Should Man United win the Europa league and qualify for the Champions League and the current 4 teams occupying the top four end the season in their current position and all make the group stage of the UCL next season, here's my ranking of all five teams from the weakest to the strongest.....

5- Tottenham(relatively still inexperienced in Europe and perennial bottlers. they should go fight it out in the Europa league)

4- Chelsea( the Conte's factor. he's still inexperienced in Europe, although I hope they come good next season.)

3- Liverpool( nothing to say here. Jurgen Klopp isn't a rookie in Europe)

the 2 Manchester teams can battle it out for the 1st and 2nd position.

although argument can be made that Chelsea and Liverpool battle it out for who carries the 3rd position.

granted we could have done better, scored more than one goal and bury the tie at the Balaidos, but I'll take this one-nil win over anything, especially against a Celta Vigo team that was hyped beyond the roof before the match on Thursday, to the extent that they even had to rest some key players to keep them fresh yet still lost against an injury-depleted Man United team.
