You better skip pushups from your routines as that would leave you with a hunch and make you feel even worse than you were by disrupting the natural allignment of your shoulder, which is back and down.

Pushups would merely work your pecs major and minor but weaken your very important abductor muscles such as the rhomboids and trapezius, giving you a forward shoulder posture.

Every workout routine needs to be compresensive so as to ballance both the extensor and abductor muscles and not strengthen one group of muscles to the detriment of the other.

A lot of our daily routines already exert enourmous pressure on our postural muscles and you do not add pushup to this burden, except your trying to be barrel chested.

I would stop worrying about breasts and worry more about your overall fitness if I were you by doing some trapezius raises, front and back squats alongside other abs workout to give you a rock-hard lean, yet sexy frame.

I don't really see anything wrong in hustling to to survive. Not at all. Rather, it's our over radicalized views that make us to see most normal things that people do to survive as bad.
