No. I saw many people online doing many challenges. I decided to do the "no red meat" challenge because I'm addicted to red meat...I buy as low as #200 worth, boil and eat as snacks almost daily.

I felt like I'd die but here I am in week 3 . I can't wait for the month to end. I even tied and freeze goat meat (chevon) and cow meat (beef) that my neighbour gave me with his birthday party rice. I'm holding myself with strong cuffs not to break this particular challenge.

Next will be bread and pasta...it may never happen though

Devastated, worried and I lost weight in just 4 days because I was thinking. Nearly ended my life because I didn’t understand how that happened. I only had sex three times in my life at that time. Once in SS1 with condom and twice the pervious year(first year in school). I think that point changed certain things about the way I was thinking about it
