FamilyWhere Is The Appropriate Place To Bury The Dead by DarryOsh(op): 8:57pm On Dec 29, 2012
Sometime ago a man died in my area and was buried in his hous. Later on, his children began to fight over the property and finally they sold it to a church. The church was said to have bulldozed d grave and then placed a giant generetor on dat particular spot. Now everyone began to curse the chilren sayin dat the noise of generator wil forever disturb the peace of their late father.
I av reservations about burying d dead in the house where he lived, it would mak their family grieve more cos the grave is just at the backyard. And what happens if the property is eventually sold off. A lot of nigerians think its wrong for children to sell off inherited property but i dont tink its a big deal especially if like ten children inherit a single plot of land. Some nigerians cary their dead to their village to bury there but what of those who seem to have lost their ties to their villages (afterall u cant just go and bury a corpse in someone's land). The final option is d cemetary which to me is the most appropriate but i am aware nigerians tend to frown @ dat idea.
I just want to hear people's thought about it. What happens when u bury d dead @ d backyard and the property is sold(trust me, it wil eventually b sold)

Christianity EtcRe: Is It Right For Jonathan To Kneel At Redeemed Camp by DarryOsh(m): 7:57pm On Dec 16, 2012
It is when I see posts like this that I am glad not to be one of the millions of religious fucktards that exist in Nigeria...

Jonathan is the equivalent of a king in the bible... He is to kneel before nobody but God. Adeboye has no right to lay a hand on the head of Jonathan... Such powers have not been given to him at least scripturally God chooses a king, the prophet annoints that king and from then on, the Prophet becomes subjct the king. Even Adeboye should not have allowed him to do so. That shit is wrong. Rather, Adeboye is to bow in reverence to Jonathan as his head... In terms of biblical hierarchy, The king is higher than the prophet.

You guys should learn to read your bibles with understanding..
congrats dude!u av succeeded in proving rubbish! Obviously, u are not wel acquainted wit ur bible. Nonsense!

CareerRe: The Best Time To Achieve A Lot In Your Career? by DarryOsh(m): 11:34am On Nov 29, 2012
well, when it comes to acheiving you cant neccessarily map out how your life is gonna go, take me for example, talking bout career it hasnt really been the way i planned, in a lot of ways its way better, and in some it hasnt. So i think the best thing is to make the best of every period of your life. That way you wont look back and say:"i wish i had done this or that." because you know that at every point of your life you made the best decisions(at least what u thought to be the best). so if marriage comes knocking and it feels right dont pause it cos u think u cant achieve some things after marriage. who told you you will ever achieve whatever it is you want to achieve, you could achieve better things! and who told you if you delay marriage you will achieve it. you could even lose both ways. make the best decisions (what you think is the best) at every point and always pray for guidance b4 making all(and i mean all) decisions. i cant promise that you will achieve all your goals but i can promise(to a great extent) that when you are 60,70,80 or 100 years old you will look back and say :"i have lived a wonderful life, i have achieved a great deaal!" hope this answeres your question!
FamilyRe: What Do You Do When Are Unhappy? by DarryOsh(m): 1:09pm On Nov 28, 2012
WHEN I AM SAD, I CONSTANTLY REMIND MYSELF THAT I AV BEEN LIKE THAT BEFORE AND IT TURNED OUT WELL, THAT AS MATTER OF FACT IT COULD HAVE BEEN WORSE, SO I MAKE MYSELF GRATEFUL. I'VE GOT A FRIEND THAT I CAN ACTUALLY TALL THAT I AM AD AND WE BEGIN TO DO SILLY STUFFS. WE CAN START A FULL BLOWN PITY PARTY AND ODDLY IT HELPS COS ITS USUALLY LIKE IM MAKING FUN OF THE SADNESS IN ME SO IT JUST GOES. SOUNDS ODD?
ONE OTHER THING THAT DEFINATELY WORKS IS WHEN I GO TO CHURCH I COME OUT ECSTATIC.BUT OUR SERVICES HOLD ON SUNDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS ALONE.

daryoor: jesus gave the ''eye of a needle'' parable. He also told the rich man to give away all his belongings. I'm wondering what he will say to mr rolls royce phantom
u better dont wonder waht he will say to anybody, instead, wonder what he will say to u. in fact you much pledge never to buy a car so that you would pass through the eye of a needle. HYPOCRICY!
Christianity EtcRe: Celebrities Versus Popular Pastors by DarryOsh(m): 4:46pm On Nov 04, 2012
y do people just assume that because u are called into ministry u must suffer. No! Pasters are humans and if members of the congregation decide to spend their money on them its god's blessing. afterall when mary magdalene annointed jesus with expensive perfumes the people were grumbling and Jesus rebuked them saying that we would always have the poor. And that is a fact. How many of you hypocrites will pledge never to buy a car until there is no single poor person in Nigeria. Please let men of God be. Talk about working hard, they are hard workers, or dont u know dat while you are in your house snoring they keep praying for u cos God wil question them about every soul he put under their care? Haba! please let men of God be. They shouldnt be the ones riding beetle. Afterall, how will people even believe that god blesses if they are not blessed. If they can pray for people to get multi-million naira contracts, shouldnt they b able to ppray for God to giv them a Range Rover?

EducationRe: Tell Us About Your Favourite Teacher. by DarryOsh(m): 11:49am On Oct 25, 2012
Mrs. ojo in pry sch.(Gem nur/pry now Triune nur/pry) She was more than a teacher, she was a mother. This was the kind of teacher that wud visit your home to inquire why u hadnt paid ur tuition and lesson fees rather than just sending u home. When ur performance dropped, she would visit again to inquire from ur parents if anything was the matter, she would encourage u to always do better, she taught us christian songs, told us bible stories in humourous ways that we could understand, but she never hesitated to trash u wenever u deserved it. i think i remember that she would come to my mumsi's shop and help her tick the most important books on the list of books based on the money that was available bt she wud make sure u had a book to use wen u needed to. its been a long time bt i wil definately recognize her if i see her. She used to dress simply and almost always packed her hair to the back.....i cud go on and on......i didnt particularly appreciate her then bt as i grew older i continued to do so.
FamilyRe: Should Parents Have A Favourite Among Kids? by DarryOsh(m): 11:34am On Oct 25, 2012
lets face it its inevitable sometimes to av a favourite. Afterall, we are humans. but good parents do am very good job of hiding it. One thing that i av come to realise is that the mummy's or daddy's pet are not neccessarily the favourite. I pray dat i dont av a favourite among my kids, though. And the fact that one child is the favourite doesnt mean he is loved more than the rest. NO!it just means the parent has a soft spot for the child

general Jumong: a woman gave birth to 20 children and one of d children is bad, should we conclude other children are bad.we have heard of a pastor that was caught sleeping with a church member in a hotel, shld we conclude all other members of his church are bad.stop using abusive words on others religion,u told u u are not worsen than those killer killin in d name of islam.look at urself before u open ur mouth to label pple bad.
i totaly understan u ni kno dat not all muslims r terrorists bt a lot of dem, evn though they do not actively participate r in ful support, a number av actually said so in dis thread, it just makes me sick dat someone's mind is so twisted dat dey see nothing wrong it takin lives at d slightest provocation. Wud God create humanity only to authorize some to kill others?
And its so terribly bad that thru it all, d prominent islamic leaders keep quiet, y cnt dey com out openly n rebuke dis pple, after all silence is consent. These terrible murderers worsip in some particular mosques, dont they? Their imams know dem, fellow muslims kno dem yet they kip quiet. Its not enof to shun evil, u shud let it b publicly known dat u r against it. Lord av mercy
