Hello You can't take soft copies to TLS or transfer documents to them If you want them to assist you, you will have to print out your documents and go with the hard copies plus pay the necessary fees for assisted services TLS won't risk the security of their process by allowing soft copies Cheers SOLARPOWER1: |
Hello There's a lot you can provide Let's start with accommodation 1. Provide evidence to show you are/have made suitable living arrangements for both kids, you have to consider age and gender. So minimum a 2bedroom space. You need to provide an evidence of the rent agreement/contract showing this 2. Nursery/School: Show evidence of identifying and contacting/concluding adequate nursery for the 2year old and school for your 13year old. With school it is the council's job to place them in schools closest to your home, but it may not be in every case.In most cases you can start this processes and even get a school allocated before they arrive, if you have done so provide the evidence. With Nursery and pending on your location you can reach out to them to confirm space, time, and cost, if you did so, provide the evidence of that You may also include provisions you have made for school drop off and pick ups for the nursery, a 13year old can find their way home but this won't be immediate as he/she will need time to adjust to the surrounding. 3.Childcare for after nursery/school hours: Please note that kids of this age are not to be left alone so you need to provide evidence of any after school/nursery childcare arrangements you have made from an Ofsted childcare provider and/or sports clubs but the sports/extracurricular clubs wont work for the 2year old . As a skilled worker/single mum you do work full time but if there are any evidence of hybrid/work from home fixed hours from your office to support being available for your kids please add that on as well 4.Health care: Provide evidence that you have identified/contacted the closest GP and will get them registered upon arriva 5. Remember to include a cover letter to discuss the documents/ your reasons and how the cost will be covered without need for recourse to public funds as you aren't entitled to anyway These are just the basic evidence you can provide, you can add on extras as time goes on if you can I hope it is easy to understand, it seems you have work to do in just 10days, hopefully you already have some of these evidence Cheers iby2k4us: |
Hello Not to derail the thread but a quick Google search on penalties for sham marriages in the Nigeria and UK will give you an idea of how bad it can go. Cheers sandra50: |
Hello It depends on your Uni requirements, most Uni's are happy with WAEC/NECO results and/or letter stating you have been previously taught in English Check with your Uni Cheers ChiomaMC: |
Hello Dependant visa fee is £490. Here's a link to confirm that https://www.gov.uk/student-visa/family-members Cheers sandra50: |
Hello Use the Oanda exchange and leave room for fluctuations. Here's a link https://www.oanda.com/currency-converter/en/?from=NGN&to=GBP&amount=1 Cheers Alex1975: |
Hello It depends on your budget and how much time you have BA is always the easiest but can be quite pricey Cheers Napolito: |
Hello If it does it will be quite small ,3months is not a lot of difference in terms of IHS fee Cheers jorez: |
Hello Can you post the NSF and blur out personal information Cheers iby2k4us: |
Hello NSF (Not StraightForward), is a standard mail received from UKVI after applying when your application has not been straightforward in dealing with and more time is needed to assess your application than the average decision time Cheers Mcleo007: |
Hello NSF is a standard email, you can set that to auto deliver not necessarily an ECO/UKVI working Cheers Opiso101: |
Hello Then the person is clearly single and single people can study in the UK if they save, plan and get support from family. People shouldn't get themselves entangled in a web of complicated situations/ risk visa cancellation/deportation simply because of the desperation to leave the country Again it's not how soon, it is how well Cheers poshemmanuel: |
Hello.. I am actually a lady you know 😊 Take your time, plan strategically...it is not how soon,it is how well Cheers Davsidoo: |
Hello Is the dependant not your spouse? Why will you marry someone that you don't trust? Cheers poshemmanuel: |
Hello Please whatever you do, don't involve yourself in what people are doing by getting a Dependant and lieing that they are married. Your dependant should be your spouse genuinely married and not for the purpose of obtaining a visa. UK will always be there, take your time and save/request family support etc. You don't want to run helter skelter for an issue that could be avoided with proper planning Cheers Davsidoo: |
Hello. It should be straightforward with your card details during application via UCAS If you are still having challenges can you try to contact them through the numbers on the screenshot Cheers Yampotatocarrot:
|
Hello Does this include the main applicant? Where is the MA studying? Cheers Stablefollowers: |
Hello There's really no defined restrictions on how long a dependant can stay out of the UK but I will say try to not stay out more than 6months. 2. Yes, they will need to make the application from the UK to switch to post study visa Cheers Enishit: |
Hello 2*23kg check-in luggage, a cabin luggage 8-12kg and a laptop bag Cheers chinnymavis: |
Hello Yes it is same with child dependant because she will be yours technically Ensure you gather other minor evidence such as fees, medical letters etc showing you have been responsible for her. May I ask where her birth parents are and why they aren't capable of taking care /making decisions for her? You might need to add a cover letter to explain the situation (while referencing the court documents) Cheers kaykay2022: |
Hello You haven't posted your question here What do you need help with? Cheers Byilon: |
Hello Do you have legal/court documents to show for this?? Not affidavit not consent letters That's your first cue, you don't need any immigration lawyer, you just need the right evidences (they could be major or minor). The court document is a major evidence start from that point Cheers kaykay2022: |
Hello @thebolded, Universities are taking actions on this, UKVI is also taking actions on this too. Whilst Universities may not be able to verify bank statements directly, they have to show evidence that they have done their part to check that tuition and maintenance funds are used for study. UKVI can do so as part of immigration checks Because it has been abused so badly and ours so openly.Reasons we keep trying to say the right things on this platform and discourage discussions that promote illegal plans. Cheers Phenmeson: |
Hello Apologies for the late response I can't seem to see any message from TLs regarding your passport. Can I add that you should chase with UKVI again and TLS, add a bit of points to say how this has affected you emotionally and a subtle threat to say you are exploring legal options to get your passport back You can draft it and post here if necessary, redact personal information and we can all advice Cheers Mudicua: |
Hello Mr Money90 If you check my history you will know I don't exchange words with people like you on the forum The end Cheers

|
Hello. Even with a spouse it is difficult.. that is the reason UKVI requests to see all tuition fees preferably paid or available whilst studying The 20hrs is supposed to be for some UK work experience and extra shopping money Cheers lightofjoy: |
Hello No Uni charges enrollment fee, what you are referring to is probably the tuition fee You are comparing 2 completely different areas in England, are they the same course you are going for?? Cheers onyiiix9523: |
Hello It won't be an issue however keep your Uni updated if there are any delays... Priority sometimes may take longer than the stipulated time. Cheers Onikoyiesho: |
Hello Go with your passport, the checklist showing the documents you uploaded and TLS appointment page Cheers Mcleo007: |
Hello @Mrmoney90 Please do not post such on this platform...we don't encourage scam marriages for sake of being a Dependant When immigration rules tighten in future I hope we don't complain. If them catch you na 10years ban oh [quote author=Mrmoney90 |
