fiscalcliff: Thank you for voicing out OP Thank you and the OP! Unfortunately, some people are too dum-dum to get a clue including this retardeen government! So after the dinner, what if NGF schedules a meeting for another time or day, will the lameduck president schedule another dinner? Will the governors not do what they would do anyway? In fact they now have more resolve to do whatever they wanted to do before the provocative dinner! |

greg1234: Undoubtedly,Ajimobi's government is the best so far.I moved into Ibadan in 2006 and i can tell this governor has reformed and transformed in to a state with sanity, decency and hospitality.Things are not zig zag the way they used to be.Governor Ajimobi outstand Akala and Ladoja combined,he has just spent two years..!Bravo Interesting! I bet people (we know them) who don't even live in Ibadan will come and tell us they know better than people like you who actually have been and live in Ibadan! Very nice indeed but I wish you people could take more pictures of good quality! I see Rochas there! Abeg take back some more ideas to Imo State and share any ideas with those guys over there so that more progress can be made by our peoples. |

ujoinme: There are beautiful shorelines in nigeria! thats a fact, federal govt aint going to develope these shorelines so its left for coastal states to develope them for tourism and transportaion purposes. You are salivating over a coastline that does not belong to your ancestors! Be fast because I just read that the South West are strategizing on how they will take all their prosperous lands and beautiful shorelines out of Nigeria! I love Nigeria for that country should be REALLY great but you people have held everyone back and I don't blame the SW for wanting to take their land away and send all of you folks away! |

What is the retardeen going to say anyway? I am sure they can wait the entire evening to see if he will make any sense! Whether he does or not, they will still attend the NGF meeting and pursue their agenda. Or will retardeen fix another conflicting meeting the next day? LWTMB! The funny thing is they will be there, go through the motions but they know when it comes time to vote again or make their stand at their party convention, they will tell GEJ to take a hike as they vote for their candidate of choice! |

ketoprofen: Wait, CyberG, Before i close my eyes and open it, letit be that u have deleted that long unfounded epistle. Thunder fire that your useless eyes, let them remain permanently shutdown! Go and google Herbert Ogunde, Baba Sala, etc and you will quickly learn that while ibos were still locked down in their bushes, the Yorubas were already exporting entertainment, theatre, drama and plays to Europe and America. The funny thing is the Yorubas do not brag or feel any need to justify themselves to anyone, they have nothing to prove to anyone. Ibos on the other hand cannot but justify themselves to the Yorubas and Nigeria in general. Maybe the loss of the war showed that they are not superior and on the same par so they will find any reason to somehow show that they got some going for them! Ibos build a house in their village and they post the pictures like it is an achievement whereas from Yoruba to Hausas and all the minority tribes, they have been building mega houses before ibos made their way back to their village to build a single house. It is true though painful, it must be said! Only people with inferiority complex do exactly what ibos are doing today! 1 Like |

These pictures are part of the reasons some people are perpetually angry with every part of Nigeria! Well, you can understand their chagrin when the Yoruba South Westerners and some of the other peoples of Nigeria have these beautiful coastlines while they are landlocked! It punctures the narrative and propaganda that their land and people are somewhat special when they clearly are not. They claim they are jews to perpetuate the myth of being special but everyone knows they are just lying and finding reasons to bolster their low self esteem and inferiority complex! Just saying the facts! |

thelastPope: Joblessness has made your insanity to fester into complete madness! So who created the job in Yorubaland? On whose soil was it created? If Dangote in his wisdom went from North to South, East to West and skipped iboland, to whom do you give the due credit? Same for a foreign investor or an ibo investor, if the land were cursed or drank too much blood in the past, whose fault is it? Well, YES, the jobs and opportunity has been created by the Yorubas and the people who like them and see the best in them to want to be their guests while the Yorubas are the most friendly and loving hosts you will find from North to South, East to West! If you are not happy, go hug a wet 11 KVA transformer! |

Afam4eva: This thread is a product of bad belle. I could go to any bad part of a state and take pictures and show as an evidence of fraud and failed leadership. Those kind of places in the pictures are in every part of the country. Why are you not working in Imo State if it is your paradise, what are you doing in Lagos? It is the lands of the Yorubas, the same people you like to hate but do you see the corper below complaining of not even being able to find a job in your paradise of Imo State? |

st.kelly: It's hard not to feel sorry for you and most new graduate corpers! What I don't understand is that you people keep attacking the SW but if you go to Ibadan today, I am VERY sure there are still job opportunities that you can apply to. I mean real companies on the ground! Lagos State, it's a no brainer, more opportunities than you could ever find anywhere in Nigeria! Same thing in Ogun State I guess but you people criticize the Yorubas who are the only people who create OPPORTUNITIES for their citizens, not just tarring a road. My two friends from Akwa Ibom can not and have never gotten a job for a day in Akwa Ibom but had to move to other states in search of the proverbial green pasture! |
Politics / Re: Fraud And Failed Leadership Going On In IMO STATE: Pictures by CyberG: 1:59am On Jun 26, 2013 |
This is what is baffling! All ibos leave their governors and land alone to go and do combat in Osun State, Oyo and Ogun State! Lagos? Na them complain pass! Meanwhile Iboland lies desolate and unbuilt up, who will build it up? Well you can help the SW more by piling on the pressure on their leaders until they are leveraged beyond the maximum and become better leaders following in the footsteps of great Yoruba leaders like the Eminent Chief Obafemi Awolowo! I think in the future the glut of superior leaders in the SW will create an export commodity to rescue and help the ibos and other parts of Nigeria to develop better and faster. Just a thought! 3 Likes |

Handsomeemmy: Nigeria politicians continue to abused freedom of speech and some people that can rarely manage the little money they earn as workers and calling for a Nation to split. Like what my Dad told me, he said i should not pray to see war, because the end can never be sweet no matter who the victors are. Respect to Dad, he speaks with wisdom and experience little bigoted kids cannot understand. Is it people who spend all their life on the Internet or in their parents all expense paid living in the cozy rooms of UK, US, Canada that will go back to Nigeria to help fight a war? Most of these people cannot even kill a chicken to save their lives talk less of shooting a bullet in a straight line to hit a target the size of a mountain! I honestly don't live in Nigeria and it is not fair to cause ruin and destruction for people who will have no other passports to aid their escape from hell when kasala burst! 1 Like |

biafranqueen: I am a spiritual human being not an animal I am against blood shed and I support with my own money widows of the war How many motherless baby homes and widows have you supported? I am quite happy to match donations you make to people over here. I don't live in Nigeria but I give to charitable causes when required. I particularly have a knack for giving away too much and before you know it people begin to try and take advantage of that generosity. If you are a good man, I did not call you an animal or wish you to become one. |

Well, you can try and discredit my post all you want or lie about my bp but I have a doctor who does that better than you! Better still, my bp can be checked by me any minute plus an emergency medical ambulance if I feel even a slight headache! Now, how about you? If kasala burst, my heart will go out to the people who live in Nigeria first and to the innocent victims of your hate in Iboland who will bear the brunt of the war! I know you are a scheming, duplicitous, two-timing saboteur who with a forked tongue preaches peace but quietly sharpening the sword to devour your gullible victims! Ha! Did not the war mongers before you do the same before conniving to drink the blood and sacrifice of 3 M lives!? I cannot and will not believe a blood sucker with a monicker like yours! Do you know that even such a monicker is guaranteed to have you decapitated and immolated than being an armed robber? Well, you are still a war monger, even if you pretentiously doctor your post like an angel of light! |

ketoprofen: I am not here to speak for the Yorubas, they can SPEAK for themselves. I just thought I could point out some silly thinking for the poster but now that you jump into the fray, I will highlight you rather weak grasp of the issues. Check, your intellectual capacity: Yorubas have not done anything for this nation - Without the Yorubas, Nigeria would most likely have remained a colonial egg for many more years before gaining independence - The ibos might have come closer to succeeding in lording it over more parts of Nigeria but were effectively decimated by the superior strategy, military tactics and organization of the Yorubas. - The ibos would most likely still live in the forest for they were civilized by the Yorubas who taught them how to read - Bishop Ajayi Crowther - There will be nothing like Nollywood for the movie industry was pioneered by the Yorubas long before ibos started acting speaking in English - King Sunny Ade, IK Dairo (MBE), Obey, Kollington, Fela, Femi, etc had been performing in all over the world before any ibo man whether Osadebe or PSquare was known to perform anywhere on this planet. - The best universities have always been in Yorubaland - UI, Ife, Unilag, etc. Today, the SW has more universities, better universities than any part of Nigeria - The highest level of academic achievement long before any ibo man or what not. - The most organized society since the days of Chief Obafemi Awolowo, even acknowledged by Azikiwe and Ojukwu, the 'best' ibo man since the ibo race Let me draw one important distinction, which I would like to hear your views. The Yorubas seem to have no reason whatsoever to try and impress anyone or to prove themselves in anyway. They have done that too convincingly, check their history. These were a people already militarily superior and active since the 1400s! I read and understand that their society does not tolerate any kind of criminal acts as excuse to become rich unlike the ibos where the kids are told that if they do not make it in life and become rich, their voices will never be heard in the village meeting! On the other hand, ibos are strongly driven to prove a point! Now, there is nothing wrong in being driven for a lot of people I know are but it is a personal thing, a persona decision. However, the ibos seem to be struggling with their history and trying to find reasons for self worth! The loss of the civil war for example made them subject to the majority called Nigeria, they can not be respected for Nigeria knows that if the rubber meets the road again, the ibos will be soundly defeated again! The ibos like to project a different mien and hence tout and thump their noses anytime an ibo man does anything of note! If they are in the national team, we hear it is a biafra team. If an ibo man is COAS, we hear it is because the ibos are the superior military power! LWKMD! If PSquare sings a song or Aki and Pawpaw fly in a plane, we are told it is because ibos are the only ones who can afford to fly on such a jet. If an ibo man builds a house in his village, they snap pictures and inundate NL servers to show the pictures! LWTMB! FYI, my own parents had exclusive houses built in their ancestral lands for vacation purposes as far back as the early 80s! Those houses are as fine and solid as any built today and our house is not the only one in that street! Yet, I have never even thought about it nor think posting the pictures to show you how many duplexes or condos are in my parents neck of the land! But ibos, it is a competition moreso if the road in Abriba is asphalted or graded! I can go on and on. Why do ibos think like this? Your real worth is not in thumping your nose at another man's achievement. That one man is successful does not mean his tribe is automatically successful or better than other people! Anyway, Dr. Osuji is one who has analysed you his people to a T! |
