I wanted to buy a brand new Gionee m5 mini yesterday but the price here in akure is obscenely high. If you sell this product, state your last price here and drop your contact. |
kio052001:Must I have it rooted in order to enjoy it fully? |
kio052001:Pease what is your honest first hand review of this phone as I intend to buy one today? Please, completely honest. |
Whether to church or mosque, or any other private affairs, is it right to employ official property for personal use? We may twist and turn just to rationalize this attitude simply because it is commonplace and everyone is doing it. I see it as an abuse of office, rights and privileges, especially in a case where the organization is usually responsible for the maintenance of such vehicle. |
areo2:I don't think it is part of the admission requirement that your send I your credentials. You would only be required to present them at the level of clearance before which you must have received your notification of provisional admission. Therefore, You don't need to send your credentials to school. You are required to send in your transcript only. This is very important. Please, note that the words written above are my opinion and are subject to review or total change due to reasons that may arise as a result of modifications of managerial policies of the school/higher authorities, which is equally applicable in every corporate organization for the greater good, or as a result of my own lack of access to sufficiently reliable information. I advise therefore that you do not take all that has been written here as factual, but endeavor to make further enquiries in order to be on a safer side. Many others, like myself, who give advices or directions on this thread are generously trying in their capacity merely to be of help; they are not staffs of FUTA. Regards. |
queenfav:Smile... Thank you. But I don't seem to understand your text 'put me down.' Please clarify. |
queenfav:Dear barrister, I would like to take your remark of this power bank as an honest basis on which a thoughtfully informed decision is to rely. I know learned lawyers don't lie; they may only not narrate the whole truth. Please madam, help me on how I can get this device. I mean contact. Thanks. |
virus04:Please, what's your experience of this phone? |
Distinguished ladies and gents, greetings to all. First of all I want to say hello to Ms Raufrukayat, the madam vice-president elect of SET, your contributions to this thread is highly recognized. Well done ma. I implore all Futa aspirants to prepare well for the Computer based admission test and pray accordingly. Do not rely on human connections. Commit your ways to God and he will guide you. If your admission is successful, all the best; and if otherwise, give thanks as well for there is a reason for everything. That is not the end of life. Do not attempt to commit suicide or inflict upon yourself dangerously irreparable damages. Please take things easy, reassess your weakness, where you failed and try again. Raise your head proudly high and forge ahead. The strongest enemy to deal with is the enemy within. Tell yourself you can make it. It doesn't matter the number of times you've been trying. Comparing yourself with friends and thinking obsessively about where you ought to be will not move you forward. Forget about how old you are; or how you think, by now, you should be preparing to get married. Your destiny lies in your hands. Confess positive things into your life. I say Kudos to lordbintus, sirneji and host of others providing useful hints for the admission seekers. Well done sirs and ma's'. If you have stumbled upon this thread as an admission seeker into the prestigious Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA), I say you are in the right place. Be however aware of scammers prowling everywhere for unsuspecting victims to swindle. There are trusted personalities here in the house. You shall know them by their works. Fellows of magnanimous heart, bright minds, congenial disposition, cerebral characters and amazing intellectuals, who would be more than willing to render assistance of any kind, as regards your purposeful endeavor. To the utme candidates and direct entry applicants, your are welcome and I wish you all the best. Warm regards. |
My experience: This looks to me as Officially N25 for 500mb, and unofficial reality, N25 for 25mb. YouTube remorselessly data-guzzled the whole thing. I guess this new plan is from mtn is primarily designed for reading textual content. My verdict: unimpressive, dissatisfied, exploitative and deceptive. Modification: I discovered that my YouTube app had some waiting files for download. I guess this was the reason my data exhausted faster than I expected. I may be wrong that the Mtn was fraudulent in my estimation. Apologies. |
[/i]I found this on Facebook. Toki Abel Adeolu Most Nigerians are myopically unreasonable in making comments on the prevailing situations in Nigeria. Let us face reality. A party ruled Nigeria for 16 years and ended up with bigwigs syphoning billions of Naira and another party is yet to complete 1 year and discovered trillions of stolen moneys and people are crying! I am of the opinion that but for the almighty God that enthroned Buari who would have unveiled the stolen funds? Don't Nigerians think that the refunded moneys would be used to ease off our pains when the National Assembly approve disbursement of the recovered moneys to the states. With Boko Haram and Niger Delta insurgents causing divergent and destruction of pipelines thereby compounding our woes and Massop, kidnappers etc working on daily basis destroy I ng our sources of national income. But for God's intervention, who could have brought the Army Generals to court to answer criminal charges. All we need to do is to pray for Buari to succeed in bringing the cabals to justice and to redeem our damaged names globally and not to expected changes within a short time; politics apart. Let us face reality. |
Unfortunately, life-changing posts such as this do not usually get the attention of many. The interest of the majority is in the affairs of Tiwa Savage, Teebillz, etc..and the like. I don't know what's interesting in the story of these celebrities. What value are they adding to the environment? Thanks to the original poster for this wonderful post. The many reasons why a lot of people are fettered with problems come out of the transgression of this most exalted of all the commandments. We ignore what is most valuable, yet we expect to reap happiness and unending bliss. The consequences do come anyway. |
Cooleasy:Hello Sir, Thanks for the good work and thanks, too, to the original poster. I would just like to persuade mr. Cooleasy to share the interesting information he has on this crucial subject matter. The thread has gained a lot of views and still counting, which suggests people actually do pay attention; but they may not write a comment. Information here would also be of immense benefit to those who might have a similar problem in future when seeking desperately for a way out. It is even surprising that a thread like this is not on front page since its creation about a year ago. Could it be true that topics with content that are perceived to be widely unacceptable, even though true, are treated with disdain? The mods would be rendering the army of Nigerian youths a great service by giving this thread the maximum publicity it deserves. Regards. |
The following words are not written with the base intent to discredit your persona or undermine your values. Rather, they are well meant advice borne out of love and a desire to help. I perceive that you are a young lady of bright mind, brimming with ideas and formative afterglow. You are obsessed with fashion, romance, physical beauty, self-adulation, and a compulsive need for validation. Your desire for attention and admiration is now heightening to an unhealthy crescendo. You need to temperate this narcissistic incontinence. The influence of feministic ideological postulations is becoming an incentive to your simmering drive for perverse emancipation. You can channel this misdirected formative energy to a more positive fruitful end; without having to appear as a wheedler, only to practice what is in clear contrast to what you wish to put up as a public screen. Your words oftentimes belie the inner you. I would have sent this address through a private mail but for what you are likely to think if an ordinary PM is coming from a male figure. Yes, of course, you are free to do what you like and desire, but do not let what you desire out of youthful bloom cast you in a mound of a misshapen image. Be simple and true. Greatness lies in simplicity. |
shamsuRana:MONEY is not the root of all evil. It is the LOVE of money that is; just like the love of any other thing else that is base. |
I observed that people rarely mind their businesses when it comes to relationships between man and woman. From friends, family, co-workers, neighbours, etc, etc. They are always curious. Is it genuine love that moves them? Do they actually care about the welfare of their neighbours by their relentless persuasion on young maiden to get married? Their barrage of impure thoughts on the single unmarried can create confusion and instability in the youths life. This an abuse and a trespass to an individual right's to live. Each person bears spiritually the responsibility for whatever he thinks and does. And if these set of people are met for some financial help, material or spiritual progress, they are often too unwilling to render assistance, yet, they worry that you are not yet married; as if marriage is a ticket to the kingdom of heaven. Must a person marry in order to live a happy and responsible life! People should desist from the evil habit of persuading another person to get married, no matter how close you may seem. It doesn't matter whether it concerns your relations. |
Watching TV is not my interest. I see it as a waste of time; but I do watch once in while if the movie is well worth it. I think some movies are really worth wasting time over. I watched again the last two episodes of 24, season 8, and I was wondering if there has ever been a movie that surpasses this masterpiece in every respect. I bow for the brains behind the writing, producing and directing of the film. The are truly gifted. The characters themselves are amazing. A lot of human and material resources were deployed in its creation. I have interest in movies that are extremely intelligent, with the use of latest technology and artistry. I like it more when it looks real, right from the facilities, military uniforms, jets, etc etc. Therefore, my standard and benchmark for recommendation is '24' featuring Kiefer Surtherland. If you haven't watched the movie series 24, season 1-9, please don't bother wasting time to post. I do not mean to sound offensive to anyone's intelligence . It is just that you may find it difficult to understand my line of reasoning. |
Woman, virtue, vanity and validation... I heard a pastor sermonizing on a prerecorded audio clip that 'if you take every of a woman's words too seriously, you my commit murder.' The words of the poster written up there are fitting examples of the pastor's axiom. |
Leriebloom:May I ask, ma'am, how long have you been single; I mean romantically unattached, and how old are you? |
Ryabcool:Is it craving for 'likes' that motivates them? Many are only interested in savoring the illusory pleasure that comes with the e-recognition. The game is how fast you can be. No more depth of understanding which is usually followed by critical analysis and sound contribution. |
Who will save the introverts of all these daily torrents of bashing, bombarding us left, right and center; and more appallingly from the supposedly educated who lay claim to knowledge. Somebody who is depressed will have bouts of it, but more of lively moments and yearning for association, if he is not an introvert. Introverts are pleasantly looking forwarding to having time alone, living in their minds and enjoying the wonders of the internal world. People should endeavour to maintain silence, or where necessary, and not for vainglorious seeking, find out more about what they do not fully understand, rather than remorselessly betray themselves as unlettered critics lacking in creative thinking and depth of character with proudly puff-up hypothetical postulations of misleading proportions. |
I am sorry to say that the majority from whom you genuinely seek help might be in more need of the same help. Try and pray fervently about it. Keep your mind busy on useful non-sensual things and avoid triggers. This issue is a ruthlessly destructive canker in the lives of many. It is as though one is fighting a losing battle, a kind of a hydra-headed monster. You might even think yourself winning the battle, only to relapse at leisurely relaxed time when the fortresses of the mental powers are unguarded. It is not easy; but keep trying. Wish you well sir. |
[/b]An excerpt from the column "Sunday Doctor" on punchng.com [Dear doctor, is there room in Nigeria for assisting the killing of an unfortunate new born baby who is expected only to cause misery to the parents? I have a younger sibling whose five-year-old son is in such a terrible state. The legs are abnormal; the child is always snoring and drooling saliva. He cries a lot too. He does not talk. He wets his bed and even stools on his body. What kind of child is this, doctor? The parents have spent too much money, to their own detriment and that of their other children. Anonymous] |
