Abuja not as severe as Lagos. Though true.

It is disheartening when a 10 years old house landlord increase rent like he just finished building it yesterday. I feel you OP.

Poverty is synonymous with lack and many lack mental or physical productivity.

Education › Re: Virtual Learning Vs Physical Learning; Pros, Cons, And Recommendations by CodeTemplar: 4:27pm On Nov 16, 2022
In Nigeria where students hardly go for lectures and lecturers won't lecture them but just deliver handouts, distance learning isn't a bad idea. Why pay so much to learn a skill you may never put to use when you can go for a cheaper, time efficient and more convenient option of distance/virtual learning?

The absense of much desired practicals isn't helping neither. If I have to just sit with with a group of people and listen for four or five years while paying so much to be in an overcrowded hall at specific times which may not even suite my biological clock, then I might as well go for virtual learning options.

Putin is just looking to escalate the whole conflict into one that will enable him trigger the Russian nukes while remaining in power.

Inflation was there under the twin disaster party also. I don't care if Buhari runs for 20 terms and win. What Nigeria needs is restructuring.
Business › Re: Naira Redesign: Grains Prices Crash Days After Record Surge by CodeTemplar: 12:11pm On Nov 15, 2022
This should be attributed to harvest and not naira redesign. Naira redesign has been on the table for over a month but harvest coincided more with the price changes and matched the pattern from previous years. I see no relationship between redesign of currencies and prices. If as claimed the redesign is responsible then let N5, N10, N20, and N50 notes too be redesigned.

......The last 7 years of Buhari and APC stepped up the nations gloom and doom to the extent that for the first time since the end of the civil war in 1970, our resilience is being tested to a breaking point.

The daily harvest of needless death in the hands of terrorists of all shades, our national economic collapse leading to untold hardship, the oppressive extravagance of the ruling class, the hopelessness in our broken health, and educational infrastructure and many more are palpable testaments to our recent history presided over by President Buhari and his cronies...."

"..In fact, if there are Nigerians that can be exonerated they are the people of the South-East and South-South; but the North and the South-West are responsible for our problems today under this regime.I said it right from the beginning that Buhari is not competent and therefore cannot lead.

Now, we are crying. It was our shortsightedness.People did not behave the way they are supposed to behaved when Buhari was looking for power..."

Your political leaning is clearly blurring your perspective. Voting is not an offense and so stop saying so so and so region or people are responsible for bad leadership emerging. Can you prove any alternative in 2015 would have acted or performed differently? All you submissions sampled here are because you don't support APC and support another party you are clearly rooting for.

Family › Re: Who Is A Responsible Husband? by CodeTemplar: 4:35pm On Nov 14, 2022
The word responsible in this context has been bastardized beyond repairs.
A man who agrees to become (make a dark deal with the adversary) in order to feed a family is termed responsible whereas he/she may actually be only responsible for the misery of the family in the spirit realm.
That's why we have so many sellouts making deals with the devil and offering relatives and any moving creature as sacrifices.

Business › Re: Another Millions Of Rotten And Decay Naira Notes Discovered In A Private Home by CodeTemplar: 8:22pm On Nov 13, 2022
greenermodels:
All these videos been circulated online are probably government propaganda to garner public support for their badly thought out Naira redesign policy. Who in his right mind would keep rotten money in his home or in a lorry? Nigerians should wise up.
NB: those quoting me should know that all old notes are returned to the CBN for record and destruction so they are in possession of the largest stockpile of old notes in the country. We also read how they have spent trillions in printing new currencies under Buhari so with Aisha Buhari's brother in charge of the currency printing security minting press, this currency redesign policy is possible a big cashout for them before eventual handover next year.
You reasoned out of the box and that's an offense in black world. Why will people just stack and watch notes decay?
Buhari needs to beautify the reminder of hardship, Naira.
