Does this really matter? The body is only a vessel for this realm of existence. Don't you think you should rather advice her on the benefits of socialising while alive? The choice on how she lives her life is still hers though.

Well, I think they should be banned on all roads with less than 2 lanes in ~~both~~ each direction.

Helmets and functional dual rear view mirrors should be made compulsory.

All riders should be taught & tested in approved riding schools before they can be issued a license to ride on ~~any tarred~~ the permitted roads.

What if it was a pedestrian that was on that spot, at that time? It's not always about banning okada entirely sometimes. I admit, they can be a pain the ass especially on narrow roads.
