Fourwinds:vexing no go clear the marks. e no go even solve anything. |
johnkey:I know your face is scarred for life but no vex abeg. |
maybe the idiotic and incompetent police did not even tender the video. If the police did not tender the video during the case, the judge has to separate emotions from the case and act like she has never seen the video before in her life despite the video everywhere on the internet. It is the job of the prosecution (police) to prove beyond reasonable doubt that the incident truly happened. Maybe the police did not do that. |
4tune40:it's www.studyinnorway.no not www.studyinnorway.com. Thanks Dumebi213. |
@Dumebi213, please share the link where you downloaded the book called "på vei." I would like to check it out. Takk. |
It has not been easy learning the language but we should all endeavour to at least learn the words required for everyday use. As for me, i subscribed to the premium plan of www.Norwegianclass101.com in addition to several apps I use and they have all been helpful. |
festacman:He meant some members which meant not all members buy he painted it like majority of them. He made that statement just for mischief purposes which was unbecoming of him. I knew it will come down to him backtracking. Akpabio no try at all! |
Dumebi213:From what I observed, biology isn't a really hard course to gain admission into. Reason being that Supplementary admission to one year study courses, bachelor programmes and master courses were made open today for more applicants still interested in applying to Norwegian universities and I saw some biology programmes amongst the courses. Unfortunately I can't recall if it's a year study, bsc or MSC programme. Now the programme isn't on the site anymore as the study spaces have all been applied for. Ultimately, follow Arinze01's advice and hope for the best. Lastly, wait a while for them to release the number of total applicants and also successful applicants for courses you are interested in. From there, you can measure your chances. |
GboyegaD:you think they wouldn't have done that with the media uproar. This detailed statement by the Air Force suggests they have done a detailed investigation. |
mvem:Even though the level of advancement in Nigeria leaves more to be desired, they think everything solves every crime. I watch a lot of Investigation Discovery on dstv and I see many of their ordinary burglary and rape cases unsolved and thereby going cold. Just so they know, Nigeria is not the worst! |
Sirwifi:what do you mean by "understanding course?" They only transfer I believe is exchange program where you can study for a session/semester in a Norwegian university and then return to your university to complete your programme. |
Arinze01:do not attempt to put forward a bank statement of anything less than 5.2m. Make allowance for fluctuations in exchange rate. You and i know our naira is as unstable as nepa. I read the experience of a guy on the swedish thread. If i remember, he made it a habit of withdrawing money from the account which went below the limit but he ensured he always transferred it back. The day the admission committee made enquires about the bank account, he had briefly drawn from the account prior to that day and had not transferred the money back. He was subsequently dropped from the admission list. It will be a costly mistake to put forward a bank statement not having up to the required amount. |
Arinze01:Yes o, it has been increased in excess of 123k kroners from 121, 220 kroners. I will advise you to get a sponsor who you will use his/her bank statement and then raise from family members so as to be able to transfer to the school when you are granted admission. God go do am. I will be applying for myself and my wife to Uis and Uit. |
How much will an Acura tsx 2006 and Toyota Avalon 2007 cost? Serious buyer!!!! |
phlame: dnawah:You two should stop deceiving yourselves/fantasizing. Nigeria is considered a poor country as we have been ranked at the bottom of several indices used to measure riches and wealth. Is it GDP, per capital income, mortality rate, (un)employment rate etc. We cannot be called a rich country but a country with potentials but sadly, we aren't making use of our potentials. Coming back to Qatar, currently, our population alone let's them beat us hands down. Our #180m population to their #1.7m. Why won't they have a per capital income of $67k to just $2k for ours. Of course they can afford to build lovely structures like this 10 times over with that. Our population which should be a blessing is having a negative effect and we are doing nothing to stem the tide. I just thought to correct the erroneous impression you have about our so called wealth because indeed we are not wealthy but we can if we start doing things right. Sadly, we have a long way to go before we are considered rich/wealthy. |
Weselion:I'm aware government is trying to put measures in place that will ensure govt workers (lecturers, doctors etc) are not paid during strike actions. |
ucheheart:Have you forgotten anywhere there are humans, there will always be corruption, cheating, lying, trying to game the system etc. The difference between the magnitude of corruption is dependent on the systems and institutions on ground to checkmate it and where there is actually a case of corruption, the adequate punishment that will be dished out on the criminals nothwitstanding their standing in the society . What makes Nigeria's own worst is the absence of a system that punishes offenders irrespective of their standing in the society. |
No matter the price, it's still Big Cola for me all the way!!!!! |
Tolexander:Fear Fear..... You too dey fear!!!! |
ANTONINEUTRON:ordinary 50, 000 naira a month, they cannot pay. Not to talk of 50,000 naira a week. Not to even talk of 50,000 pounds (25,000,000) a week!!! |
electronic:1 million dollars = Just 305 million naira?? Wetin make Innoson use that one do?? That's too small for a company engaged in that kind of business to expand. |
I can attest to the potency of Alabukun. It is my emergency drug when the weakness, pain, headache or feverish condition seem to be more than ordinary. I remember vividly, it was advertised on TV in the 90's. I also see their branded vans moving around. Despite the drug has proven to be very potent and has survived through decades, they shouldn't totally discard the idea of traditional advertising especially in this technological age. |
I have never been touched by a love/wedding as this. It's devoid of all the stress associated with the weddings we are used to having. This is a kind of wedding Im sure may last forever than other ones. |

BOI is all talk and small action!! We all know that encouraging entrepreneurs and funding of business persons is the way to lift Nigeria out of recession but BOI isn't serious about doing that. BOI/YES-P programme that would have reduced the unemployment rate was deliberately made difficult for entrepreneurs with their silly stringent guarantor requirement which was later introduced while they initially only said we only had to drop our certificates as collateral. |
@ SmartGate The MMM ideology was never a good one. Forget the "together we can change the world" (or whatever they chant) slogan. Their real ideology goes thus " Together we rob one another". An ideology that robs Peter to pay Paul is not a good ideology which means it's a scam. MMM was a well thought out scam from day one. |
dominique:@ Ksslib You are both wrong. Look closely at the right hand.
|
bettercreature:@ FerdinandChime1 Let me explain what he meant by the statement of yours I quoted. You and I both know that Nigeria does not refine the oil we consume but now import all we use despite being an oil producing country. When oil dropped to 50 something dollars, obviously the landing cost and other associated costs of also dropped that was why Jonathan was able to reduce oil price from N97 to N87. When Buhari took over, he increased fuel price to N145 as he removed subsidy as Nigeria was wasting money on a few nigerians at the expense of millions of other Nigerians. Now that Oil price has risen back to 50 something dollars, the landing cost and other associated cost obviously has definitely increased (when converted to Naira). What Henry is now saying is that since oil price is now 50 something, it is either government reintroduces subsidy because if they don't, petrol price in naira will increase and you and I know that petrol is the major determining factor of prices of other commodities in Nigeria. What do you think is a major contributing factor of inflation in Nigeria? Petrol because we use petrol to move around, move goods around and also power our generators because of no light. So as oil prices continue to increase, and we continue to import all our needs and not refine any, the increase will have a negative effect on Nigerians as the cost burden will be passed on to Nigerians since there is no more subsidy. I believe with my explanation, you should understand what he's saying. |
I thought he was going to show us a picture of the so called negligence on the part of the construction company. |
Icon4s:The grammatical error is so obvious. Even stealed wouldn't be any way better. |
@ Jethrolite, where and how will the petition be signed? |
