Here is the right page to download the video of Real Madrid vs Manchester United’s 1-1 draw in the 2017 International Champions Cup friendly game at Levi’s Stadium in California. The match was later decided by the Penalty shootout as Man Utd won 1-2 in dramatic fashion. The goalscorers of this game are; J. Lingard 45’+ Casemiro 69′ Real Madrid 1-1 Manchester United AP 1-2: Reds down Madrid as they continue fine run It was a tale of two halves today in California, but not what most would have expected. Manchester United’s B team took the game to the Real Madrid stars in the first half, handing a 1-0 over to their big guns following Jesse Lingard’s late goal, but the youth of Los Blancos shined through in the final 45 minutes as they drew level through Casemiro’s penalty to force a shootout to decide things. Manchester United later won the match on penalties, which was a bit awkward one as both teams only scored 3 out of 10 penalties. http://fabinfos.com/download-video-real-madrid-vs-manchester-united-1-1-penalty-1-2-2017-international-champions-cup-goals-highlights/

When you become a part of the private rented sector for the first time, there are a number of things you have to consider to ensure you are not cheated and that you’re in a secure and safe tenancy. Jumia Travel, the leading online travel agency, shares 6 things you as a first time renter should consider before renting an apartment. Tenancy Contracts Though they tend to be long, confusing and full of legal jargon, it is important to avoid the temptation of just skipping to the end and signing it without reading. A tenancy contract is a legally binding document that mandates your landlord to do certain things that you definitely should be aware of to avoid being taken by a rude surprise. Upfront Costs It’s easy for first-time renters to forget that aside monthly or yearly rent, there are also upfront costs of renting an apartment and you’ll almost always have to complete the payment of the costs before you can move into the apartment. You should prepare and plan ahead for these costs to avoid a rude shock in this area. Long Term Costs Aside monthly or yearly rent, there are other utility payments like electricity, water etc. that you have to consider. You need to be sure if certain utilities are covered by your rent and provided for or if you will have to either source for them or pay for them. Take a Meter Reading Before Signing on the Dotted Line Landlords are fond of passing on previous electricity bills to new and unsuspecting tenants. Ensure you are not a victim of this by taking a meter reading of the electricity meter when you come to inspect the house. You can also request to see evidence that electricity bills have been paid to date and there are no outstanding bills left for you to shoulder. Please ensure you do this to avoid being charged by PHCN for electricity previous tenants used. Safety and Appearance of the Neighbourhood Many first-time renters often get carried away with the excitement of renting their first apartment and forget to assess the safety of the neighbourhood their renting the apartment in. Please ensure you do not make this mistake. Landlords will hardly be truthful or sincere about the safety of the neighbourhood of their apartments, so you have to ask around and make necessary enquiries. You can talk to one or two people who live and work around the area to get information about what the area is really like. Accessibility Try to get an apartment that has an easy or relatively easy access to public transportation, provision stores, medical facilities or anything else you consider important to your living situation. This will help make life in the apartment easier for you. http://fabinfos.com/things-consider-renting-apartment-first-time/

The Presidency has stated that illegal, large scale and indiscriminate clandestine recruitments were going on in federal ministries, department and agencies (MDAs). A circular by the acting Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Dr. Habiba Lawal to the Chief of staff to the President, National Assembly, service chiefs, heads of ministries and agencies among others, warned culpable MDAs that their acts will not go unpublished. The memo titled, “Streamlining procedures for recruitment into federal agencies”, while condemning the scam, noted that if the practices continued unabated without reference to budgetary provisions and due process, government was at risk of owing workers salaries, budget shortfalls and the threat of increasing the cost of payroll, which was already over 40 per cent of total government expenditure. It said government has seen the need to take drastic action to arrest the situation in view of the current economic situation facing the country. The acting SGF condemned the flagrant disregard of rules and established procedures for recruitment in the public service, adding that the recruitments had affected the ongoing reform of the payroll and personnel cost management, as it had created ghost workers in the payroll who receive fraudulent and erroneous salaries and also perpetuated nepotism and regional imbalances in the public service. “The attention of the President has been drawn to reports of massive and indiscriminate clandestine recruitments in federal ministries, department and agencies (MDAs) in flagrant disregard of rules and established procedures for recruitment in the public service. “Many MDAs have been carrying out recruitments in the guise of replacement of existing staff without following due process,” she noted. Lawal also argued that the current ongoing reforms aimed at providing a high level assurance on the integrity of the payroll and personnel cost would be jeopardised. The acting SGF explained that government has decided to streamline the process and procedures for recruitment and appointment into the public service in conformity with the certain guidelines. She listed the guidelines to include: adherence to manpower budget for proposed recruitment, which must be approved by the supervising agency or ministry; obtaining of waiver to recruit from the office of the Head of Service of the Federation; appropriate budgetary provisions to accommodate the proposed recruitment and letter of clearance from the director general of the budget office of the federation to confirm budgetary provision for the proposed recruitment. Other guidelines include approval of Federal Character Commission for the distribution of vacancies for the proposed recruitment to ensure equitable distribution of vacancies among the states; obtaining certificate of clearance for the Federal Character Commission for the recruitment; representation of the Federal Civil Service Commission as observers in the recruitment process in the ministries, representatives of the office of the head of service of the federation in other to ensure compliance with extant rules and provision of recruitment. “In case of agencies/parasatals appropriate representation of supervising ministries and agencies to provide necessary guidance and give credibility to the exercise. Permanent secretaries and heads of extra- ministerial departments would be held personally responsible for ensuring strict compliance with this circular. “The implementation of the provisions of the circular takes immediate effect. Please bring the contents of this circular to the attention of all staff and ensure strict compliance,” Lawal stated. http://fabinfos.com/sgf-confirms-illegal-recruitments-mdas-vows-severe-punishments/ Lalasticlala Ishilove Mynd44 Seun Dominique

Romelu Lukaku made his debut as Manchester United cruised to a 5-2 friendly win over LA Galaxy on Saturday. Lukaku, who joined United for a reported £75million from Everton earlier this month, played the second half at StubHub Center in California. The Belgium international missed a great chance shortly after being introduced, but had an otherwise quiet 45 minutes. Two popular Nigerian actors, Bolaji Amusan, popularly called Mr Latin, and Odunlade Adekola were attacked by armed robbers on Saturday night. The actors were returning from a Glo music show in Ijebu-Ode, when their cars ran into the armed robbers who had laid siege along Ilishan-Sagamu road. Mr Latin narrated the ordeal to PREMIUM TIMES on Sunday. “We left Ijebu-Ode after the show and heading to Abeokuta, when at about 7.30 p.m. we ran into the armed robbers already stationed themselves on the road,” he said. The actor explained that Odunlade was driving ahead of his car when he sighted the road block by the bandits. Odunlade attempted to make a detour, but the bandits rained bullets on the tyres forcing the car to a halt, he explained. Mr Latin, who drove in his Toyota Camry behind Odunlade’s Toyota Avensis, said he and his colleague, alongside some of their aides, had to abandon their vehicles and run into the bush. He said they were in the bush for almost two hours, while the bandits ransacked their vehicles, carting away valuables including money and mobile phones. “We took to our heels as the robbers pursued us with guns. We were in the bush for about two hours, before we later regained freedom after the robbers left the scene,” Mr Latin stated. He said some vigilante members later came to their rescue and they were taken to Ogun State University Teaching Hospital, Sagamu for medical treatment. He said the matter has been reported to the police and thanked God for sparing their lives. http://fabinfos.com/just-armed-robbers-attack-top-nigerian-actors-odunlade-adekola-mr-latin/

A witness, Akin Apanisile, on Friday revealed hw Governor Ayo Fayose distributed money to his loyalists on September 25, 2014 after the State High Complex was attacked in a bid to prevent the hearing of his election eligibility case. He made the revelation while being led in evidence by the prosecution counsel, Mr. Ahmed Tafa, before the presiding judge, Justice Lekan Ogunmoye. Apanisile testified as Prosecution Witness 5 (PW 5) in the murder case instituted by the state government against seven persons accused of complicity in the murder of former state chairman of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW), Omolafe Aderiye. The defendants in the case are Adebayo Aderiye a.k.a. Ojugo (1st) Adeniyi Adedipe a.k.a. Apase (2nd), Sola Durodola (3rd), Kayode Ajayi (4th), Oso Farotimi a.ka. Oso Polo (5th), Sola Adenijo a.k.a. Solar (6th) and Rotimi Olanbiwonnu a.k.a. Mentilo (7th). Aderiye, a loyalist of Fayose, was murdered on the same day (September 25, 2014), some hours after people suspected to be political thugs attacked the court, beat up a judge, Justice John Adeyeye. Apanisile (22) told the court that Fayose (who was then governor-elect) gave money to those who followed him to the court on the day of the incident at Spotless Hotel owned by him (Fayose). The witness revealed that Fayose handed the money to the late Omolafe to distribute to the boys who followed him to the court on that fateful day. Apanisile claimed that the late ex-NURTW boss did not give money to the followers of the 1st accused person (Ojugo), who was the Chairman of the Road Transport Employers Association of Nigeria (RTEAN) at the time which, he said caused a rift among the duo. The witness said: “We went to Spotless Hotel and at the hotel, Fayose gave the late Omolafe money to distribute to those who went to the court but Omolafe did not give the boys of Ojugo money and Ojugo was angry and said he (Omolafe) did not owe him (Ojugo) more than seven bullets.” Under cross-examination from counsel to 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th defendants, Mr. Biodun Fasakin, Apanisile said: “We followed Fayose to the court on September 25, 2014 and on that day, I rode on my bike. There was a big crowd of people cheering Fayose on that day.” Under cross-examination from counsel to 5th and 7th defendants, Mr. Lekan Olatawura, Apanisile admitted that he was among who wielded canes on the day of the attack on court. Apanisile added that none of the accused persons in the dock shot Aderiye on the day he was killed. Apanisile had earlier told the court that the late Omolafe adopted him after he lost his parents claiming that his father died in 2008 while his mother died in 2015 but had earlier told the court that he met Omolafe in 2014. He had earlier told the court that the 6th defendant (Adenijo), alongside other defendants stormed the late Omolafe’s private park a white Hilux van on the day the deceased was killed in 2014 but in another breath said he knew Adenijo in 2015. Under cross-examination from counsel to the 6th defendant, Chief Anthony Adeniyi, Apanisile was given a sheet of paper to append his signature with his signature tendered and admitted as Exhibit 19. The witness’ statement volunteered to the Police was earlier tendered by the prosecution counsel and was admitted and marked Exhibit 18. While adjourning the case to next Wednesday, July 19, Justice Ogunmoye stressed that the prosecution should be ready to close its case on the next adjourned date for the defendants to open their defence. http://fabinfos.com/fayose-distributed-money-us-2014-court-attack-witness-tells-court/ Lalasticlala Ishilove Mynd44 Seun Dominique

The Anglican Chaplain for Parliament, Rev. Canon Christine Shimanya, has told his congregants to start giving offertory in dollars and pounds. He criticized members of always bringing in the local currency ‘shillings.’ Daily Monitor reports that Rev Shimanya said this while delivering a sermon at Namugongo Martyrs Church of Uganda. According to him, “Some Christians have dollars and pounds earned from international conferences; instead they change the money to Shillings before bringing it to church as offertory. “Bring those dollars and pounds, God needs them.” The cleric also criticised Christians who prefer physical exercises to prayers on Sunday. Canon Henry Ssegawa also backed Rev Canon Shimanya’s position saying the church needs money with higher purchasing power. He said, “Some church members are already contributing in dollars, pounds, Kenya Shillings, name it. The federal government has announced that the distribution of first batch of the devices to be issued to N-Power volunteers would commence on July 15. Presidential Adviser on Job Creation, Afolabi Imoukhuede made the disclosure at the weekend in an interaction with some volunteers in Imo State. He, however, urged those not captured to wait for their turns as they would receive messages when to visit the distribution centres. His words: “N-Power is promise made and promise kept; we looking forward to deployment of another 300,000 while non-graduate redeployment will be done from July ending. “That you are paid directly is a strategy not to abuse the process but that does not in any way whittle down the powers of the state stakeholders to discipline you. “The stipends that you receive is payment for work done and you must go to work, clock in and out, and refrain from frivolous excuses to be absent. “Your performance is in your hands because the president has given you a chance to acquire employability skills and experience”. Imoukhuede also led the N-Power Monitoring and Evaluation team to a meeting with Governor, Rochas Okorocha. He stressed that the state institutional partners were empowered to monitor and discipline erring beneficiaries, saying all volunteers must obey the rules existing in their places of work. According to him, 4,334 volunteers were posted to the state while 3,848 qualified to be deployed after physical verification. He told the governor that out of the 1.99 million applications received so far in the on-going exercise, 105,336 Imo graduates across the country applied with 45,798 of them were resident in the state. Imoukhuede said that 50 per cent of the applications were from Owerri North, Owerri South and Owerri West, and advised those in the rural areas to utilise the remaining days to apply as they stood better chances for selection. In his remarks, Okorocha hailed the scheme as laudable and requested the federal government to domesticate the engagement process to enable states to drive down its impact to the grassroots. http://fabinfos.com/n-power-distribution-devices-volunteers-begins-july-15/
