The "take care of me" is usually your money, resources, time and sex(which she gets from you as it's a two-way thing). The sex part is only fulfilled when she feels like it regardless of anything you provide.

So what are you as a man gaining for offering all these?

Better wise up and stop taking the burden of such women who can exit the relationship at anytime for a better provider or even someone who can't provide shishi.

You won't notice till if you were fine then now got into an accident. I remember when I had a hole in my face from an accident, I was treated like a disease, that was the day I knew how shallow people can be. Fine now though, just a dark spot today but it took years to look that way.

I kinda understand this angle too but since infidelity is the reason he can divorce and gain custody of the kids, no alimony. But it's hard to know who divorce court will favour, that's the problem. It mostly favours women, even when there's evidence they're at fault. He should've had a prenup if he knew.

Sounds good then, my only advice based on the experience of those I've seen having this type of scar is to make sure your body doesn't "overheal" and make another one when it's removed.

Cover the area with silicone scar sheets for 6 months. By then the skin on the area would have matured. The silicone scar sheet regulates collagen deposition, so it's not in a haste to heal the wound you'll create by making another big scar.

It looks like it but don't lose hope, see a specialist or consult a doctor and ask around. You'll need a consultation to determine what type of scar it is and what your options are.

Its getting out of hand, i don't know how i can continue bearing all of these pain. I have tried venting out to some people, nothing is still helping. Nothing makes me happy, i am getting sadder by the day, lot of bad memories, nighmares, depression 24/7.. If i'm living then am like a vegetable rotting away.

Don't give up, life is good. And whatever condition you have that's making you think just know that it's not worth it. Yes you'll always be dragged down by it, but you don't have to let it rule you. Surround yourself with people who love you and you'll forget whatever might be bothering you. Even better if you can vent it all out online and seek those with the same condition. And remember anybody that will judge you based on any condition you have is not worth knowing in the first place.

Just giving my input bro, keloids are dealt with through multiple approaches. I'm not an expert and that's why I advise seeing an expert and discussing your options. The thing with keloids is that there is a risk of reoccurrence and even larger regrowth after treatment.

You can post a thread looking for a plastic surgeon, doctor or esthetician near you that can offer the methods I listed above.

I'd recommend surgery by a board specified plastic surgeon..

But if you don't want to go that route I'll advise steroid infused tape for keloids, Google it.. you put it on the keloids and it'll reduce it over time, though it'll take 1 year or more depending on the steroid. I hope you make it through this I know it isn't easy to have any scar, especially this one.

If you're going for the tape I also advise getting it under the supervision of a doctor or esthetician who's familiar with the treatment and can monitor your progress.

After it is flat from the steroid tape, you'll now use silicone scar sheets ( #1-2k) for 6 months to relieve the pinkish color and make the scar softer with Mederma scar cream also to remove the pinkness. Goodluck and I wish you speedy recovery.

Deprodone propionate tape - To reduce keloidal inflammation and cause atrophy to keloid tissue.

Silicone Scar Sheet - To normalise collagen generation after keloid mass is gone and regulate epidermal moisture and water loss.

Mederma - To reduce redness or pink hyperpigmentation.

That's my best advise.
