I have been at the hospital for almost 24hrs. It is almost 6am and I haven't had a wink of sleep, tired as hell and in all of that I just had to certify dead a 26yr old young man after spending hours trying to keep him alive till we could locate his relatives.
The nurse I am working with couldn't take it, she burst into tears and left me to clean and package him up.
I ask again.... Why do I do this job?!!!!!!
