You don't need additional evidence for study gap, submit documents stated on CAS, add your Academic Reference and Nysc certificate

It should show the maintenance funds and any tuition balance like the MA showed during his application.however,if he has paid more tuition fees and rent etc then submit those evidence plus bank statement showing the rest of his funds

If you haven't submitted your CV previously then don't


CVs are a minor evidence and may be excluded,if you have a study gap focus on major evidence of your activities,in this case your employment and reference letter will be perfect

The ECO has requested for the evidence of maintenance for herself and her spouse for those dates to ensure the funds were not recycled and that the POF were not fake arrangements made these days


We will keep seeing more of these request to tackle POF fake arrangements, borrowed funds or as people call it "run POF"

She should provide the documents requested or sit back and wait for a refusal

You had asked this question previously in the general visa groups and I responded, however you seem to have changed the question so I'll respond accordingly

Your maintenance funds can be in your account however the ECO will request for the evidence of your husband's maintenance funds perhaps from the date he applied till now to confirm the funds are not recycled

If that happens you can provide the balance of his account and all invoices/receipts of fees,rent and bills paid to balance out his end

Remember your maintenance funds is for your use in the UK

My application for partner visa was refused. I want to start proof of funds for another application which is 6.5m in my account. Do I need to run proof of funds in my husband’s account to show his money too, just mine is fine. My husband is in the UK already since January.

Because you submitted the old CV and only have ref letter for the new job.

Submit the ref and employment letter for the new job, submit an updated CV reflecting the new job and a cover letter to explain what you have submitted and the changes that have happened

Generally you won't need to submit a CV and a cover letter but this is just to clarify things with ECO incase she/he/they decide to look at the previous CV you submitted in your application

Did you submit the updated CV or the old one?

If you submitted the updated CV then that should be fine with the employment letter and references for October 2022

If you submitted the old one and can't get the employment letter from the old job in addition to the new one then you need to uploaded the updated CV along with the employment and reference letter from the new job in October 2022,add a cover letter explaining what you submitted and the new job

If you didn't submit any CV then submit only your employment and ref letters for your new/current job

Why are all the funds in yours now?

You could have yours in your account but he had already applied with funds in his account, so moving everything seems to complicate things except you have a good reason for that, besides you didn't provide a consent letter for your spouse to say he had access to funds now in your account for his study when he applied.

If the ECO doesn't pick this up then that's fine,if it's spotted then be prepared to submit more evidence

Also there is thread for study visa you can get more response from others

Thank you to this ogbonge nairaland platform for instigating the boldness of I CAN DO IT mentality on us . I did the process alone ..
Last year , paid deposit for RGU for September 22 intake, couldn't get CAS and so I asked for refund and I got it .. in that same spirit I applied to other schools and got admission to 2 schools , UWS and UnI of SALFORD for may and June intake.. had to go for uni Salford ( international student friendly 100 percent). Their took just 3 days to get after pof and TB test submission.

Standard visa application... Feb 22nd 2023
Biometrics.. Feb 23rd 2023
Collection mail.. march 2nd 2023
Passport collection .. 3 Rd march 2023

I've only just learnt from your response that it should be "no". Will this affect the application?

I would suspect the transaction might be reversed since the booking didn't go through, you might need to wait for a while for that to happen or check with your bank or

POE experiences differ, you should try to have a copy of all the documents you submitted and an up to date bank statement showing your maintenance funds in folder so you can reach it if requested

You have to search for Unis that offer the course you are interested in and check the requirements to gain admission. Some Uni's are happy with people switching from different career to social as long as you can justify it with your statement of purpose (SOP),others require some experience to do so

Once you have narrowed the Uni that offers the course you are interested in then you can check the requirements with what you have or what you need to get

Please I need help for information on how to reach the DMC.
So my sister applied for visa in December with 3 of her kids,
In January she got a decision email stating approval and end of January went to pick up her passport.
However 1 passport was not returned.
She paid for it to be delivered cos the TLS guys told her it may come with the other batches.

It is a month plus now, no passport. She has written to UKVI, she has called the number on the website.
No resolution.
The TLS said it is not with them. The tracking shows it is in DMC. UKVI says it is in VAC.

Over 8 weeks no concrete answer from any of these people. Please has anyone experienced this before?

What was done to get a solution?
Please someone should respond and help me please. We are now confused and don't know what to do.

Why would he need to count another 28days when it doesn't have anything to do with his maintenance funds...

These are his normal transaction and he is allowed to do so with his account.
