https://stackoverflow.com/questions/12396068/speed-up-page-load-by-deferring-images

follow that link and you can achieve it with JavaScript. It involves loading a dummy and light image first while maintaining the url of the real image as an attribute, then using a JavaScript code after the body tag to swap out the dummy image and put in the real image URL into the img's src attribute.
It involves JavaScript though.

Let daughter's age be d
That makes mom's age 2d and dad's own 2d+5
d + 2d + ( 2d + 5 ) = 100
d + 2d + 2d +5 = 100
5d + 5 =100
5d = 100 - 5 = 95
d = 95/5 =19
daughter's age is therefore 19 and mom's is 19 X 2 = 38 and dad's is mom's own + 5 and therefore 43
19 + 38 + 43 = 100

socialmediaman:
Don’t forget there’s a monthly fee for the meter whether you have electricity or not. If for instance your monthly fee is N500 and your meter runs out 4 months later depending on how you use or how often you get the electricity, when you go to recharge your meter, N2,000 will be deducted automatically from your payment. So if you pay N2,500 you’re only credited N500. You must pay the N2,000 before you recharge. Hope that makes sense... that is, unless the monthly fee has been waived!
I thought Fashola waived the monthly service fee in 2016 when he was just taking charge of the ministry.

Jiang:
You can't cheat them like that woh, they have bigger meters for each specific areas, once the amount of units consumed in that particular area does not tally with revenue generated, they will either force it on estimated billing or totally reduce the amount of electricity being provided to that Area.

So you are just cheating ur neighbors not d electric company
If true then that's cool.

Mr Man

Christians that are sokoto indigene pays same tuition fees as their Muslim counterpart.
I didn't dispute the above post or idea. What I complained about is depletion of state fund to satisfy muslims and then asking Christians to pay for state school like muslims do without any corresponding christian expenditure to cancel what is being spent on mosques and rams. Do you understand that one?
Education › Re: Sokoto State University Increases Tuition By 100%, Gives Students 7Day Ultimatum by CodeTemplar: 8:27am On Apr 07, 2019
fk001:
And where did you get the idea that they were not treated equally with Muslims?

If a Muslim that is non indigene will pay 100k as a tuition fees then a Christian non indigene must also pay that same amount.
Does the state gov build churches the way they build mosques? What about Christmas or easter chicken the way they buy ram. Religion is a private affair between a man and his maker. Why should govt now start giving a particular religion preference?

So just because there are Christians, the state government should treat them special right?

The non indigene law does not exclude or favours any religion.
The non indigene law is irrelevant here. I am talking about Christians who are sokoto people. They are being cheated.

All Governors do this......Buhari is the only different politician we have in Nigeria and we love him for this.
First term of most admin is always like courtship relationships before marriage.
Our leaders, like men, engage unrealistic expenditures, or women, put good show of character meant to win the other party (the masses) over, and like marriage, during second term they show their true colour. Tambuwal is just being human here. Do you remember how Aregbesola of Osun state paid 13th month salaries in his first term and then couldn't pay salaries in his second term?

I am not against the idea of paying 100,000 as fee in a state university because they are already poorly funded.
What I am against is the idea of that same Sokoto state using state fund to buy Ramadan ram and building mosques ( using state fund for a section of the populace ), then turning around to ask Christians which are likely to form a higher percentage of those patronizing the university, to pay more fees. Is it a counter productive move when you consider use of state funds for some people's private believe.

UI is a very great school. There are programs run by UI that CU do not. If UI decides to drop such programs, they will move far in the rankings. Again funding is another issue. CU work towards attaining those rankings and funding is committed to ensure they are attained.
The funding UI enjoys from FG is quite high. CU on the other hand has to share funds with about 5 other universities and hundreds of primary and secondary schools.

Private sector is key, especially in countries that are as populous like Nigeria in which govt can't adequately provide for all services.

You can't compare the delivery of
NTA to Channels
Nitel to MTN
Kaduna refinery to Dangote refinery
FIIRO, Oshodi to IITA, Ibadan

The only problem with private sector is that it comes with the baggage of inequality. But then the benefits of a capitalist system is still awesome nevertheless.
Hmmm...
While those private sector to public sector comparison are quite valid, I believe the ultimate is still govt going into business. Even the advanced nations do interfere in private sector in order to keep their private sector afloat.
What stops our govt from demanding accountability from UI and UNN? You can't just fund them then give them autonomy to misbehave like we are seeing them do.
