Kobojunkie:They probably mean it was inserted (ring or IUD) in genitals, or implanted (rod) just under the skin of the arm. Various things could have made it fail, e.g. not inserted correctly, usage error, medication interaction. |

50% chance this is faked. NY crime is at historic lows. That said, it's a city of over 8M people and anyone who grew up in the city (or has common sense) knows that stuff will happen and you need to move different. But it's definitely propaganda btw.
