God never asked you to give him your tithe. He told the isrealites to bring it to his temple so the levites who weren't allowed any inheritance in the land of Israel can survive on it.

Pastors of today now misquote that passage and milk members dry in the name of tithes.

That's why am against tithing.

If you can provide a biblical verse that condemn such symbol, I would agree with you...until then, I see nothing wrong with what those men are doing with the fingers God gave to them.

Your argument holds ground according to this passage.

Genesis 4:13-17. 13 And Cain said unto the Lord, My punishment is greater than I can bear.14 Behold, thou hast driven me out this day from the face of the earth; and from thy face shall I be hid; and I shall be a fugitive and a vagabond in the earth; and it shall come to pass, that every one that findeth me shall slay me. 15 And the Lord said unto him, Therefore whosoever slayeth Cain, vengeance shall be taken on him sevenfold. And the Lord set a mark upon Cain, lest any finding him should kill him.

16 And Cain went out from the presence of the Lord, and dwelt in the land of Nod, on the east of Eden. 17 And Cain knew his wife; and she conceived, and bare Enoch: and he builded a city, and called the name of the city, after the name of his son, Enoch.

If Adam and eve were the only humans on earth, then passage above is a direct contradiction to what we were meant to believe.

He's right saturday is the sabbath not sunday.

The week starts on Sunday and ends on Saturday which is the seventh (7th) day...

On the issue of changing your place of worship, I don't think its necessary. Christ said those who worship him should worship him in spirit and truth, meaning he (God) is more interested in your spiritual life than in your physical. Therefore whichever day you choose to worship him doesn't matter, what matters most is your heart.

I feel your pain bro, but that's Nigeria for you.

A country where all sectors are in a serious battle fighting for whose the most corrupt.

A society where Justice goes to the highest bidder, man 77 ra.pes 10 year old girl, state commissioner of police confirms the incident, the man pleads not guilty and gets a bail of N50,000. Bar man stabs tailor in a viewing center, barman pleads not guilty and gets a bail of N100,000 and two sorties in like the sum...our judiciary system has been bought over, therefore justice is for the rich.

One would wonder why Policemen kill tax paying and law abiding citizens and get away with it,

Soldiers beat up unarmed citizens to a pulp simply because they put on camouflage and get away with it. No human right group speaks up, nobody says anything...

Politicians promise us heaven and earth, yet once voted into office, they turn a different leaf and get so engrossed in embezzlement that they forget the promise they made to the dying and expectant citizens, yet they get voted into office over and over again by the same people they neglected...strange isn't it?

Truth is Nigerians are responsible for what they're going through...

That's why I'm strongly against paying of cash to people, organizations, firms...etc. Most especially when you're yet to meet face to face with any of their representative to authenticate the originality of the business, promo or as the case might be.
