The reputation of a school does not determine the quality of graduates it produces.... The most intelligent people in several fields today are not all from the best or most reputable universities in the world. KSU or any university in Nigeria can produce quality graduates if only students are ready to learn.....

Yar' dua, in my opinion had a program that come to be either becos of his ill-health or whatever, however he left his mark in the sand of time particularly in restoring peace to the Niger-delta region and he was able subdue boko-haram in his time but as for GEJ Nigerians have no reason to blame him becos it was evident even from his campaign that he had no clear cut vision or agenda for the country, he only talked about 'fresh air' and the fact that he had 'no shoes when he was in primary school' and majority of us who have humble backgrounds fell for him.... Nigerians' supports for GEJ was not based on any manifesto but purely on sentiment....... During the tussle for pdp candidacy, Atiku proved to have a better vision/ program for the country, though am not his fan but he had a salable program...... During the campaign for the general election Mallan Shekaru of ANPP proved to be ahead of all other presidential candidates by his manifesto-es..... GEJ on his part is lucky that Nigerians supported him sentimentally and not logically and i don't see that as his fault, we have to live with the out come of our decision and also learn our lesson that choosing a leader for a country like our takes something more than sentiment.......

I have said it several times that the federal govt get Fulanis a place where they would stay alone with their cattle..... The Fulanis by nature are not used to relating with others apart from their fellow fulanis and cattle and as far as the federal govt fails to do the right thing clashes between fulanis and several other ethnic group would not cease to erupt....

That day police said the woman was released because they (police) made it very hot for them and they had to release the old woman which mean ransom not paid to secure her release.... SEC came by an act (law) and the act by which it came to be states that the Director must have 15 years working experience in the financial institution and here you are boldly yet ignorantly saying "age is not an issue in employment" just because you want to make comment.

When some of you keep on saying you don't know why the NASS wants Oteh sacked it shows our level of insincerity in this country...... The NASS stated clearly that the Director of SEC is suppose to have 15 years working experience in the financial institution and that Oteh has just 10 years experience and as far as i know nobody has disputed that constructively yet,instead all we hear is people calling the NASS all sorts of names........... Am not for the the NASS per-say neither do i have anything against the person of Oteh but i feel no single individual is worth causing disharmony btw the legislative and the executive arms of govt to the detriment of all Nigerians..... If Oteh is the only problem btw Mr. President and and the NASS then it's a only wise for the later to redeploy her, that's maturity and not weakness,after all i didn't see any special thing happening under Oteh' s leadership in SEC that cannot happen under some else.

What's your own definition of credibility?.... Do you just used words because u like their sounds?... Here they are talking about Nigerian immigration authority trying to recruit almost 5000 persons without any advertisement and you don't find anything wrong with it just because of tribal sentiment.... You see nothing wrong in a situation where one state has almost 2,000 of her own in the immigration service while others have 400 and 200 respectively just because it's in ur favor, tomorrow if it goes the other way you will remember the word marginalization and begin to call for Biafra republic.

May be you just woke up from sleep or you are just playing to the gallery...... I found it strange that you are asking of which budget has a component of 14 billion for the vp's resisdence....... I do not know how to begin to answer you because that the contract of the vp's residence was included in the budget was not in doubt either by the presidency or anybody for that matter.... The bone of contention here is that the 9 billion has been added to the original 7 billion that was earmarked for the project in 2009 and the senate feels the 9 billion is too prodigious, so i don't what is hard for you to understand here.

OBJ was not the president in 2009, Yar'adua was the president then, and the same GEJ who is claiming ignorant of everything now was the VP then, and for you have to read in btw the lines to know that the problem is not with the contract awarded in 2009 but the additional 9 billion naira that has been smuggled in, in the name of furniture, 2 guest houses, banquet and security gadgets.

Sincere 9gerian: It is obvious that the president doesn't even know much about the N16billion Sambo's residence contract. For this same issue, the 'retardinhos' have attacked, abused and cursed GEJ. Do we really expect one man to know everything and be involved in everything? As far as I'm concerned, there are institutions and those institutions should do their work and where they fail, all attacks should be directed at them, not an 'omnipresent' president. In this case, where the contract sum appears too high, the senate committee should do their work(which they'r already doing), the budget office, ministry of office and other parties concerned in the project should also do their work. Where foul play is suspected, the law should take its course.
But I completely understand the retardinhos. It is always convenient for them to blame everything on an 'omnipresent' president so as to score cheap political points

Is something wrong with your brain?.... If the President does does not much about the 16 billion Sambo's residence as you as saying who then submitted the budget to the National Assembly? If the president could claim to be unaware of the details of the vice president's residence amounting to whopping sum of 16 billion naira then he can as well deny knowing something about the entire budget one day.

maxibrainz: The statistics are real i live in Benue state and i can tell you most Benue girls and boys are so promiscous, the see premarital sex as a normal way of life. The married men and women are the worst, the are married but still commit adultery very well, the husband meets his wife with another man in thesame hotel and the woman meets the husband with another woman in thesame hotel, the see themselves smile and greet each other as if nothin happened. Where exactly do you stay in benue state and how many local govts out of the 23 local govts in benue state have you been to?... Do you know how many ethnic groups make up benue state and what there cultural beliefs are? I have been to more than 15 states in Nigeria and i can tell you that to rate benue as the most promiscuous state just because of the paper statistics or because you are staying in one rough corner in makurdi is wrong. There are ethnic groups in benue where the culture demands that a married woman has no intimacy with any other man lest her husband or first son or even her dies.... The statistic says benue is 1st in the list of hiv in benue state, i have nothing against that because many factors can be responsible for any given statistics which makes paper statistics different from realities on ground but to say that benue is the most promiscuous state in Nigeria is not true.

Women in positions of authority are generally mean compared to men.... They are very strict and usually inconsiderate and this make them good managers but definitely not good leaders. Women are good in managing resources and personnels to attain organizational goals but are too impatience to bring out the best from individuals and that is why i said they cannot be good leaders.

It's traditional for Christians to kneel down when they are being prayed for.... They kneel as a sign of humility and submissiveness to God and not to man.... It takes a man that kneels before God to stand before men.... All former Presidents who are Muslims go to the mosque and sit on the mat like any other worship-per there and nobody criticize them..... Jonathan was first of all a christian before become a president and am sure he will remain a christian even after the expiration of his tenure.
