke while addressing a press conference in Enugu to flag off activities for the 26th Enugu International Trade Fair slated to begin on March 27 and to end on April 6, 2015. He said the fair would be declared open by President Goodluck Jonathan. Okoye, however, appealed to the Federal Government to give the chamber the approval to partner the private sector in the development of facilities at the permanent site of Enugu International Trade Fair Complex. The President of ECCIMA) stated that there was still infrastructure deficit at the permanent site even though the state government had been of great help in maintaining internal roads and general environmental status of the complex. He stated that this year’s fair would attract the highest number of foreign firms in attendance ranging from 150 to 200 firms expected from India, United Kingdom, United States, China and other parts of the world. The ECCIMA President stated that the essence of the fair was to get business minded people, researchers and innovators together to interact and then go back to develop themselves. Okoye said that ECCIMA was aware of the general elections slated for this month, noting that they had started preparing for the fair working with the current time table of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), but at the same time ready to make any necessary adjustment if desired. Answering questions from journalists, Dr. Okoye stated that Enugu International Trade Fairs had impacted positively the economy of Enugu, South East and Nigeria in general. “The results are there, we have a lot of companies in Enugu state and they have gained a lot from the past fairs. I can mention a company like Innoson, which all of you know; he manufactures vehicles now. “They have been coming to participate in the Trade Fair, manufacturing plastics, now they are manufacturing vehicles,” he said. He expressed the optimism that this year’s fair would a great success, adding that it had been packaged. The ECCIMA boss announced that they were collaborating with banks and. marketing communication firm based in Lagos to enhance and boost the level of participation and visitors to the Fair through a unique introduction of gift presentations to lucky visitors to the Fair. What Nigeria needs is transformation, not change He gave the theme of this year’s Fair as “Engineering the Nation’s Business Climate for Enhanced Industrialization, Investment Inflow and Empowerment Generation”, even as he announced that the opening ceremony would be chaired by Prince Arthur Eze, chairman of Oranto Petroleum and Atlas Petroleum International Ltd. |
Still the shining but abandoned Enugu Super Dome : International Conference Center Will stop this colossal waste of the peoples' money by completing the edifice and opening it to host conferences, celebrity weddings to generate revenue for the state?

I'm proud of Chadian troops! No moles to worry about in their midst. They are committed to the job. |
Buhari just says whatever he feels like to get his hand on Nigeria's treasury.
|
SenseiX:He can laff as long as he still has bigots around him.
|
Even the worst critics of GEJ like me admit he has done very well with the economy. This is in spite of some northern politicians sponsoring a terror insurgency against him. |
Lol.... Even dunces that never had Bsc talk more of Masters, now want to analyze PhD thesis? Do they even know what thesis mean or what to look for? ![]() Because their terror mentor Buhari was a secondary school drop out? Ignorance is truly blissful! ![]() |
CFCfan:Even though i don't agree one or two hospitals in a country as vast as Nigeria will make any difference in dragging diasporans back in great numbers. Stable electricity power supply and developed information & housing systems may be able to do the trick. Nigeria need a complete overhaul of thinking or mentality of building third world infrastructure.I am particularly pained when government builds hospitals, universities and other public buildings as bungalows, citing the standard which Zik had in 1960 when Nigeria's budget was a few million dollars. The mentality that it is okay to build hospitals without boreholes or stable water supply or haphazard structures without medical equipment must change. Like i had mentioned once, I thank the man that built the first Palms Mall in Lagos. It taught Nigerians that mall building can be a good investment. Likewise, housing projects like Centenary city and perhaps the Uyo hospital should inspire the building of world class housing estates and hospitals in Nigeria. |
papaejima1:If they have truly encircled them, this is the time to unleash artillery barrage until they come out with their hands in the air. If they miss this opportunity to end Boko Haram, all these soldiers that have the advantage now will be surprised when they are killed in a few years from now by the same terrorists they have just encircled |
fkaz:The help from Chad bravely preventing Boko from escaping into Cameroon has finally tipped the table in favour of our troops. No wonder the Boko haram sympathizes have been trying to play Chads involvement as an invasion of Nigeria. Praise God for Chad! |
Buhari is a Dunce, what does he have to say than he would use Sharia to fight kworoption and stabilize oil price. Talk about having a sensible debate with Bin Laden. ![]() |
IGBOSON1:Oga Spyder, Is this the Enugu Centenary lifestyle and golf city? The emblem on that fence and the main gates appear like the golf city's.
|
Exactly!! The Buhari & some northern politicians started Boko Haram to spite us for voting GEJ in 2011.They have wasted many innocent lives and those innocent blood will ensure they continue to fail in grabbing power by violence and terror.

IGBOSON1:This na Obodo oyibo things o! ![]() |
IGBOSON1:Incompetence ?, yes, sometimes Deliberate sabotage? Yes! always! Gej have been accused of many things but NEVER Nepotism. He has never pursued a deliberate policy to under-develop any part of Nigeria unlike all his predecessors Except Umaru Yar'Adua. All the others are engrossed in the game of lets pull down this and that region so that our own region will take over their advantage. The civil servants in these federal agencies have exactly the same parochial mindset. That is why it required an Aviation Minister of Igbo origin to fulfill the Federal Government's "desire" for an International airport in the Southeast region. |
Yeye APC e-dogs. Everyone is their enemy because they won't broadcast hate messages. What if everyone broadcast hate messages, what type of country would we have? Buhari always calls on Muslims not to vote for a non-muslim. What if Christians begin to campaign that christians should not vote for a muslim? They just cannot understand what equity means. Anyhow, i'm not surprised when Buhari submits these types of documents for certificate and continues to make ignorant comments.

Honestly, We know our soldiers are one of the best equipped in Africa. Definitely better than Chad or Cameroon. Our army is a wholly volunteer force just like Chad and Cameroon. So why is Chad and Cameroon able to fight Boko Haram and not surrender their entire military hardware to the terrorists? We know there are some bad elements, saboteurs in our army determined to help arm Boko Haram by abandoning their gadgets at the firing of two shots by Boko Haram. Some of our troops also have a high level of indiscipline even firing at their commanding officers. There has to be consequences for indiscipline in the military tradition. If we fail to take a hard stance on those who act as they wish in our armed forces, then our armed forces will truly fall apart from indiscipline and sabotage. |
lomprico:Buhari does not like that word FREEDOM! All he thinks about is killing, violence and hate speech.

BuddahMonk:Buddah ehh? You too like me o! How you just put my comment up-side down, come carry onyoko-meter dey view my comment like lab. scientist? Okay, my comment means that those that plant poverty in their area by rejecting an investor simply out of unwarranted nepotism, shall continue in poverty because they planted the tree of poverty in their land by stupidity. While someone like Dangote will continue to reap mega wealth, off their idiocy by selling to them what they naturally have in abundance. Sort of selling ice to the eskimos because he is too stupid to use his own snow to make ice. If my village is blessed with limestone, just as another village in Gboko or Ogun state, and my village refuse to allow any investor unless he is my village man. Then tomorrow, we run to Ogun state or Benue state to work as slaves in other Cement factories created in other peoples land, it is our stupidity that has under-developed us and made us poor. Even crude oil is nothing unless it is extracted and turned into petrol by an investor. Only then can it create wealth and the youths can ask for their own share of the wealth by being gainfully employed in the company instead of running to Enugu, Onitsha or Kano to become wheel-baro pushers or okada riders. Ngwanu, jukwam another question. ![]() |
0700Jesse:Be advised that terror attacks will heighten as the February Presidential election gets closer. Buhari and other sponsors has told their Boko boys to continue attacking in order to sway Nigerians against the President. But their evil plot will still flop. |
asadike:Hmmm, Ka Freeglobe nweta gi with that good sounding Peter Obi phrase. ![]() |

spyder880:I not only thank Chime for the effort to construct the roads to link up these communities, i thank him even more for building gutters to protect the roads and make sure they last in a good condition for a very long time |
spyder880:O'l boy, see land left and right that we can use for Cashew or Palm oil plantations! Nigeria is truly blessed. I think our problem is because of too much natural blessing, we are unable to think critically how to transform our natural environments into money yielding ventures! Palm or Cashew plantations co-owned by the local communities and the state government would be a great poverty alleviation strategy for the people, while boosting the economy of the entire state. Where is ENADEP? |
nelsonegware:My dear governor, Ride on! We are solidly behind you. |
spyder880:Wow! Great historic monument! I can't believe someone was so disrespectful to try and paste a poster on the monument. Glad to see it was ripped off ! |
IgboMonk:Good Morning Sir. Mkpuru onye kuru ka o'ga aghoro. Honestly, it is not Dangote's fault that he is benefiting from Igbo stupidity, while Igbos are running around the country in other peoples' sub-regions searching for jobs and slaving in far away lands. |
duni04:So, Soludo was there and she was "forging", yet he didn't say anything. Suddenly he now "remembers" her forging because she called his policies disastrous? Soludo has lost all my respect. |

Cuche:Bro, We are not here to debate well known facts. I guess Obiano was a former Senator, House of Rep. or even Local government chairman that we all knew about him before he beat even Peter Obi's SSG Oseloka Obaze, Mrs Ekwunife or Soludo to become the gubernatorial candidate? Ngige even used to make a mockery of Obiano wearing Obi's image while campaigning to be governor. ![]() Obiano himself said he used to read about the aspirants on newspapers from America and hoped for the best man to prevail. He didn't know he would be that man. |
