Car Talk › Re: 2013 Abuja Int'l Motor Fair: Compare Car Brands. by Cuche: 10:39am On Oct 31, 2013
Peugeot products are good, has reliable engine but let me itemize my issues with Peugeut
1. The pricing of their vehicles, I can't believe that Expert is sold for 5.5m. With Plastics all over, at 140km/hr the wind effect on that car is unbearable. Infact, anything 160km/hr is suicidal. They were economical with material in most of their vehicles I also expected the cost of the vehicle to reflect that
2. They hardly improve on their technology. A model can be in production line for 10 solid years.
3. Most of their vehicle are beginning to loose their reputation for sustained, problem free, long distance travel to Japanese brands. That is not good
4. I taught the ASD people said they want to recapture Nigerian Market with the 301. At that Price of 3m for the 3cyl eng. no youth will buy that. 3m? It won't work.

Ifeanyi Ubah stands a good chance and has an impressive programme/campaign promises but when he declared his intentions somebody said never at least not in APGA, somebody raised so much fuss about his financial dealings, believe me these things are battles in themselves and has great damaging potentials.
Minus rigging, I expect a head to head battle between APC and LP. It could be close!

they mismanaged the past 8 years. Didn't you hear the other candidates and even the moderators. Nancy even said from the moment she stepped into Anambra bad roads have been starring her on the face.

so many things undone, 8 wasted years of APGA.
The money stolen by Obi and APGA will comfortably build Independent Power Plant for the whole Anambra. From Obi alone we can recover $4Billion

sagombugo: ngige should be adored by Anambrarians for what he did earlier

This man just said they assisted Obi to collect 10.5Billion refund of Fed Road Ngige did and also it is a known fact that Ngige also left about 12.8Billion in the coffers of the state

If he could achieve the much he did with a total sum of N100billion under 3yrs while Peter Obi having collected about 2 Trillion in 7,5years is still struggling to convince people as to what he did with 100% Local Govt money without conducting any LG election

Then on the basis of relativity Ngige performed better and would do more
The thief will be demystified soon enough

Nwobodo and Obi are not on the same page in terms of ideology. Except they are both of Ogboni fraternity.
N200 is equivalent to$200 in Nwobodo's time. The hard currency has not changed much. So the N213.9million will be about the value of N37billion and a purchasing power similar to that.
A bad leader is a bad leader. Obi is the definition of a bad, criminally minded leader
Before 2003 he was worth less than N4Billion including the cash/shares he was keeping for his Masters, today he is said to be worth a whooping $4billion(use your calculator). Imagine what that sum will do if re-injected into the State by a competent administration.
Covering the loot is the only reason he wants Obiano to replace him.

Slim ghost very smart of you. Keep calling your people to tell you APGA campaign today at Onitsha was marred by protest and that they were driven out. They couldn't penetrate with their lies and deception, the people are no fools.
Why should they ask/order market exco to close shops in honour/support of the APGA, the exco protested to that before some of Ngige supporters took over. APGA team had to respect themselves and left before things turned into violent acts.
I pity Obiano...
He should try again in 2017 and in 2021 who knows he might be lucky then.

Eze Promoe: What if Obiano prove you all wrong?
My brother how? Didn't you watch the debate?
A courageous woman told him to his face that Obi has never paid minimum wage to the state workers. He simply was trying to defend his master by claiming that once the least paid worker gets 18,500. that is his definition of minimum wage, invariably the continuity as agenda includes non-payment of minimum wage. Civil Servant votes gone, far from APGA.

Obi/Obiano cannot win a free and fair election in Anambra State or anywhere in Nigeria.

1m donation for wetin? Does he think Onitsha traders are beggers like his supporters, otimkpu, many of who had remained poor etc?

If he wants to reason with 'men' at Onitsha he should bring $2billion from what he stole but even at that his 3rd term is not guaranteed

bestview: If it needs rigging to humiliate and blot out the Islamic Yorobar Party APC, it is supported..
Bestview I believe from the way you reason that you are one of those who do not want the State developed. Each time the question of Mr Obi's Criminality comes up, you whip-up Yoruba, APC, Islamic sentiments across all the threads. Yorubas are not the problem but the Criminal your Master, who made Ibori look like small boy. And you are supporting his plan to enslave the State for another 8 years. Are you normal?
Politics › Anambra Elections: We Can Stop Obi From Rigging-in Obiano(1) by Cuche(op):
It is unforeseable for Obiano to win any Local Government Area in any of Anambra Central and South Senatorial zones. The reason bothers on his acceptance as against the political structures of APC/Ngige in the Central and PDP/LP (with so many names in the South). Obi still believes he can give this ambition a good shot with nothing to spare especially in the area of financial lobying.

By now Obi has realized there are so many questions he has to give succint answers to between now and November 16 concerning what he did with the greater chunk of Anambra money( Federal Allocation, Local Government, IGR, Money from Donor Agencies).
Of course, the Local Government money, he will say was used to black-paint some roads in selected communities in the name of tarring, paint some selected mud classroom blocks, place some desk top computers at the cost of N250,000 per unit in side the refurbished mud classroom blocks, buy buses for the 'mud'
What did Obi do with over N2 trillion? Observers are busy demystifying the whereabouts of the IGR which has been conservatively estimated to be of the range of N1.5-2billion monthly considering the astronomical increase in taxation brought about by Obi's government.

He saw government as a means of amassing wealth. Patriotic Insiders are having difficult times unravelling where he invested the money for himself. He is now estimated to be worth a whooping $4billion at the expense of developing Anambra State. This is why I get angry when he goes around churches, villages parading himself as God sent and Saintly.
It has now dawned on him and his co-travelers that just as the Bible says that there is nothing hidden that will not be made known, his wool over eye tricks can't last longer than his uneventful tenure. And that the earlier he started providing soothing answers to the whereabouts of the State-money the better for him and his godson.

The problem is that he is finding it extremely hard to convince us on why we must vote his version of continuity. First, he hired some journalist, Mr Iloegbunam, who I have known to be a highly tribalistic columnist with Vanguard newspaper during my Secondary School days, I remember reading an article he wrote on Obasanjo which failed to address issues but rather was hinged on tribalism. What is Mr Chucks Iloegbunam's job this time, in clear terms, tell Anambrarians that APC is Hausa-Yoruba, and that our people should have no dealings with it. I don't know if they will say the same of Pdp or even NPN that Ojukwu identified with in the 1980s but the motive is clear Ngige must be maligned at all cost. Again, his media team has failed to address issues apart from tribal sentiments and this time we are not buying any of those.
Obiano charisma left much to be desired especially for an Ex.Dir. of a bank, a winner of an essay competition in his days at CKC, Onitsha. With such exposures, one would expect more from him but what do we have a person just learning the art of public speaking, he just lacked the aura of a confident man. I don't have even one-fifth of his exposure besides he is many decades my senior. I have been purely science- inclined with less flair for art, but put me in his shoe I sure will be able to clearly and confidently itemize to Anambra people what needs to be done to put the State on global map, let alone given the time at his disposal to rehearse and articulate his plan for the state, against the backdrop that he has been on this aspiration for over a year now.

It is very clear Obi/Obiano will never win a fair and fair election in Anambra State or anywhere in Nigeria for emphasis sake. Checkmating their efforts should be paramount for all the other parties. First, INEC must be seen as an unbiased umpire providing a level playing ground for all. Electoral materials must arrive on time across all wards and election must start on time, say 8a.m. the results from each ward must be announced there and then. Secondly, I implore all the Political Parties to start recruiting persons who will serve as observers and party representative for each ward. These persons should be provided with the logistics to communicate the result announced at each ward to the central office of the party. So each Political party will have a rough estimate of the total votes cast in their favour while they wait for INEC to compute their result. With this in place it will be very difficult for Mr. Peter Obi to rig in his boy.

Stv organized a debate for us to once again hear the aspirants speak on the State.
You needed to see Ngige speaking on the issues full of charisma and charm. He will remain popular. He also has this air of a fearless man that is what we need for the liberation of the State and in deed the Igbo race.

The Man Obiano can never win a free and fair election in Anambra.
He is not yet ready for the job.

This is the second time I've heard him speak on Anambra, although an improvement on the last outing. He can't learn public speaking as Governor he should have that in his credentials already. He was so jittery lacking in words to express himself.
Every Patriotic Anambrarian will not want this guy regardless of what one stands to gain may be as political appointment or party allouwi.
It just goes to buttress the fact that Obi has some sinister plan.
Look at his answer to the issue of minimum wage to Anambra workers.

Technocrat my foot.
I am not losing sleep again over this election, We are no fools there is no Patriotic Person that will vote Obi's Continuity. Soon it will dawn on APGA. Obi has succeeded in killing APGA because of his greed and selfish interest. Onye-Oshi

Don't worry when the probe starts you will be amazed at the level of classified info some of us are privy to. Sometimes I am tempted to open ... so that the gullible may see the kind of person he is.

I am not campaigning for anybody outrightly but I am one of those who believe Ngige would have done better if he had the 8 years Obi misused.

He will be probed and some of you who are supporting him blindly( I don't mean paid supporters like Bestview,Nri-priest etc) will understand what had taken place these years.
