The talibans were ruling the country before America forced them out. America has to force them out for the many atrocious acts the were committing then including the 9/11 bombing of the US by the talibans sponsored terrorists. America jointly trained there army and equipped them massively before leaving but they lack the will power to fight the talibans who are now in charge of all the arms and ammunition given the government to stand strong against them. I disagree with ur position. Have witnessed this while growing up and the guy came out from the prison to become an armed robber and a menace. If they can rehabilitate him then better allowing to go to prison should be a NO. He will only come out worst.

The issue at stake is more than cattles and grazing routes. If for example every state gives out expanses of lands to the herders who are of a particular tribe, the tribe automatically will establish settlements in every state and by extension crown Emir's who will dominate every other king, oba, Obi, or what have you in those states. The domination of Nigeria by the said tribe would be completed. Now you got the bigger picture?
