I believe the police can assist you. IMEI is logged when devices connect to mobile networks. A petition with right department should help know who is logged onto which network with any of those IMEIs.

Politics › Re: Explainer: What Is Pushing The Nigerian Naira To Record Lows? by CodeTemplar: 12:44pm On Oct 30, 2023
Nigeria’s 2024 budget assumes a benchmark exchange rate of 700 naira to the dollar. The finance minister says the parallel market rate of 1,300 naira does not reflect the true value of the local currency.
After floating and realizing it could reach N1350 soon due to lack of forex, they quickly pegged back the official rate to allow easier loan repayment.
Tinubu has been reversing his major decisions. That is a poor self appraisal score.

Igor Pivniv is a true hero.

Igor lives in Moshav Yated close by the Gaza border and works as a police officer. On the morning of Oct 7, he was at work when his wife messaged to say that she heard gunfire, and she was scared for their three children.

Igor jumped in his car and heard on the radio that many Israeli communities had fallen to Hamas. On the road, he spotted an ambush set up by terrorists, took them by surprise and shot them. He then came across a car full of terrorists shooting at civilians and took them out. When he spotted yet another group of terrorists on a hill, he snuck behind them and neutralized them.

Igor was then able to continue to Moshav Yated and his family. Once he saw they were safe, he gathered a band of community members to defend their village until the army arrived hours later.
Thanks to Igor, not a single person in his village was killed.
he saved his village. A true hero.

The Nigerian government under their wicked Military commissions thought they could absolutely crush everything about Igboland including our potentials when they ceded several parts of Alaigbo to other parts of Nigeria, including the Oyel rich parts of Igboland; all to delineate and sap us from any mineral and natural resources. But GOD PASS THEM, in their haste to perpetuate wickedness they forgot Gas and Green energy will be the future one day, now the oil has brought more curse than good to Nigeria, Oyel isn't an attractive commodity on the global market anymore...na gas dey reign now and we have mega-tons of that sitting under the earth of Igboland, keep your oyel and drown in it while you impoverish the Niger Delta regions that own it...we will keep our gas and harness it for the sole development of Igboland.
crude oyel suspicions everywhere

It is likely white hydrogen.
Here is an excerpt from a CNN article about its potential and discovery in Mali:

In 1987, in the village of Bourakébougou, a driller was left with burns after a water well unexpectedly exploded as he leaned over the edge of it while smoking a cigarette.

The well was swiftly plugged and abandoned until 2011, when it was unplugged by an oil and gas company and reportedly found to be producing a gas that was 98% hydrogen. The hydrogen was used to power the village, and more than a decade later, it is still producing.

You gave naira and will get naira.

If with all our national debt, dollars starts weakening and goes to let's say 10% of its values today in 12 months, we can approach our lenders and repay our debt easily without any legal issues. Thats why the people secretly controlling the international bank system won't fold hands and allow the currency they lent out weaken. Let war kukuma breakout make uncle Sam sell weapons so lenders can control indebted countries.

As a lady your boyfriend took u to his family house for the first time and u met her mother cooking, are you suppose to join her in the kitchen or u seat as a visitor and allow her to finish the cooking and serve u ?
Remember it's the first time meeting the family
until the visitor gets invited or permitted into the inner parts of the house, she remains a visitor who doesn't know the response of the host when they get to know her better.

The issue here is that we have to start from somewhere.

I'm no fan of the monopoly OBJ gave Dangote but from a nationalistic perspective, its helped the nation gain sustainability in cement production else foreign companies would have still been telling us how corruption is the reason they can't produce in Nigeria but want to import and sell here.

The cocoa issue is one that has had more dispute of late. West Africa produces over 80% of cocoa. The multinationals are insistent on paying pennies to the farmers and have fought every move to pay a reasonable sum. They'd rather return and give 'aid'. African nations are not going get the production capacity of the West overnight. They have to build from somewhere.
It's largely how pure undiluted capitalism works and not just an issue here. Western nations have increasingly levied imports from certain nations hence incentivising/forcing producers to make goods locally and not import finished goods.
The buyers of cocoa do not owe farmers anything. In open market that's how it is. Even in nigeria, the middlemen milk the farmers with manipulation of market forces. They can feign lack of demand to drive prices down once the buyers are few.

Instead of blaming those turning our raw products into finished goods I think we should aspire to do the processing. It is just like petrol debacle. We sell cheap crude and buy expensive petrol then start crying while pretending corruption that's stopping us from refining crude is an unstoppable force.
It is like a yam farmer selling yam to canteen and eating pounded yam complaining about the service the canteen is rendering him. The canteen may never complain about the cost of yam because they always recover their own money back from the farmer when he eats pounded yam.
