5minsmadness: You are the confused one here.
Confused, extremely paranoid and looking for a fight where there is none.
In which of my posts have I not stuck 'to my point of view' ? Here look at me I'm 5minmadness and here's what I say. Day 1 "all mean cheat. Maybe except me cos I'm god fearing " Day 15 "nairaland women claim all men cheat except their husbands" Now it's not you but nairaland women who are trying paint the men except those close to them bad? You don't see how confused and senseless it sounds? I guess when you say it, you're only stating a fact but when others echo your thoughts they are rubbishing the image of men. Talk about who's looking for a fight. Mtchew |

5minsmadness: Since I talked about all men being polygamous so many months ago your life has never been the same.
I didn't know it would have such a profound effect on you.
Perhaps I touched on a very sensitive part of your life without knowing?
If so, I want to reassure you I didnt mean to.
Whoever it is that you are afraid will turn polygamous after reading my writeup, I join faith with you in saying he will remain monogamous forever, Amen!
Men are the natural cheats, it is not in conflict with the statement that all men are naturally polygamous. It is only willpower that keeps us in check. So when you see a monogamous faithful man cherish him(like I know you will). He is sacrificing a lot and going through pains for you. (You can now go ahead and respond that females go thru the exact same thing too though we all know they dont.) Cheers! @bold, yet you are looking for who to blame for your crusade of painting the men black. My point is "stick to your POV" Next thing you will start lambasting those who agree with you that all men cheat. Confused much? Seems like people around here say whatever matches the moment without considering their past affiliations. |

5minsmadness: Na lie o. From what I've learned on this family section all men are cheats (except your husbands) until proven otherwise. According to you all men cheat. It is expected because you're polygamous in nature and being faithful is unnatural to yous. Don't push your ministry and school of thoughts on others. That's your message and has always been. Stop dancing from side to side when it suits you. I tire for these color changing individuals in this section self. One day you're claiming men can't be faithful the next day you're trying to wiggle out of it. At least stick to one side. Are all men polygamous or not? |

After then whip you finish, you still manage to spoil. But seriously though why do you think mild scolding is the only other form of punishment apart from beating? Truckpusher: Well, you've made a valid point with watered with every milk of human kindness towards fellow humanity but sorry to say to you that beatings and corporal punishments sometimes straightens some kids until they are able to make rational decisions. But just imagine a society where everything a child does goes , with mild scolding that won't send the same needed message like the crime committed , I can argue that some smart children will manipulate such a system and we've seen cases where evidences like that abound in this same culture where a lot of senseless crime is fast becoming a daily routine. The system is forcing parents to adopt a particular ideology in raising kids unlike what is obtainable. During our time , the fear of my mother wouldn't let me even look at that money if she's counting it how much more flushing it down the drain.

freecocoa: While I agree that it's less than ideal to dress up kids in the manner presented, let us refrain from saying it's "provocative" there is nothing provocative about kids when it comes to pedophiles for feck's sakes, a peadophile is already sick, will strike at any opportunity he/she gets, so how a kid is dressed has absolutely nothing to do with it.
We shouldn't dress kids as adults because they are kids and should be treated as such, it is that simple. Thank you my dear. I feel sick when anyone says a child is dressed provocatively. That's just sad. What's the world turning into? We try to blame it on modernization and say that's what's spoiling our kids while in truth we are becoming more and more prudish and over sexed. I don't even know how that combination is possible but it's happening. Before this so called modernization, we didn't see anything wrong with child nudityy. Even we as kids didn't know there's anything called sexy until we started maturing. So what's the real culprit here? Didn't we all grow up in Nigeria where kids stay outdoors all day only in panties and are non the wiser about their provocative nature? Now we see sexuality where there should be none. It frightens me. As for kids' fashion, some thing definitely look odd on kids. And that includes weaves, make-up or anything that makes them not look like kids. Let the kids be kids dear parents. Below is a child in bum shorts and there's nothing sexy about that. Don't give pervs excuse to justify paedophilia as they've tried to justify rape of adults on dressing.

I understand the kind of frustration that led her to beat the child.
But nothing has been achieved. Even if she lived in a society where beating is allowed, she wouldn't have achieved anything by the beating.
If your child doesn't respect you, beating them won't make them respect you. And what we see here is a clear case of disrespect to the mom.
The questions is why doesn't the child respect the mom? We can't be sure this is the first time she hit him/her so why hasn't that respect grown with beatings?
It Shows the foundations isn't right somewhere and that's not something beatings correct.
I know from experience that beating doesn't stop kids form doing whatever it is they were beaten for.
May god help parents sha. |

Beremx: nne, seems this is the first time you're seeing threads like this where supremacists try to denigrate other Igbos. If you know the level of hatred displayed by Igbos courtesy of some elements among themselves, you will outrightly condemn the Op. Rochas can be insulted as much as anyone wants but insulting IMO people and calling them fools is totally unacceptable. I don't understand we Nigerians sha. So it's basically a competition of my governor is better than yours? What's the average poor man like me going to benefit from that? While the real culprits are getting away with horrible scams, we are praising them or excusing their excesses because the next governor is not doing better. So that makes it okay. anyway Ike okwu agwula m sef. |

am doing fine here,” Eke started. “I have worked as an assistant in a big store, then as a security and for four years now I have a stable job in a taxi company. I earn well to take care of my family and go to Nigeria once every two years. We have bought a house in the high profile Lekki in Lagos and I send money home regularly to my aged parents.” Which taxi driver can do this one in Nigeria? Where government workers are being owed almost one year salary. For many, migrating is still the solution. |

I don't give a hoot about anambra state. That post was of course meant to address everyone doing unnecessary comparisons including the post you quoted. I care about my own state more. That moronic governor should step up or step out. Abagworo: Did you read this?
You see the guy triedto give impression of Anambra being better and showed some bad roads in Imo State while Anambra is far worse. 90% of roads in Onitsha are bad. Even the bridge constructed barely 2years ago at Nkpor is already caving in but he can't see it. What if it was in Imo? Oraifite alone has 51 erosion sites. What about Nanka? Once you find one erosion in Imo the OP will post it while his state has more than a thousand. This picture is Nkpor bridge this September. |
Politics › Re: vr by cococandy(f): 8:08pm On Oct 06, 2015 |
What are these useless comparisons meant to solve? So if the next state is bad, we should then relax and watch our own go rotten too because it's happening in other places? That's why Nigeria will always be backwards.
Who cares about what's going on in anambra when the topic is about IMO?
Pls let's not be Xtupid dear Nigerians |
