PrinceofAnambra:This itself is a Stockholm syndrome. Why pick one of the poisons while you have another possible option of no-poison? There are other options at the ballot aside these two assured evil options. Why do we keep our eyes fixated on just these two poisonous options and working towards aiding either of them cause destruction? Isn't that Stockholm syndrome? I think an average Nigerian is infested with this disease called Stockholm syndrome. It's time to dislodge evil completely instead of siding with the lesser evil. Nigerians, let us be mobilised in standing for JUSTICE, EQUALITY, and FRATERNITY |
And what does it profit you to get BATified today then spend another the next four years in economic crisis. Those who were Buharified some 8 years ago can tell the story today how hard life has been for them. National Patriots see beyond partisan politics but what is best for their country. If THIEF = BANDIT then APC=PDP, TINUBU = ATIKU End If any of these two should become president, Nigeria is finished. Vote wisely TheNiceGuy: |
Well, I think Baba should shut up because he himself is the "backward" personified. Top to bottom man. Nonsense |
He deserves no thanks. No politician in Nigeria deserves any thanks for donating money. What the political class in Nigeria does to Nigerians is "steal their all inheritance, afflict them, and reduce the affliction, but do this in a cylce. Never allow them to have enough, so you can always control them." What he's just done is to give them back a infinitesimal part of their inheritances that he stole, and expects them to praise him as a good man. Nigerians, shine your eyes. Let us all reason deeply and understand their intentions. One should ask Where he and others like him were before their declaration to contest, when herdsmen killed thousands in Benue, Tens of thousands in the North East, Hundreds in the southwest? Over two million people internally displaced, and there's no hope of getting their normal life back till today. Where was Tinubu and those other policitians? Where were were they? How many families did they help to resettle? how many victims did they help? How much did each of them donate to help rehabilitate their lives? I doubt it if anyone of them ever gave out any valuable as small as a bowl of garri to those in IDP camps. Were they not wealthy then or their riches suddenly appeared yesterday and they start doing good today? But now they are coming out to entice people again after afflicting them. Nigerians, do not let your reasoning be clouded with the game of smokescreen of these evil ones. Let majority for this once apply common reasoning in voting the right leader over Nigeria and in various states and LGAs. But first and foremost, say No to APC, say No to PDP, say No to stealers of our inheritances as a nation. GreyLaw: |
Why must you vote a thief? Why would you choose between two thieves when there's another better than them both? Let's leave the ideology of the masses and vote like a citizen. Masses vote for a person because someone told them to or because of tribal and religious sentiment or because they want to support the winning party. Citizens vote the right man for the job with all sentiments and deceptions aside. Are you a citizen or a crowd follower (masses)? Fuckyoumod: |

So how many in the US have also be rendered homeless by bandits, Boko Haram, Fulani herdsmen and abject poverty. What you just did is called fallacy of generalization. Instead of you to call a spade a spade, you're here politicizing everything. If 19 died in America, does that justify killings here? There are more than over 100 countries in the world where there's not been sporadic shooting since January. Only God knows what's wrong with majority of Nigerians. They never think through nor apply reasons reasonably. BluntTheApostle: |
It amazes the way you people define relationship. African mentality is really unprogressive. Every relationship is expected to be mutual or at least commensal but not parasitic. Sane people enter relationship because of what they can contribute and get from it. Insane ones enter only because of what they'll get. FERNANDEZISBACK: |
yanabasee:So you mean Buhari is G-DOAT ( Greatest Dullard of all Time)? That's a great award for the old fool |
Please, where are the supporters of Buhari's regime? Let them sing his praises again for the great job he's doing in Nigeria. I hope people's eyes are getting clearer by the day to see that true nationalism is beyond political parties, religion and ethnicity |
ivolt:I think you didn't get the picture well. As a child, you don't just walk up to anyone to say you've been molested. People especially girls and women come out now to say it because they are encouraged to report such wickedness and the society is frowning at it. But no such awareness is even created to liberate the boy child. A research shows that one out of six boys had been sexually abused before age 16. The research even claimed that it likely underestimated the number due to audience received. Ask guys around you and get stories. Nobody asked them, not their families nor the society. Today, It is certain that girls won't talk too if they are aren't encouraged to do so. Molestation of girl child has always been from time past. But today they have a voice supported by both men and women. The same should go for their brothers too. The point is every weak irrespective of gender, needs a voice to speak for it, a voice to encourage it to report evil against it, eyes that wouldn't turn the blind side, ears that wouldn't turn the deaf side and mind that wouldn't be insensitive to their unheard and unsaid plights. |
Buhari has buried Nigerian economy with his bullshit policies. I'm still finding it difficult to believe he's not doing all these intentionally to punish and destroy Nigeria or is he not getting feedbacks on the policies he makes? It's very like things get more expensive this coming weeks and purchasing power drops even more. Only essential commodities especially food will only see some patronage. May God have mercy on this country |
The man is not technically sound enough for premier league. Though I pity him for the fact that the board has to wait until he becomes an unpopular figure with the fans at old Trafford before they do the needful. Juventus respected Pirlo and Chelsea respected Lampard. They didn't wait till those guys were publicly embarrassed by those who once loved them before they let them go. Crazy Manutd board |
Funny country. It does not even make sense to the ears. Nonsense! |
ayodejisure:Great question! Divorce even after many years of more than enough money. Well I think she can't still find fulfilment in the marriage. |
Useless party Ms Words |
Their end is coming soon |
Corruption has almost finished Nigeria. Abeg, is there anyone in this government who is not corrupt? |
When the country is controlled by insensitive leaders, this is what you get. Tell the deaf and blind president that Anarchy is looming... |
Not in Nigeria. Very shallow minded people. They plenty full everywhere. The Esau generation I refuse to be an Esau in Jesus name. |
post=103888377:Amen But I implore you to stop cursing yourself. Stop supporting an evil government. A man who is not fair in judgement for all is evil. A man who looks the other way while other people who are not his kinsmen are being killed is evil. A man who imposes a brother over another is evil. A man whose rain brings anguish to the majority of his subjects is evil. A man whose reign divides his nation into becoming enemies is evil. A man whose reign impoverishes his land is evil. Finally, all those who support and pay homage to such man is evil. Nigeria will outlive them all evil ones. God bless genuinely patriotic Nigerians God Bless Nigeria and her true children |
UstazAhmed:Of course it is. Individuals make a nation. Violating the fundamental right of one amounts to violating that of every other members of the nation. In advanced countries, you see legal practitioners volunteer to take up cases of violation of fundamental human rights even when it is against constituted authorities (an example is blm). We have seen constitutionally backed presidents and rulers impeached, jailed and killed for the violation of such. Respect for individual fundamental human right was the basis for slave trade abolition(remember, slave trade was allowed in European constitution before then), it was the basis for independence from colonialism all over the world. Respect for fundamental human right supersedes any union or any constitution. As for 1999 constitution, let it be known that the existence of Nigeria predates 1999. Constitutions are made by a very few set of people and it is subject to amendments, review and abolishment but not fundamental human rights. The only fault I find with the agitators is that they should have pressured the legislative to review the constitution to include the secession clause (which is "freedom of association" in it. |
Thief switching camp. He'll learn new skills of stealing and oppressing the masses. Just that an average Nigerian is shallow minded and does not read peoples antecedents. They'll still vote the same thieves that oppressed them just for #1000 and for party bias. APC and PDP are both thieves clothed in different colours. Let's rise above partisan politics and embrace through democracy. Liberty, Equality and Fraternity. |
Great and thoughtful analysis. This is worthy of publication on the national dailies. Many Nigerians need to understand Nigeria is not a NATION and that is why the term "national unity" does not apply to us. It won't work not even when a certain ethnic group is revered above others. Some things just don't mix. When and where there is no unity of mindset, view about life, way of life, aspirations of people, as is the case in Nigeria, it becomes impossible to have a common purpose, hence a fractured relationship. By divine design, men are meant to exist as nations and not amalgamation of nations. This is evident in the tower of babel story. Every man went with the other whose language he understood. An old man will say, "God never created countries, he created nations". We need to understand that in this part of the world. A nation seeking to exist autonomously is NOT a crime. It is a fundamental right that should be respected in " freedom of association ". The era of regions was the greatest in this Nigeria's history. Regions were operated in a manner close to nations then as little power was at the centre. Until we return to those days or better still, go separate ways to exist fully as independent nations, " Failure " is the only thing guaranteed for this country. And the notion that secession must always come with bloodshed is a fallacy that evil ones who benefit from this failing system propagates and will actually want to enforce in case a move is made. Civil war in1967 is an example of an enforcement of the fallacy. We've seen Brexit, and many others listed by this analyst above which were peaceful by simply conducting a referendum. For a country with good intents, nothing stops it from conducting a referendum anytime agitation for secession arises. It must not always be bloody. We need to change our mentality in this era and push for better ways to exploit our potentials as NATIONS. If this present platform is failing, which it has been obviously since the 1960s, then we would remain fools to still believe in an impossible change rather than pressing for a better platform of self realization. Note: Partisan politics and/or ethnic sentiment is for the greedy, the foolish, the hypocrite, and/or the evil. The greedy benefit from its rot, The foolish blindly defends the rot while gaining nothing from it. The hypocrite knows the truth but paints the rot glossy because of sentiments or gains. The evil uses the rot as a tool to actualize his evil agenda and suppress others. To a wise patriot, national interest and future comes before partisan politics and ethnic sentiments. Kudos to the guy I quoted. |
budaatum:But what is he doing about the kidnapping and robbing because he has power vested in him and at his disposal as the GCFR to quench such activities. I believe he is capable of instilling normalcy but what has he done? |
Fvckyouall:Prayer works better if therapy is administered along to the person in question. Constant advice or conviction makes the person know that what he/she is doing is bad. Prayer helps bring a change of heart to embrace the truth. So just praying without making the person realize what he's done wrong is ...... The same problem with Nigeria and Nigerian leaders. Pray for them till tomorrow, they can't change until they are convicted in their hearts |
sapele914:Boss, high bills is for the high income earners. Maybe you don't know that majority of nigerians are poor. The 86.9 million Nigerians now living in extreme poverty represents nearly 50% of its estimated 180 million population. As Nigeria faces a major population boom—it will become the world’s third largest country by 2050—it’s a problem will likely worsen. But having large swathes of people still living in extreme poverty is an Africa-wide problem. About 46% are extremely poor, not just poor. The way out is not increasing bills for people who are still struggling to live. Even if bills are increased, how will they pay? Do not lay on people burdens that they can not carry, thinking you are helping them to become stronger. Some of the ways out are to (1) invest in the poor that value(true education, skill acquisition) which the society can reap from them, (2) provide a suitable environment for their growth and development (3) ensure the redistribution of the national wealth. These all bore down to government initiatives. Government is still at the centre of it. You never can tell, you might possess the corridors of power one day. Please, take note of these things |

Buhari, saraki, ekwenremadu, tinubu, and others (APC & PDP) are all thieves. They manipulate the media to tell us what they want us to know and believe but not what is really happening. Another story which will be a subject of debate will soon spring up and we will all fall for it. This people are thieves in high places who toys with the emotions and future of others. I am so certain that their damnation comes except if God will not reward the wicked and the deceitful. |
It is a pitiable dismal Pisser that our country is being run with deceit of the highest order. Those evil people who formed the ruling class are also the ones forming the opposition. They have mystified the populace that we take useless sides at the expense of the future of our country . They are all birds of a feather. They are all thieves. To hell with Buhari, to hell with Saraki, to hell with Tinubu, to hell with Amaechi, to hell with all of them. Their judgment lingers not, and their damnation slumbers not. |
