Those young ones are just starting life and have no real experience yet, they are extremely dramatic and attention seeking while having the mentality that the world revolves around their arse and boobs and they feel entitled to every mans attention and adoration.

We live in a highbrow area in Ogun state with one Kid of 2 years. My wife is not working, she is attending a university in Ogun state where we lived. My wife always watch African Magic, Zee World or running from one prayer house to another. She does not respect me at all. Living with her for 3 years now is hell on earth.

Yesterday, she told me that she attended a program conducted by a prayer ministry and the the General Overseer, a woman told her to bring a bag of rice as a seed. I told her I don't have money to buy a bag of rice for a ministry I don't know anything about. She got angry and told me that I must give her the money before I go to work. To my greatest surprise, she block the door and told me that I am not going anywhere until I give her the money for the bag of rice that the woman of God need the rice that yesterday. I got angry and tried to push her, she gave me a heavy slap and began to shout and insulting me using English so that every neighbour will hear. I was so ashamed and forced my myself out of the flat, she ran after me, held my clothe and tear it down.

I return back to my flat, carry a cable wire and beat her until she couldn't stand up. I'm an operation manager in my company, I went to work, took excuse and went to police station. I carried two police to arrest the general overseer, when we got there, she started swearing that she did not tell my wife to bring any rice, that it is my wife that volunteer to bring. The police did not arrest her again. I returned to office and notify her parents.

Her parents came in the night and after I explained to them, they insulted their daughter and apologize to me. I told my wife to follow her parents she refused.

So about 12:00 midnight, my wife started again, threatening me that she will deal with me, talking loudly again that I called her parents to come and insult her and she will pay me back in a way that I will regret knowing her.

When I couldn't sleep, I went out of the house at about 2:00AM to look for a near-by hotel to sleep. Immediately I entered the hotel, a young lady standing in front of the hotel followed me to the reception. I was thinking she want to book a room as well. The receptionist told me that the available room is 17, 000. I accepted and paid. I was directed to the room and as I entered, somebody knocked the door. I open the door and it was the young lady that followed me to the reception when I was entering the hotel. Before I knew she entered the room and said, "oga, I will do you well, na just 4,000 you go give me". She started touching me and I told her to stop it. I was so disturb by wife problems and I needed someone to talk with. So I accepted the lady. We spent the night together and had sex twice. This is my first time of having sex with another woman since I married in 2019.

I am always at home with my family when I return from work and I think my wife is taking that for granted. I will be going out from now to meet other women. I am completely tired of the marriage and I am considering marrying another wife that can give me peace and respect.

Human evolution did not do that because human soceity greatly differs and varies in terms of religious beliefs and cultural systems . If you doubt this , look at all the world's religions and cultures and see if they intersect at all in terms of anything let alone a common belief that killing babies is wrong.

So therefore your explanation is void of any concrete logical answer.


Which bring us back to issues: what tells us that killing babies is wrong ? The answer : a higher moral standard . This is where the introduction of a God comes to play

And by the way, did you read the footnote I left that said " Killing babies is universally wrong "? So why are you using one religious book as reference if we are talking about what is universally accepted in all religions and cultures in the world ?

1. There is nothing philosophical about "freewill" where scripture is connected. All men are born cursed from their mothers womb so what man term "freewill" is simply a choice provided them by God to choose either to reject Him or accept Him. That is all it is, and nothing more.

Those who reject Him, no matter what their mental accomplishments perish in the grave at their end. Whereas those who chose to believe God go on to compete for a chance at Heaven after their term here on earth ends.

2. God is God of Laws and these Laws He uses to define His relationship with men. The Law we were given 2000 years ago, in Jesus Christ, God's New Covenant Law and Truth for a constitution in the Kingdom of God. The Law carried with it about 100 commandments we are to obey if we are to accept God. God's Old Covenant Law of Moses which He gave to only to the children of Israel had about 613 commandments and statutes, so God's New Covenant is, compared to that, lighter and comes with an easy burden to bear - Matthew 11 vs 28 - 30

Trust and obedience in the Bible is not blindness. Instead, what God asks is that we trust Him and the agreement He makes with us- His Law. The details of the Law are as provided us by Jesus Christ with all the Terms and conditions spelt out for those who are interested.

Like any other contract or agreement one chooses to enter into, trust and obedience - to the terms and conditions of said contract - is required. Now with God, He is absolutely committed from His end to honoring His agreement - He is faithful -and He calls on men to doing the same.

Let me ask you a similar question: why is it wrong to kill babies ? What standard is do we ascribe to that tells us killing babies is wrong ?

P.S : Before answering , note that killing of babies is wrong universally irrespective of what religion or tribe you belong to .

Your definition of freewill is not what the bible or any other religion teaches. In fact, it seems your problem happens to be a moral problem rather than philosophical problem.

But before I go into what freewill is , let us get something clear: God does not send anyone to hell or heaven, rather the choices you make will take you there . This concept can be likened to our society where offenders are punished based on decisions of cruelty, deviations and wickedness which untimely requires some form of justice .

Now in regards to freewill, God has given all creatures that sense to choose whether or not to love Him and accept His commandments , which happens to be the foundation/ standard to what is true or just.

For the fact that God has given you freewill means that God is not a tyrant, but rather , He is someone who loves you enough not to force you obey Him which might be contrary to your will .

God knows the outcome of everything , but God cannot determine that outcomes because that would be contrary to His nature and your free will.


For example , God knows that if you sin , the consequences of your actions would be eternal damnation, so it is now left up to you to choose not to sin , so as not to be damned .
