Bobbysworld28:You have seven State Governors from your region. Try holding them accountable and quit with your daytime hallucinations about GEJ. Or don't you understand the meaning of federalism? |
Flets:Well said bro. "Buhari needs to stop acting like he is bringing a war to the outgoing govt." The system we operate is one hell of a sham and as long as we stick to it, we'll end up with the same outcome. This no rocket science. It's a catch phrase. |
Buhari made these promises by his own volition and we didn't force him to do so. He didn't have a gun held to head while he reeled them out with ease. So he must walk his talk and deliver on these targets or we all get behind him and push him out. |
It's rarely a good sign when a politician and an illitrate at that becomes a famous household name. |
pendy79:Another bigoted e-diot on the loose |
We have 36 State Governors, yet each time something goes wrong, the blame is placed squarely on the President. But in contrast, I don't see that President Obama is being blamed for the impending drought in Carlifornia. Our system here really needs sorting. |
Somebody should please remind this mofo that Nigeria is operating a federalism where the component federating units contribute to the centre. This winner takes all mentality is not what got him there in the first place and if the Governors contributed to your success at the polls, it is only logical that they should have a say in your government. |
Enemy of the State. Just gorge those eyes and hang him by the nearest. Nansense! |
tartar9:Yerima is that you? Shouldn't you be parking? |
Choose ye whom ye shall love....erm sorry vote. I have chosen Sandranaub and Tophaz. Cc: NL Jega |
Ladies and gentlemen, the one on my right, Tophaz is the one that's after my hert. The one next her, Sandrahnaub is the one that's always after my panties. They will hurt each other. They will break my heart. But in the end, my true love is going to emerge. I hereby cast my vote and endorsement for Sandrahnaub and Tophaz. They are worthy of it. Cc: NLJega. |
Buhari is gradually turning into a PR minefield with all of these bizzare comments he's been making non-stop. I fail to see how this is supposed to galvanize a military that is already low on morale and is fighting the worst form of insurgency in the history of a nation. Rather than having unnecessary digs and pointing accusing fingers at his perceived enemies, Buhari concentrate on the promises he made to Nigerians, chief of which is to stabilize oil price, generate 10,000 megawatts of electricity and fight corruption. |
Your wife suffers some sort of mental illness resulting in her compulsive behaviour. Its not as if she derives pleasure from this, but its just a form of addiction to sex known in medical terms as nymphomania. If you listen to the song Candy Shop by 50 Cent, there's a verse where he talks about this addiction, "If you be a nymph0, I'll be a nymph0. In the hotel or in the back of the rental, on the beach or in the park, it's wharever you into. Got the magic stick. I'm the love doctor..." and this sums up exactly what you have described of you and your wife, except that you're now trying to bail out. I don't see this ending well because even if you were to keep up with her excessive demands, its just a matter of time before it takes its toll on you and she gets you a hand in helping to meet her insatiable appetite. My advice is you bide your time but bear in mind that this could be a stop gap to actually meeting your better half if things continue to get out of hand. For now, you could try to keep up within your limit. But again, try not to fuel the addiction. Additonally, you could set timetables and get your pastor to rubber stamp it to better regulate the time spent humping inbetween the sheets. After all, you're all looking for solutions to a problem. Lastly, seeing as you consider her too irresistable and her family too powerful for you to want to wield the big axe, I'd suggest you see doctor or counsellor, if other steps taken are not of much help. |
Why shall thou crack lies? |
This kind of makes sense. Print money to sustain local productivity. Print money to enhance security. Print money to pay welfare. Print money to fast track infrastructural development etc. But here is the downside. We do not produce anything as of now. So who is to say printing more money would notl go into importing more finished products and further plunging our naira into chaos as is the case with the Zimbabwes of this world? |
Another thread for the children of hate to vent their spleen. |
The North we know would never allow a kafir to make decisions for them. It is simply haram in their secret code book. So even though Tinubu is a progressive and shares similar religious beliefs, he is still seen as an outsider and decisions will be made based on that. |
The culprit has already confessed to the crime and has gone a step further to beg for mercy. Her parents have also joined her in begging for forgiveness and our man in the house with a magnanimous spirit has forgiven her. But for some people to come here and want to hang on to a non-existent alibi or try to seek loopholes in a matter that is as clear as daylight is a tad irresponsible. Anyway, since the OP's objective is for peace to reign, I'd advise you make peace with all the parties concerned and let the rest blow away. I've come to understand in life that the more you hang on to hurtful vibes, the harder it becomes for you to live a normal life. But I hope you tried to find out why your wife cheated because this is very essential in trying to ensure that it doesn't happen again. Nevertheless, I must praise you for braving the odds to walk the path you chose, at least for the benefit of your innocent kids. The way I see it, this was a choice between ego/esteem and common sense and in the end, common sense prevailed. Hopefully, you'd get around to finding total reconciliation and happiness in your family. |
A lot of graduates are unemployed, practically earning next to nothing. So I'd not be surprised if they are forced to settle for crumbs. Its like standing between a rock and a hard place. |
I have read similar articles and in the end, all it does is incense me the more and make me want to burst a gut. How all of the things we need to do to fix power in this country is there for all to see, yet nothing gets done in the end is enough to make one want to give up the will to live. I blame it all on disingenousness. All our leaders seem to want to do is steal our commonwealth and leave us impoverished without even the basic social amenities. Even Buhari, the supposed saviour of the country rather than strategize on how to hit the ground running is already displaying the defeatist mentality as if he didnt know about Nigeria's problems. I'm really worried that the plight of the common man has no end in sight. Today at the Cafe, I saw lots of men and women that should have been long settled in a career still reconstructing CVs with that look of despondency on their faces. Yet our leaders continue to rape us non-stop, leaving us in one huge mess or the other. Quo vadis Nigeria? Na where we dey go? |
Heartless baboons. |
N20 million bail for crime worth over N4 billion and you wonder corruption is so widespread. The worst part is by the time this case is done with, the little rogue would of spent a large part of the loot and may get just a few months jail term as atonement. Naija, I hail thee. |
Allen Iverson comes to mind here. Dude made over 200 million in his career in the NBA. But his love for blings, fast cars, excessively large entourage and his chronic addiction to gambling meant he pissed all the money down the drain. Today, Iverson can't even afford to eat at the McDonalds. MC Hammar also went down similar route and as type this, Niqqua can't afford to pay child support to his four different Baby Mamas. He's officially bankrupt. I'm sure Ade must have the best financial advisers at his beck and call telling him exactly how not to spend his money. But whose to say the likes of Iron Mike Tyson didn't. |

What the OP has done is to emphasize the uniqueness of Nigeria. But to say it is the best country is wee bit patronising I'm afraid. I could point out a thousand and one reasons why Nigeria is nowhere near decent, let alone the best country. You could say we are hospitable, ambitious, industrous and strong willed with the physical strength to back it up but that is as far as it gets. Even Nigerians themselves think the country is a mistake, as a result of the untold hardship, suffering and chaos that are more or less a permanent feature, in comparison to the infrastructural eldorado that is the lot of other countries. |
If truly this pathetic little man knew the actual wherebouts of Islamic rogue, I'm sure he'd have spilled the beans long ago at least to collect the 7m dollars bounty on offer. |
Buhari couldn't manage a cornershop let alone a diverse and complex country like Nigeria. I'm seriously sick of this guy and I'm starting to fear this could all end in tears. I hope Nigerians won't regret using the word Buhari and change in the same sentence. I still hope he succeeds though as I have nothing else to hope for. Besides, Nigerians would be the better for it in the end. We hope to see a new and improved Nigeria where things are seen to be working for a start. Anything outside of that is details. |
nigerian Police grandstanding as usual when we all know its not the truth. If hear say Constable give situation report without going behind the counter to give this man the financial report. |
No respite for the wicked. Hunt down the cocroaches, destroy their impervous chitinous exo-skeletons and hang them in the sun to dry. In the end, Allah will decide who gets the virgins among them. But why is Muhammed Abubakr Ibn Shekau Al jihad trying so desperately to hang unto life when many young men he led into this madness are gone already. He should go and meet them and receive his own virgins as well. |
To all you children of hate who like to foam at the mouth, the Yeebohs will keep rising like Arise news and we be making noise on the world stage till you choke on your hate and feel our ranks Your gon need a space shuttle to get on our level cos we are light years up in the blue sky. And like the anyanwu ututu -the bright morning star - without whom you don't even exist, we'll keep shinning our light that the world may see. |
