I noticed that too.
Payne has been helpful with ground pass the most. I dunno what the others are thinking with high balls.

The live feed I'm watching some fans say they don't want onumonu again😆
The Jamaicans say she is welcome to play for them 🤣

If Oparanozie is coming in then Oshoala must move to the flank, she get cross for leg and Oparanozie can used her physique and aerial abilities to advantage..
Randy? Same Sam Axe 1 of Mediocrity? 😂

She will play same flank. Watchout.
Now the big issue is the midfield. The defense have kinda kept composure. Midfield is wack overall.

I think Randy should give the other guys a run-in too, people like Kanu, Oparanozie, Okobi, Ucheibe, Yewande and the other ladies too. It's a friendly anyways, there shouldn't be an indication of automatic starts in my opinion.
This is the issue. A Sane coach should be giving 2nd choice gk a start or at least 45mins per game. God forbid any thing happens to 1st choice gk.

Time and chance should not be what we go use know talent again.

An impressive last 10 minutes of the first half, as opposed to the majority of the half where the team struggled to keep possession.
Long balls but won none. In our box too, no aerial ball was won too.

At the mention of Faith Ikidi, you just want me to start spilling out anyways she’s another well respected Superfalcon Player, the way her teammates da respect her da always give me joy...

Anyway, This Lady never still get replacement till date, When Faith Ikidi was really Faith Ikidi which Forward dare to torment her territory? Ask Abby Wambach, Birgit Prinz them go confirm am. One of the most Confident and risk taking Full back ever..

I was think Patricia George was her possible replacement when I saw her defending and the way she wins the ball back, how she rapport the ball too. But injuries seems to have cut her Pro Career short. I just hope she comes back to the game sooner than expected, since she said she’s taking a break till the end of the year.!
The talents are much but still yet to get replacement. Kon add bad Coach ontop the wahala. The most outstanding replacement in a long long while that makes one's heart to be calm when watching is Ohale.

Uwak probably would have been African greatest woman footballer, Her name keep bringing back those memories, I wish there wasn’t any Sexuality issues that resulted to Coach Eucharia kicking her out of the team, this girl was just too complete as a Striker not like this our present ones..

Imagine a Coach dropping her Best Striker From the AWC and World Cup Squad and even going on to render an interview because of this Sex Life issue...!
Goalkeeper Racheal Ayegba was angry and spoke out because of Eucharia dropping Uwak as at then.. If Uwak was in the 2011 World Cup Squad, the likes of Oparanozie, Orji would have been coming from the bench…
Anyway it’s in the Past now..
The issues are that there are alway puppetmasters in Nigerian football than we wish to admit. Eucharia had strong backing from powers that be then. She too no try. E dey shark her like bread and akara then. To see her replacement na wahala till date.

This matter still da ground for Twitter ooo

How they voted against Asisat Oshoala
Osasu go look for wahala by using the word rubbish on Chuks. That's how they dug up 2019 mata. Now it seems i understand Oshoala's tweet better.

What i hate about the dig up are those fools using this in a yoruba vs igbo tribal situation. They don't even know the back stories. They just want to push silly narratives. Shameless lots.

For now, if I'm a SE player seeing better pitch daily for years at my club, everytime i want to fly to Nigeria to rep my country, as soon as i board plane, I'll start having PTSD just cos of the rubbish substandard pitch and facilities on ground. That's a fact. Another is the so called medics that attend to players when down...oh my God!!! Do they even know what they are doing?

And I'll be switching mindset every month of the year about lush and good pitch to cattle grazing farm standard.

We used to say its no excuse but the national team deserve topnotch facilities and services.

Cynthia UWAK Played: 9 games in 3 different U20 World Cup Tournament.. Canada '02, Thailand '04, Russia '06
Goal Scored: 5
Assists: 2

Her doggedness, great composure, relentless work on both wings, and sharp, stinging, ferocious shots expressed in very clear terms her potential.
She seemed to blossom under pressure. Her best showing should be when, in the closing 10mins of our Russia 2006 curtain raiser vs CAN, she scored 2 fabulous goals (the 2nd coming a minute into 2mins added time) that gave us all 3pts. She was named in Russia 2006 All-Star squad.

In 2007 she scored our only goal against Sweden 🇸🇪 at the FIFA Women’s World Cup
We need a Docuseries on how the falcons rose to global recognition and the players, issues and things that occured then, etc. Esp Uwak's issue. My mum is no football fan but can never forget Akide, Perpetual and Uwak ever.

Conflict resolution should be a must study for most of local coaches. It's an age long problem in both male and female teams in Nigeria. It's worse when powerful people in nff backs such coaches over the nation's strength

One of the things that distinguishes M from F are these injuries. This is scary. The ACL issue too is another big deal. I doubt any solution for now. Only officiating can help reduce the tackles that cause these kind of injuries.

Perpetual is first overall.

It's hard to pick any recent baller. It's all been club glory majorly than national glory for them.

I go with the two legends abeg. Akide's touchline goal against Korea in 99 was like Garba Lawal's. None of the current can take on two defenders and put that off still balanced like nothing happened.

Lol... Even though they have but I think our quality will scale through. As long as we don't have any major injuries to our first team players, then I'm confident.

As for the bolded, Arteta learnt the game from Pep. They always believe to dominate games no matter the ground. Hopefully, he'll be able to adjust his in-game management in case things don't go to plan
Out great season should not make us think we are now giants all of a sudden. Sporting Lisbon has given us a good reason to revamping how we approach these games going forward, else, same old disappointment. UCL football showed pep pepper at crucial moments which is more painful than early ko exit. Pep don go upgrade. E remain apprentice.

Zinny has apologized for slip up.

I hope others come thru for us as well. Glad Jesus is back cos of he wasn't, the fear for worse. I hope Teta does everything to make Gabriel focused on his CB job and stop doing anything to overburdened that warrior now that Saliba no dey. These things should not be hard now🥴

I believe we'll beat Newcastle at their home as long as we don't have any more injury concerns.

Na just Man city at home be my issue. We just need draw there
Newcastle have an Anfield kinda home atmosphere o. But we can pull a surprise there of Arteta works on his foolishness and his defending structure. Arteta should realize it's not proper to always have possession and rather play to soak pressure at certain moments of the game. It helps frustrate opponents when the goals aren't coming. Plus we already are getting close to hacking the wengerball counter attack style. Almost.

Football is evolving sha.

Na Saliba injury cause all these things cos I know we'll never park bus the way we did today even with Zinny.

I saw many great opportunity we should have transitioned to great chances once we beat the first press but because we budey it, it was passed on.

Now, teams are more of system than individuals. it's the main reason why Guardiola will ditch a Degea for an Ederson even though he knows that The primary duty of GK is saves and reflexes. Same reason Zinny would still bench Tierney.
Two top 4 teams for us. Omo!!

We need to step up.
Teta needs to actually say and do

He called it 9 Finals.

The Anfield game didn't feel like one. It looked one sided. That's not how to play a final imo.

Exactly you saw the tactic, Gabriel was doubling as a CB and LB. That’s on Arteta not Zinny. Zinny was only playing to instructions. This is what I want Iamoyindamola to see.
If that is majorly adhering to tactics, then Saka didn't need come help White. Yet he did. That's superb game reading. Arteta didn't influence Saka to defend. That's why I don't want to simply put total blame on Teta. Zinny should know better.

That Nunez chance had me go crazy. I was almost seeing same old Arsenal that Mane used to tear apart😂
