No probs at all. Just wanted to use it to know what size of the Dry Love diaper to buy for my baby. Some diaper brands write the size range on their wrapper while some don't, that way u ll be able to know what size to buy for the baby. Thanks

sis,it depends on your baby's size... For instance I was using prince and princess mini from d onset for my baby all of sudden I noticed to wear d diaper for him became war,so I decided to go for. p and p midi and is a bit bigger for him,so I Dos ones,bought dry love mini...chai..! over small dey worry am.. I finally bought dry love midi and its exactly his size,my baby will b four months next week,so it depends on their sizes... I hope this helps..!

He he he! Yesooo. Many mothers make that mistake. In fact, I used to wash my son's hair 2x a day. By the time he was 4m, it was so dry...but luckily we cut it off at a year...as per baby boy.

Get a conditioner instead. I started conditioning my daughter's hair from 3weeks. And before then I only washed it with shampoo once ( apart from the hospital bathing by the nurses). Her hair is so deep curled and springy...over shrinkage dey worry am sef lol.

Does that mean i should only clean the hair with water daily or i shouldnt clean it at all?

I have been to the port health authority at mm1 but was asked to go to their head office at toll gate and later asked to go back to mm1. am tired of d back and forth game.

You can get ur fit to fly from ur doc n hospital in Nig and u can get it 72 hrs before ur departure,it must state ur gestation age,edd and that u r medically fit to fly on a plane.
There is nothing much abt the consent letter,just write that u r the father/mother and will like for ur child's application for a Nig visa to be granted. The letter must be written and signed by both parents whether present or not. You can google DS-11 form for the form to be notorised for the US passport application
You can travel with 9,999$ and below and would not need to declare it or u can travel with 10,000$ and above and declare it at POE
You can take along some wedding pics in addition to the marriage cert. my passport is in my maiden name too so i travelled with my marriage cert as well as wedding pics even though i didnt need/use it for anything on the long run.

Pls confirm from them when u get the quote about them having a BA counter from the airport u r flying from. If they dont,u may ve to tell someone elsewhere to pay at another airport that has a BA counter on ur behalf. A word is enough for the wise oo!!

Did you book your ticket all the way with BA? Or you booked AA seperately?

If you have just one ticket which includes AA, they will abide by their international flight rules. Call them and tell them its for an international flight. Your baby will be entitled to one 23kg bag (checked in), diaper bag (carry on), checked in car seat and stroller. I checked in my stroller at the boarding gate.

Donot forget to tell them you're checking in for the long haul so they check in your bags all the way to Lagos.

I called the BA number you dropped on the forum to make the addition but when i got to AA desk on the day of my departure,they insisted i paid 200$ or they wont carry the 3rd bag and that i should call BA to process a refund if i feel cheated. I nearly missed the flight on that day self cos the AA guy i met on the counter said my baby's name was not listed on their manifest for the local leg of the journey to Dallas and that its only listed on the Dallas to London and London to Lagos flight. he later called one of his boses who told him a baby doesnt need a ticket to travel within America. I got to Heathrow and spoke to some BA customer service staff and both of them said its not included in his ticket that my baby is entitled to 23kg. See me see wahala o! After paying 305$ for the ticket. I was given a UK number to call BA customer service desk on,so i ll call and see whats up sha.

Pls, this question is for those that flew BA and added an infant on dre return leg especially those whose flight connected through American Airlines at some point. What was your baby allowed to carry as regards to baggage? M asking this question cos American airlines is saying i must pay 200$ for my baby's 23kg. Phema and others that flew with BA

Hey Mama, Prayers do really work. Sometimes,we feel our prayers were not answered but thats not true. The devil is very wicked and he plans different evils for us but when we pray,our prayers conquer his evil plans. You are alive today to share your testimony,do u know whether the devil planned that u should die but by ur prayers,God made u live and then put the devil to shame? I also read the book and i believed every word and held on to those promises even at the point of labour.Even when i was told that my baby was breech on the day of delivery and i had to undergo an emergency CS,I still believed and held on to those words. Who knows whether the Devil planned for me to die during the CS but i survived and I am alive to say the testimony. So,dont ever doubt the potency of prayers,they sure work!

Hi, once you request for the wheelchair from Nig,dre will be someone already waiting for you with a wheelchair as u exit the plane. All u need do is to show the person your boarding pass and he/she ll ask you to sit. The person ll do the pushing and wait for you till you are through at the POE and up till the terminal where your connecting flight ll take off from or till your final exit point. You dont need to pay the person but u can tip him/her if you are impressed with the service rendered. It is not mandatory though.

Thats how they harrass people,they did same to me. What u can do to let them leave you alone is to explain the implication to them if you accept it. I told them the embassy ll never grant me visa or entry into the US ever again if i accept it cos they warned me specifically about it when i went to apply for my visa and also at the POE. Though, they were not able to comprehend why the people at the embassy would say that,i simply told them to mention it to Obama on our behalf that we shouldnt be threatened no more and then we can start accepting their offer. Na so dem leave me alone oo

There's actually visa on arrival for non Nigerian passport holders. I recall that on arrival, I was asked if I have a visa for my baby that if I wanted to get it I should go to a section in the airport. Typically, US citizens can get on a plane almost anywhere without a visa, just passport while immigration issues or visas are sorted at entry. This applies to newborns also

If it applies to NB too,why on earth do we now stress our selves trying to get a visa before leaving the US? I think we need to research this and know the very truth. I would really love to know this is true.

You can either use an agent for the visa or u can do the application yourself using the USPS like u did the US passport. I am presently not using any agent for mine.

1) Your husband's international passport I don't know if drivers license or office ID will be accepted.
2) I used Providence hospital in Washington DC and everything was tied to one account, Ante-natal - delivery - nursery etc. after delivery they gave me my bill and a letter that I was not owing the hospital. The only thing I paid separately for was the pediatricians visit.

I guess some other person might be able to help you with the second question, if I where you I will request for letters from all parties involved.

My huband used his National ID card to notorise but it was not at the US embassy and i have gotten my baby's passport already.

My immediate elder sis had a 2yrs US visa that expired without usin it. She renewed via dropbox and was issued another 2yrs alongside her family. This she did December last year as she is heavily pregnant and plans birth in Houston usin Dr. Fagbohun.

We thought about informin d embassy but on a second thought I told her not to cos even if she renewed via dropbox, she should av used maybe d doctor as contact in d US but she refused. But I told her to avoid houston cos there is high probability of sending her back.

She went tru Dallas and it was stress free even with d big tummy in front of her cos she said she told d cbp officer she was there to av her baby.

So it's a 50/50 thing

I think Arik Air has a pregnancy policy that is not favourable to most pregnant women,i also think the policy on their website is different from what they do in real life. Thats why most people on this thread do not travel with Arik. M not so sure but i think it has been mentioned before.
