Bro...that Spanish youngster is already exposed to big players in spain and more over u cant Luis with Rohr when it comes to getting the best out of a player

I will want amoo to be introduced into the super eagles gradually like oshimen was introduced bit by bit prior Ighalo retired.
The need for No. 10 now is massive that wil put too mucb pressure on the kid but for an EPL player not too much pressure he is already used to it
Will prefer AMOO to be given call ups to come train with this guys from time to time like Morocco did with the chelsea academy goalie to serve as motivation and gradual intro
Gavi ( 17 ) only has 5 appearances for FCB while Amoo ( 19 ) has 27 appearances for Hammarby while Nwakali ( 23 ) has 104 appearances in his club career.

Amoo and Nwakali should start games the same way Gavi started a semi-final game that's how you prepare players for the future and expose them to more scouts and people who watch international football, before that semi-final game I didn't know of any player called Gavi since I don't watch FCB matches...

but because they're Nigerian born and bred you want to treat them like they are Amateur footballers who only started playing professional football last week...

I hope Nigeria doesn't get banned in future because this match and the one against siera-leone are suspicious.... its like England losing to Andorra or San marino..

Black African men and their excessive libido

If you cannot handle the high risk dating culture in the West, why not invest in Vaseline and Toilet rolls.

Hopefully this suspected player won't turn out to be Yves Bisssouma because he seems to have a big money move in January lined up.
not everything is high libido...

A lot of successful black athletes can also be easily set up.. don't forget they're in a country that was part of other eur:opean countries that set up African countries to fail.. the best thing to do as a black athlete is marry early or have one or two girlfriends who you take to the club with you... they can also pay a woman or women to follow them to the clubs instead of trying to interact with strangers who already dislike the athlete because of skin color.

This sort of attitude is the reason why the country is in total shambles.

So , because you and your family are well off it then means that anyone who criticises the atrocities happening in Nigeria is if sstupid ?
the country is not in shambles...

the whole country cannot be in shambles at the same time unless there is a coordinated unrest all over Nigeria by a group of people or the government itself..

Nigeria is a multi-ethnic country so it will be difficult to put every ethnic region in shambles... you can say the economic/political/social e.t.c. situation of an ethnic region is worse than others and that's the way it is all over world, a single country can't have the same economic opportunities in every region of the country especially a country like Nigeria where millions of people migrate out of their states in search of better opportunities in other states...

It is your sort of attitude that chases middle class Nigerians away from Nigeria... fabyom said "Nigeria is a great nation to myself and my family".. he didn't say anything about been "well-off"... so you're been very toxic and hateful, just because you hate Nigeria does not mean other people hate Nigeria or their part of Nigeria... you also hate people that are doing well in their lives..

humans need trees around them for oxygen and carbon-dioxide not because of any green initiative..

What the ef is wrong with you, I told you from the beginning that Ibos are migrant by nature you argued, then now at the end of countless back and forth, now you tell me Ibos are migrant by nature. is that not the origin of this discussion, that Ibos by their nature need other lands to survive? Guy I am beginning to conclude that even the common verson of this thing called sense is lacking at your end and that you are just arguing emotionally as is the typical ibo way.
you said they can't do it in their region.. you never said they are migrant in nature...

the point is Igbos don't need other lands to survive.. they go to other lands because they see opportunities and those opportunities are not protected by the governments of those places ..

common sense is the sense of a common ma. The kind of man you tell that sources for financing coal are limited and he is still telling you its not impossible and pinning his hopes on something with a low probability. I didn't say it was impossible but you would have thought that real sense would have dictated to a man who claims to have sense that he cant bank on these projects as he may not be able to get the finance to execute them, to execute enough of them at scale or to execute them at a profitable rate. Just saying!!!

Possible and likely are 2 different things
your sense of reasoning is limited...

you keep saying "he may not be able to get the finance to execute them, to execute enough of them at scale or to execute them at a profitable rate."

Loans don't have to be taken to finance such if the capital is coming from the country that wants the power plants built..

stop limited your mind.

Go to Lagos, Abuja, KAno, Kaduna, Sokoto, Ibadan, Ife, Akure, abeokuta, PH, Jos, Ilorin, oyo, Calabar, Katsina, Benin, Ghana, Senegal, India, Sri Lanka, Thailand, you will find ibos in huge numbers. Although for the purp[ose of this discussion i am talking about the ibos in Nigeria, no other tribe, migrates or is present outside their zone like the Ibos.

The importance of this is that people usually leave their home to make a living, if they can do that at home they dont leave home thats why most other tribes in Nigeria largely reside in their zone.
Igbos are migrant in nature.. its not my fault that it took me to tell you that they are migrant in nature...

they are all over because like I said there is no policy to protect the economic interests of indigenes and the people in those places patronize them, if people don't patronize then they won't be able to sustain themselves in those places...

people can also make money both at home and outside their home together if they can afford and it and are ambitious enough to do it...

its not about "if they can do it at home they dont leave home"... this comment shows your lack of understanding the nature of Igbos...

Igbos have the behavior of controlling and been dominant in a place that is not indigenous to them just like the f:ulanis and e:uropeans whether legally or illegally..

During those era you mentioned the north was perfectly doing well even up till Sardauna, Alex Ekweme era. It was the north that even advocated for regional government and Alex Ekweme faulted him. That's what earned Ekweme that title 'nationalist' against Sardauna.
The regional structure we had before 1966 was abrogated by Aguiyi Ironsi, an Igbo man. He was the one through military that initiated this powerful centre government system called Abuja today.

of what relevance to the discussion is the number of people that dies in the war. The bottom line is your land area is small for the ibo population.

Good luck finding a bank that finance coal exploration in 2021, even China wont finance such.
number of people that die whether in war or not affects population size, the Igbo population took a huge blow during the war... the SE consists of at least 5 states and that's more than enough for them...

the SE is not a small land area, stop believing propaganda against the SE...

its not about coal exploration its about building coal power plants, if Nigeria offers $2bn do you think they will reject it huh huh

You need to differentiate between what is good for the elite and what is good for the people. The current system is good for the Northern elite but it is not good for their people. Their people made more progress under Sardauna, when they werent dependent on Oil.

Another thing about gas and Oil reserves. Most of it will eventually stay in the ground. Because of the green push in the west and their ESG crap, It is increasingly difficult to find any financial institution that will finance new Coal/Oil/gas developments these days.
you modified your post...

northern Nigerians never made progress under sar:dauna revenue from oil started after the sar:dauna was dead.. northern Nigeria has always been subsidized by southern Nigeria's revenue.

it is not difficult to find financial institution that will finance new Coal/Oil/gas developments because most of U.S and Canada energy comes from Coal/Oil/gas developments power plants especially coal..

I am aware of this I never said SE do not have resources did I? I said most Ibo people make their living outside of the SE because the SE is not big enough for them. The entire SE is smaller than Oyo state and there are probably more Ibos than yorubas! Let me explain something to you about the Oil and gas industry...it does not employ a lot of people!!! Most Ibos are business men and businesses need markets. The SE market is not big enough to sustain the Ibo business man. and in a secession, they wont have the same access they enjoy today.
you're contradicting yourself... and its Igbos not Ibos.

they also have the largest coal deposits in Africa.

you said "The entire SE is smaller than Oyo state" then who are the indigenes of Oyo state... the entire SE is bigger than Akwa-ibom and Cross-River ( efik, ibibio , annang, oron e.t.c )

revenue from Oil and gas industry will be used to fund other industries that employ millions of igbos...

most Ibos are not business men, a lot of them are retail traders and university graduates and the SE is more than big enough to sustain them...

there are more Yorubas than Igbos... hundreds of thousands of Yorubas did not die in a war, hundreds of thousands of Yorubas did not have their bank accounts wiped which will lead to decrease in standard of living which leads to poverty e.t.c...

normally, they are never meant to have same access they enjoy today if the states outside the SE protects the economic interests of its indigenes.

dan:gote makes his living outside northern Nigeria does that mean northern Nigeria is not big enough for himhuh huh

What you said is right if everything including security is not politicised.
What kind of restructuring are the south talking about and what kind the north can accept. This is where the problem is.

Nigeria depends on oil which is located in the south though oil are found in Bauchi state recently but not explored for now. Other states has one vital mineral or the other not yet explored to yield them revenues. The only one explored and giving the entire country much revenue for now is the southern oil. How can you just wake up one day and say you want to claim it all? Do you think if Federal government can finish Ajaokuta steel for Kogi State, the state will ever care about Niger Delta oil for survival? But can the state finishes the project? No.
This is where the problem is and more.
stop saying what you don't know...

Like I told another NL user - "before 1914 amalgamation southern nigeria was rich by just selling resources because the revenue from the sale of the resources could cater for its population and there was still millions in net profit ( budget surplus ) and that net profit money that should have been used to further the infrastructural development of southern Nigeria, due to amalgamation in 1914, was used to balance the budget deficit of northern Nigeria because northern Nigeria was always running at net loss ( budget deficit )...

If there is oil in northern Nigeria it will be explored.

the bri:tish could not make northern Nigeria profitable, is it un-educated and ter:rorists loving northern nigerians that will now make it profitable. grin grin grin grin

The SE are the ones who need Nigeria the most. Most of you make your living outside the SE because the SE is not big enough for you. So when you talk of parasites and hosts, I suggest you think again
you're mis-informed...

the reason a lot of igbos make their living outside the SE is because the states outside the SE do not have a policy to protect the economic interest of the indigenes in those states and another reason is because the SE is in Nigeria and according to the constitution of Nigeria any Nigerian can live and do business anywhere..

the reason I said you're mis-informed is that the SE has the largest gas reserves in Africa, they also have arable land, they also have one of the largest oil reserves in Africa, they have a large population of university educated people e.t.c.

they are the ones that do not need Nigeria at all..

And I did mention that the problem I have with your comment...sorry i was not clear...is that you think we can be rich because we have resources.

For me, the fact that we have oil, mineral, and other resources is meaningless. What i am interested in is what we do with those resources...especially using them to make products. That is why Dangote is rich...he woke up from being a mass importer, and went into manufacturing.

Most Nigerians on the other hand think we can live by selling resources and sharing the revenues...which is why we have this North South fight over who controls what. Meanwhile, neither North nor South is talking of ways we can encourage use of the resources to make industrial products.

That's the problem I have with your comment...and with both the government and the opposition.

(p.s most of the people working for Dangote are Southerners. Also in an ideal situation, only Kogi and BENUE WOULD benefit from revenues from cement...not the whole 'South')
southern nigeria was rich by just selling resources because the revenue from the sale of the resources could cater for its population and there was still millions in net profit and that net profit money that should have been used to further the infrastructural development of southern Nigeria, due to amalgamation in 1914, was used to balance the accounts of northern Nigeria because northern Nigeria was always running at net loss...

Nigeria can never be rich due to its population not only because of the lack of manufacturing..

the whole south is not benefiting. da:ngote pays tax to kogi, benue and ogun.. da:ngote is rich because a large population of Nigerians buy his cements not because his into manufacturing..

Well, Kogi and Benue are in Northern Nigeria...(yes, middle belt, but still) and not all Southern states have oil.

Also, BUA cement has facilites in Sokoto and Bauchi...which are in Northern Nigeria...and a rig in the South in Imo.

Plus, the problem with your comment is the idea you have that Nigeria can be rich, or the South can be rich because oil. No. Nigeria can be rich if we use the resources we have to make things people need.

Which ironically is what Dangote is doing. Most Southerners and Northerners prefer to sell imported stuff.....
according to constitution kogi and benue are northern Nigeria, according to the Nigerian map and real life it is southern Nigeria.. we're talking about da:ngote not bua. bua only has cement factories in sokoto and edo none in bauchi...

without oil in the early 1900s, southern Nigeria was much richer than northern Nigeria..

Dangote also owns a lot of cement factories, most of which are located in the North, and which get their raw materials from the North too(many of his cement factories are located near the raw material for cement).

Also, a lot of Southerners own oil blocs, and oil rigs even.
Da:ngote has only 3 cement factories ( one in kogi, second in ogun, third in benue ) none of which are in northern Nigeria.. Da:ngote gets his raw materials from ogun, kogi and benue...
