Opoki:You drink Garri before bed or eat very heavy food like Eba and go straight to bed..... and you dont want to have nightmares? Cheesux, you people can be very funny sha. ![]() |
yeman1:You are right, Dogs were also wailing like Wolf, in my hood overnight...l guess they saw ghosts! By the way, 16 out of about 19 banks in Nigeria have retrenched almost half of their staff, l guess it is because all the staff were living in a house with a grave. Abeg, go an dlook for another house and stop exposing your foolishness online. ndi ara. ![]() |
Oyindidi:Stop being silly! The owner is not renting out the grave...he is renting out space beside the grave. What will you do if your next door neighbour buries their loved ones in their compound, next to the house you built? Will you abandon your house or you think the fence is high enough to stop "spirits" from crawling over? ![]() Some of your are so backward in your thinking and you need to cop-on. Like someone pointed out earlier, every spot on this mother earth would have being somebody's grave, at on epoint or the other, the fact that you dont know does not change anything....except your backwardness ofc. ![]() |
lorhema:And please use the transparent type (they call it colourless) One Thousand Niara in Lagos and environs. Coloured ones are cheaper |
Chekitaut:I am sorry to say, this is the 'typical Nigerian mentality'... the way Fela Anikulapo Kuti put it (Suffering and Smiling Album). I am even more disappointed in your Lawyer, who should be championing your cause, on a "'Prono Bono" (No Win, No fee) basis. What is expensive in filling a case at the High Court, against Dangote, for breach of contract? How much does a filling cost (less than #5,000!) when you already have a Lawyer on ground? And to think that you are the complainant/plaintiff and Dangote will be the defendant, worse case, they will "settle you out of court", knowing that they have no case. You get paid, your Lawyer also gets paid. But when everyone is even afraid to 'make a move', even when it is obvious they cannot lose, how then will their rights not get trampled upon and their abusers get away with it? Ordinary people are too concerned with daily bread, even when that daily bread is unjustly taken away from them, they will still say "let me look for another one, that one is taken away (there is always a ready-made excuse, not to fight for their rights) .... instead of fighting to get it back! Some so called "exposed" will even concur with you, despite all their shakara about America and the liberty they have there, talk of speaking from both sides of the mouth. ![]() Well, what l dont want or like is VICTIMS LAMENTING.... when they can and should have been taking some LEGAL ACTION. Even banding together and taking Class Action is an option But then, if your Lawyer, a supposed trained legal mind, is already discouraging you by sowing "fear of non-existing expenses" in your mind, what do we expect? Nigeria is not a shit-hole, most of the people are shit-heads. ![]() God bless Gani Fawehinmi, in his grave. |
DrMuzungu:In Nigeria, 400 criminal Senators would line-up behind him in a convoy of exotic vehicles and begin to intimidate the Judge, Police will take bribe and allow the witnesses to escape or even poison them, criminal lawyers like Mike Ozekhome will be sweating from both nostrils and trying to save a thief so he can get his own cut, ...... and the citizens will be looking helpless like monkey, doing nothing, according to Fela Anikulapo! Nigeria, l hail thee. Nigeria go-better, when Jesus krist come back. ![]() |
Cindino20:You have said it all. Sheer ignorance on the part of our people and their unwillingness to enforce their rights, is what makes these companies to get away with blue murder! Even in the justice system, you dont apply punishment retroactively (remembered this is what caused a lot of furore during the first Buhari/idiagbon military regime of 1983 when the death penalty was enacted for drug trafficking and some "already arrested persons" (arrested long before the enactment of the law) were to be executed and eventually executed (I think one ojuolape guy was among them). We then have a consumer 'protection' agency that is in cahoots with these companies, taking kickbacks and putting the interest of the company far and above that of the consumer while the consumer at times, makes silly excuses on why they should just swallow the B/shyte. ![]() If this happened in the USA, are we going to be yapping about 'Contract', even if it is a single item bought at Wickes or will the company be paying compensation and getting bad reviews on all Radio & TV stations? These firms are just criminal extortionists and nigeria is their play ground. |
Chekitaut:It is called a 'breach of agreement/contract' but l am sure if l aske you to contact ur Lawyer to press for compensation due to loss incured (current and future), you will probably laugh at me and say 'this is Nigeria, it cant work'. ![]() Its all about CONTRACT : Dangote OFFERED to Sell, Chekitaut ACCEPTED to buy..... and a CONSIDERATION (money) was 'given and taken' to seal the Contract. Any unilateral revocation of such a binding contract, by any of the parties involved, is a violation of the contract and the affected party can sue for loss/damages and compensation. Caveat: Unless the T & C of such contract (clause) expressly say they can do as alleged, and you signed-on to such clause. But then, wetin l sabi sef. |
wildwest22:Criminals "thank God' and one will wonder which God they are thanking? Because a criminal contractor did something criminal, you a tenant is now 'thanking God' for taking advantage of the Landlord/Owner? SMH. You are in no way different from the Contractor, both of you are criminals. |
gbadexy:Seriously? l was surprised that she is a non-entity but assumed its one of those multiple username people trying to play sneaky. I wont respond to anything she says. |
kullozone:At least, rich people can still quote you! ![]() Seriously, this is nothing to be proud-of, that you have be abusing a girl placed under your trust.... It just shows Emeka has no moraality and is a scum. BTW, is appointment as an S.A such a big deal? does it need special academic pedegree other than being a 'Lie' Mohammed? ![]() The kind of evil we celebrate in this Nigeria, of recent ehn? Where is that man that is selling thunder sef, make l order special one for this poster and the Emeka S.A. ![]() |
BankeSmalls:Who gives a flying f*ck whether you shoot / burn ritual killers or kidnappers whose name sounds like Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike a.k.a Evans the kidnapper or why are you suddenly 'pained' by my suggestion? ![]() Whether it is 'baby-factory', or producing fake pharmaceutical drugs or being beheaded daily in China, South Africa, Bangladesh, Singapore and other Asian countries for swallowing Cocain or counterfeiting vehicle spare parts or stealing the intellectual property rights of Artists (Video/Audio) or Armed Robbery, just name it! I dont need to allow you turn this into a tribal-fest..... you know yourselves. ![]() Back to building issues. |
Brooke60:Dont be fooled, this is no robbery! Its an Assasination, well planed to make you think it is a robbery. |
allCopacetic:Its better to tackle a proble from the 'source'. Those who engage in this kind of activity that usually lead to loss of life whould be labelled economic saboteurs, traitors and should be arrested, jailed for LIFE or just shot at Bar Beach, to make things simpler. But why is it always or mostly "Eze-something" folks that engages in this sort of mindless, evil Greed?, not even minding that some innocent families will die as a result of their "get-rich-quick-at-all-cost" attitude? |
money121:This is a silly thing to say, when referring to a potential customer! maybe you are good as your reviews but let me remind you that before now, there have been hundreds of business that were good, got good reviews and just like the path you are begining to tow, it got into their heads and they start taking, one, two, three customers for granted. TODAY, those businesses are no more, as in dead! Whatever way the discussion goes, always be Polite and respect your customers (current or potential). He may not do business with you today (for reasons best known to him), but you never can say what tomorrow will bring. Customer is 'king' is not just for mouth. Humility takes a man where he does not even dream-of. Wish you more business. |
Gardenng:Even 2Million will build one and 20Million may not finish another of same size! it all depends on the QUALITY and TASTE you want to put into it. |
lestat:And all you think you can do is get her pregnant, abi? ![]() To you, she is no more than a baby-factory! Some Men sha...#SMH |
Evablizin:I guess this is worth celebrating, right? When a woman gives a man a headbutt and slaps him unconcious in public, y'all celebrate and call it "Boxing prowess"! But if a man as much as slap a woman in public, you all will gather to lynch him and call it Domestic Violence! Where then is the "Gender Equality" rant? Just remember that whatever is good for the Geese, should also be good enough for the Gander. It is just the ediotically-moronic 'gentleMEN' that support this nonsense, that l pity Gentle "men" indeed |
EgunMogaji:Like Spyder adviced, put the slab on reinforced columns so that it has a firm base. -Since your tank will be within a roofed building, Rain would not be your source of water - If there are plumbing breakages later, as source of water spillage, Tile the floor so that any water that hits the floor, runs-off into a pipe that leads down. - The other source of spillage could be from run-overs when your tank gets filled up and the pump is not swithed-off. Use an "automatic float switch" that senses when your tank reaches a certain desired level and then switches off your pump automatically. It also swithces it on, when it falls below a certain desired level. -You can chisel a small hole at the lowest point of your deck and put a pipe there (properly sealed at the edges), to channel the water away from your slab/tank floor to the ground and you wont have that stain anymore All problems considered and resolved. ![]() - |
JasonScolari:Dont mind the sad and hateful baitch! - Things is, when women want to divorce their husband, they boast about and fight to have the chidren under their own care - After divorce, they run around telling thier friends that his life is finished (without her ), he is dipressed, bla bla bla- When he fixes his life and start 'living again', they become very sad and spiteful..... and suddenly remembers that he is not taking care of his kids and he does not deserve to be happy thereafter and forever. If you know you cant 'financially' take care of the children, let the parent that has the capacity to do so, have them. Dont drag the children to yourself, just to spite your partner and to make money off-him. Finally, stop whinning, we nor send you. BTW: Happy married life to the ex-hubby, life is just about to turn the corner. Haters gon-die. |
kimjongJezebel:Now l know the problem of this country - "The Youths"! No wonder the country is just retrogressing. |
AngelicBeing:I was just shattered at how some people can keep everything in sharp focus and remind you of what you said a few years back! Truly, this internet ...and people like commonsense101, never forget! ![]() Better to always keep it straight, always. Reminds me of this lady that said all her clothes are designer labels she buys in Italy...until a few weeks later, she was caught 'selelcting Okrika at Bend-down Botique'. ![]() Some people ehn, dey can 'lie-mohamed' for Nigeria. ![]()
|
Biglittlelois:Use your head and stop nagging. People are entitled to protect their privacy. BTW: The guy needs to get the attention of the Police because if you take another person's possesion, without their permission and fail to return it on demand, it is called STEALING and that is a criminal offence. She can go to jail for this |
Flaghouse1:If the fence is high enough, before adding the Elelctric part, say 7ft, l dont see "kids" trying to jump that, especially in the night hours! Chronic Problems, deserve or require some very 'Chronic' solutions. ![]() Nigeria to some, can be a dangerous place, at times. |
Dremca:Not just cost! Even when you can afford it, RELIABILITY is the major headache, I installed some security stuff in my place and l am supposed to operate them remotely from anywhere in the world but if l tell you that l have been changing from one Internet provider to another, looking for one whose signal is robust and does not break-off at will? I think some of these problems are deliberate, enshrined just to keep the citizens on a leash, by the Powers-that-be |
TOKNOW:You are welcome. |
Flaghouse1:You actually dont have to 'remember' to do the On/Off stuff. All you need is to incorporate an automatic Timer switch (programmed to switch it off/On at predetermined times of the day). I dont want to get involed in this Eletric fence arguement because l am sure almost all of us here remember we have discussed its merit and demerits, in detail, a few pages back. The level of "defense" you install, should be proportional to the level of threat (and response) that you face. If anyone jumps your fence in the US, you dial 911 and Police is there within five minutes or less...why then do you need an electric fence? If same happens in Nigeria, l am sure we all know they are not coming to pick their 'ball' that fell into your compound at 2am in the dark of the night. and the Police will rather be 'raiding' than attend to your distress call ......so if such people they get jolted and thrown-off (not killed instantly), they deserve it.That my take |
KolaShangOne:It is wrong to look at "Asset" in terms of something that BRINGS-IN money. The corrolary is also True - Whatever SAVES-YOU money is an asset as well. Consider how much you would have phucked-out as RENT, if you did not have that house! All that "saved" amount, is the asset. So, if it "generates" income, or "save" you Expenses, then it is still an asset. |
fk001:Dont mind those enemy of progress jawe. BTW, what should we tag the terrorist herdsmen sef? How about tagging them "Cultural" troops? Weyrey Insha Allau. ![]() |
Castanea:Stop lying please. A police Station was burnt by IPOB miscreants and a Policeman was killed in that process, in Rivers State. And not just that one incident alone That does not justify what these "Terrorists" Herdsmen are doing but let us just keep things straight and HONEST. Thank you. |
CastedDude:So, these herdsmen no longer have respect for even our Nigerian Army baa? They kill them at will! But wait: Herdsmen opened fire on our 'armed' Nigeruan Army troops, killing two of them instantly, not to mention the 23 dead bodies already recovered.......and they did all these with just ONE AK47 nd one locally-made single barrel gun? Abeg, let these herdsmen just be renamed the "real" Nigerian Army or who is Buhari and IGP Idris deceiving? When will Buhari start treating these his Herdsmen like the TERRORISt that they are? |
