I know this may not be the right thread…but please help if you have the information/experience…. Good morning people…I’ll like to ask if anyone has had to change schools after getting his or her study permit approval/letter of introduction at POE(before traveling and resumption)? Someone said if you need to change your school after getting your LOI and before traveling, you will have to apply for another study permit. Is this correct? Does any of our gurus have experience to share on this? Thanks in advance |

Thanks @Ishoba....I've passed the stage of transcript request...it was dispatched last week to WES and currently in Ontario on its way to WES... My question was on the second stage of WES verification. I was asking if it's an email that would be sent to UI or a regular mail via courier. Which department should i liaise with in UI to follow up...? I just sent you a message... Ishoba: |

Don't we see people come on here to ask ridiculous and suspicious questions on including random ladies to their application as spouses? Bad people will always spoil the show for good people advanceDNA: 1 Like |

Money needs to be in the account of the MA for one month before applying. You can keep the money in your own account… Drey1: |

There’s a strong likelihood that the Home Office will retain the H&CW Visa for the foreseeable future…beyond the current February 15, 2023 initial deadline. A body was set up by the government on its immigration policy and from its report last year, I’m 65% optimistic that the 12 month period will be extended. The body is called MAC (migration advisory council)…you guys can google it for more information… Good luck… 6 Likes 1 Share |

One very important information in the visa application is the Sponsor license number…without it, you can’t go ahead with the application. Hope this answers your funny question okeysoninv: 3 Likes |

COS are obtained by the sponsors and they pay like £199 per certificate. Renewal is also done by a sponsor. Except you asked a wrong question.. Eky29: |

Mind you, your flight will be to the Heathrow or Gatwick airport. From there, you can take a coach (National Express bus to Luton). Search for flights on kayak.com Best of luck IRIEBOY: 1 Like |

Did the sponsor indicate the expiry date of the CoS? Some says one month, Others indicate 3 months…check the validity of your CoS? I think you should hurry and apply for your visa…we aren’t sure of the future of the Care Assistant visa beyond this month…fingers crossed lixer316: |

You were spot on with the death certificate you submitted. However, I’ll like to see if the ECO won’t request for a justification of the care and maintenance in place for the kids. I pray he is satisfied with the notification by the sponsor that maintenance will be handled by them… There was no need to submit your first degree except you attached the ECCTIS certification alongside it. Did you take the IELTS exam? Best of luck in any case. UK awaits you and your kids. Sottybabe: |
