Has the problem of Nigeria been the age that is expected to run? Since 1999, none of our Presidents is younger than 50 years yet the minimum age to run had been 40. How do we then believe that by mere signing a paper, that will now make a 35 year old to become President. Are there incentives for young people? Why don't we have a cap on the age that should run, say between 35 and 50 for instance, that way, we make the opportunity more enticing. Congrats to the 35 year old people who have been given automatic tickets to become President of the country.

the problem with ds law is it contravenes the constitution. the constitution provides for a minimum age for certain positions. no law can challenge d provisions of d constitution by virtue of s.1 of d constitution(d supremacy clause). d constitution itself has to be amended. and that is a very very long process. and dat will be tee after d 2019 elections. these pple are always joking with us sha

in my school 2.2 is not cheap, let alone 2.1. first class - for what? who is ur fada? my school has never produced a 1st class in my dept, yet 4years consecutively, produced a 1st class in law school - d highest awardee in law school history is from my school, Nd I'm sure she won't have left dat skool wit more dan a 2.2/2.1
