I no go the 1.9 surge again cos it was already some minutes past 11pm.
I decided to call it a day but then forgot to go offline. Na so trip enter, going to dedems from agege.
I was surprised when I got to pick up and saw the girl all covered up in a long sleeve shirt and a skirt down to her kneels. Wasn't what I was expecting from a girl going to dedems by that time on a Friday night.

While going home, I was just wondering that this girl could have told her parents that she was going to a vigil or so. I mean for her to dress well covered at the point of pick up.

Another drama in the evening...
Picked up one fat lady, as in very fat.
Before she enter car, she say make I help her shift the front seat backward. for my mind I say today na today.

She occupied the whole place that even the arm rest self I no see use as her hand don collect the whole space.

Then she said no need for me to on the AC say weather cool and jokingly said "make I help you save fuel"

Na so I wind down we moove... She was chatty and nice. Then she bought one "pope" for her self and bought fearless for me, saying that I need the energy for the work. I just smile and collect the chilled drink. As if she know say na wetin I need to close in on Cheerfulgiver .

For the past 9 months now, na sunday sunday medicine I dey do and sometimes I fit add like one or two days join am.

Last Sunday I started late na him I say make I see weda I go fit chop bolt bonus, na one granny spoil am for me.

That was how I got a 1.7 surge trip one sunday evening from agungi to ikotun.
Since I stay at Abesan, na so I sharperly accept. Ride was smooth until we got close to synagogue... see traffic for that roundabout. No lastma or police on sight. spent like 30 minutes there, everything was chaotic.

I had similar experience weeks ago. Got to PU and the lady who ordered ride said I'll be conveying her,her husband, two kids and two sister in laws. I didn't even let her land before i told her NO way I'm conveying you all. Told her I can only carry 4 passengers and it's obviously indicated when you requested for the ride. Naso one of the in law flair up o saying even if that's bolt policy, rules are meant to be broken and boasted about how drivers had always conveyed them prior without problem.. Most of them that sounds so nice over the phone are going to unfavorable areas, many riders or wants to carry something.

some drivers are seriously encouraging riders with loads to keep using uber to carry their loads.
Just yesterday alone, I got two requests to carry loads.
One from that leather company wey dey ize iyamu street and the second one from fan milk, billings way.
You need to see the confidence in the guy from fan milk... While his coleague was trying to convience me to carry the ice creams, that... that's the way they always do it with uber drivers. The confident one said, "leave am make him dey go jorrr... something wey dem go come carry now now.

Imagine loads that will fill up the boot of big daddy and also force some at the back seat. Because that's what the guy said when I told him that my boot will not contain all these loads.

If no be you get car, one wey or the other, you too go follow share from small small expenses that are indirectly as a result of carrying loads that are meant for danfos.

Moreover self, extra weight in your car go increase fuel consumption for that trip.

That's one thing i dislike about driving on the mainland, people must have seen him driving towards the Bridge and ignored him.

How would some one that is not familiar with that place be looking out for a one way sign on a bridge that is well demarcated in the middle ?

I carried a Jamaican Lady raised in South Africa with a clear foreign accent. Na so she share her experience with a bolt driver. She is based in Ogbomosho but I think she runs the restaurant at Farm city Lekki so she goes back once a week. she should be in her mid 40's or less.

we are here to learn so let me educate you guys .. if you are going to drive a car in the USA , you need license to drive , the car must be insured., register and you will need a plate .. .. so dumb ones( am guilty of it ) will take a plate from their car and put it on the car that is going to the port .. the risk here is if the cop pulls you over and reads the plate . if the plate information does not march what you are driving .. the car will seize and you will be given a citation and a fine which will affect your driving record .... so because you trying to save $150 or more , you end up paying more money plus inconvenience .. and some cars are not worthy , even though they look it..........

another option is a dealers plate .. you will need to find someone that has a dealer plates to drive the car to the port . and you will have to find your way back after dropping it off at the port , unless you ask someone to pick you up at the port . the cost to rent a dealers plate varies , but it will cost nothing less than $100.00 now if your name is not authorize on the dealer plate and you get pull over or get into an accident . the real owner of the dealer plate will get a citation.. the dealer plates are meant for drivers that are under that plate ... to save headache time and money better to get a towing truck
