Twice God saved me.

Once as a post- graduate student years ago. Was driving this jalopy 86 honda accord, and got stopped at this Police checkpoint near the back gate of the school, which was bushy then.

I was still very young( there was no Yahoo or even the internet then) and i got asked by one of the Policemen who owned the car,and i answered jokingly that i stole it.

The next thing i heard was KPOAAA in the Air. The trigger happy Northern Police man,who i will later got to know was drunk, just shot in the Air. I died 20 times that day. I stilll shake, when i think of that day. The other Police officers wrestled his weapon from him.

Second experience. Lagos/Ore road. I will make this one very short. Remove all overseas stickers from your bags,especially if you are driving yourself home,after you fly into Nigeria.

I did not even argue with this drunk Mopol, who insisted i should empty all my bags on the side of the road for checkups. I was just praying and fasting to God that he does not shoot me.

As God will do it, a Bini boy who had just flown in and chartered one of those transport buses to himself,and was so blinged up,and kept saying MEHN MEHN, got stopped and went into argument with the Policem men there.

They looked at me,and said OGA dey go. I left there with that guy still shouting MEHN. Only God knows what eventually happened to him.

May we not die before our time. Trigger happy law enforcement personnel are for real and will kill for nothing,especially if they drunk.

Lol. I didn't want to prolong the matter. You are a protestant, my own beliefs tend towards Catholicism and Yogi so there isn't much common grounds for us really.

For example, if I told you that the Bible isn't the sole/only source of God's truth and revelation to Christians, you would never believe me, would you?

Unfortunately you missed the point. Everyone who calls himself a Christian needs the guidance of the church to interprete the Bible.

And the only Church that has the authority to interpret the Bible is the one that compiled it in the first place.

Question: Does the screen normally do so, or it just only with the BACK camera; and the FRONT camera?

If it doesn't do so with the front camera, then its most likely a hardware issue, from the IC.

Otherwise, flashing the phone might resolve the issue; assuming it's a software problem.

Well as a matter of fact the Pharisees practiced Judaism not Christianity.

I guess the older the church, the more authentic it is.

That means the oldest church is most likely to be the most authentic especially if it can trace its roots and origin back to the apostles mentioned in the Bible.

According to public secular records, the first leader of the church was Peter, then Linus was the second pope followed by Cletus also known as Anacletus. And so on...

You can find this information in any public library.

When you say conformity with the scriptures, what do you mean? All christian dominations will tell you they preach in conformity with the bible, yet they all preach very different things. Some believe in female pastors and ministers, others don't. Some believe in covering the head for the ladies, others don't. Some observe Sabbath on Saturday, others on Sunday. Some celebrate Christmas and Easter, other don't. Some believe Jesus is God, others don't.

So what's the standard?
