You can't take soft copies to TLS or transfer documents to them

If you want them to assist you, you will have to print out your documents and go with the hard copies plus pay the necessary fees for assisted services

TLS won't risk the security of their process by allowing soft copies

There's a lot you can provide

Let's start with accommodation

1. Provide evidence to show you are/have made suitable living arrangements for both kids, you have to consider age and gender. So minimum a 2bedroom space. You need to provide an evidence of the rent agreement/contract showing this

2. Nursery/School: Show evidence of identifying and contacting/concluding adequate nursery for the 2year old and school for your 13year old. With school it is the council's job to place them in schools closest to your home, but it may not be in every case.In most cases you can start this processes and even get a school allocated before they arrive, if you have done so provide the evidence. With Nursery and pending on your location you can reach out to them to confirm space,time,and cost, if you did so, provide the evidence of that

You may also include provisions you have made for school drop off and pick ups for the nursery, a 13year old can find their way home but this won't be immediate as he/she will need time to adjust to the surrounding.

3.Childcare for after nursery/school hours: Please note that kids of this age are not to be left alone so you need to provide evidence of any after school/nursery childcare arrangements you have made from an Ofsted childcare provider and/or sports clubs but the sports/extracurricular clubs wont work for the 2year old .

As a skilled worker/single mum you do work full time but if there are any evidence of hybrid/work from home fixed hours from your office to support being available for your kids please add that on as well

4.Health care: Provide evidence that you have identified/contacted the closest GP and will get them registered upon arriva

5. Remember to include a cover letter to discuss the documents/ your reasons and how the cost will be covered without need for recourse to public funds as you aren't entitled to anyway

These are just the basic evidence you can provide, you can add on extras as time goes on if you can

I hope it is easy to understand, it seems you have work to do in just 10days, hopefully you already have some of these evidence

It depends on your Uni requirements, most Uni's are happy with WAEC/NECO results and/or letter stating you have been previously taught in English

NSF (Not StraightForward), is a standard mail received from UKVI after applying when your application has not been straightforward in dealing with and more time is needed to assess your application than the average decision time

People shouldn't get themselves entangled in a web of complicated situations/ risk visa cancellation/deportation simply because of the desperation to leave the country

Please whatever you do, don't involve yourself in what people are doing by getting a Dependant and lieing that they are married.

Your dependant should be your spouse genuinely married and not for the purpose of obtaining a visa.

UK will always be there, take your time and save/request family support etc.

You don't want to run helter skelter for an issue that could be avoided with proper planning

There's really no defined restrictions on how long a dependant can stay out of the UK but I will say try to not stay out more than 6months.

Yes it is same with child dependant because she will be yours technically

Ensure you gather other minor evidence such as fees, medical letters etc showing you have been responsible for her.

May I ask where her birth parents are and why they aren't capable of taking care /making decisions for her? You might need to add a cover letter to explain the situation (while referencing the court documents)

Do you have legal/court documents to show for this?? Not affidavit not consent letters

That's your first cue, you don't need any immigration lawyer, you just need the right evidences (they could be major or minor). The court document is a major evidence start from that point

@thebolded, Universities are taking actions on this, UKVI is also taking actions on this too.

Whilst Universities may not be able to verify bank statements directly, they have to show evidence that they have done their part to check that tuition and maintenance funds are used for study.

UKVI can do so as part of immigration checks

Because it has been abused so badly and ours so openly.Reasons we keep trying to say the right things on this platform and discourage discussions that promote illegal plans.

For those trying to operate 28days statement as POF, just do it on time.
I have someone whose POF is matured over 6weeks.
On the CAS shield, he was asked if he had the balance less than 60days,if yes then what date was the money lodged.
-He was also ask that at the time of applying for the CAS, if the required amount of Tuition fees /Living expenses is still in the bank account.
I believe some universities may be verifying Bank statements before issuing CAS.

No Uni charges enrollment fee, what you are referring to is probably the tuition fee

You are comparing 2 completely different areas in England,are they the same course you are going for??

so I just got two offers to study in the UK. But I'm currently in a fix. one requires a 50% tuition deposit of £6500, with a 2k scholarship,I would balance £4500 and there won't be an enrollment fee. The name of the school is York st John university
The 2nd offer is university of Essex with a 2k deposit and an outstanding balance of 16k+, I really don't know much about their tuition repayment and enrollment.
please,I need suggestions on the best option to choose from.

It won't be an issue however keep your Uni updated if there are any delays... Priority sometimes may take longer than the stipulated time.
