You see every loan contracted on behalf of Ghana has to be approved by the parliament of Ghana. I have just checked the records of parliament in respect of all loan approvals since 1999, and there was no record of Nigeria granting a loan to Ghana, ever.

So can you help me with some information? When precisely was the loan contracted? And how much money was involved? What were the terms of repayment? What was the loan for?

What are we supposed to achieve with solar energy? Serious countries only use solar energy and gas as support, their main sources of electricity is coal, hydro or nuclear.
