I think he’s referring to visitors visa if I’m not mistaken because most of the applications for visitors visa have been on hold and not been attended to since the first wave of COVID. He didn’t frame his question properly.

I applied for normal visitors visa (B2) but the visa carries B1/B2
My interview was in Lagos, someone helped me get the appointment

If you choose pay by money order option and then later switch to card payment option. Eventually you’re still paying for your evaluation, so isn’t it better to just pay. During covid this option was suspended and I don’t know I’m unsure if it’s back up

Thank you pointednose! I still went ahead with jfk booking despite what people were saying.. used it in my first baby and by God’s grace it was hitch free

It will be hitch free for you in Jesus name. JFK has hardly given headache to anyone except in exceptional cases.

Diploma2 is entirely different from Jupeb, I think Diploma2 is less costlier

For the time I did diploma 2 it wasn’t cheap for that year 300k and 20k acceptance fee. The money wasn’t sooooo easy to come by.

Yes original diploma stopped in 2016 and Jupeb Diploma started, so anyone that did diploma from after 2016 is Jupeb Diploma

Lochinny, I think you’ve made the best decision to travel before the visa expires. Please call Delta to find out why there’s no children category which is most likely due to COVID. They may have a no flying children policy this period so even if you book for two adults it still won’t fly. Call them to find out, that way you’re clear on why and what and what you require

How much did I pay for visa fee that I want to start paying 100k for dates. Abeg make I start my vigil, if I wan spend money I know where to spend my money for , no be for 100k date or 150k date. If he had said 30k I’d have considered but 100k is overwhelming

The news has been flying around for a few days but its not accurate for Nigerians.

I’m not even surprised that Nigerians were excluded, the number of people that have overstayed their visas over the past few years is alarming and making it really tough for those who genuinely want to renew and those who are freshers. God help us because this country sef hard

If you can multitask under tension take computer based.
For me I’ll say I prefer reading(So I don’t have to flip pages and I have my options side by side the passage) & writing on computer(For word count) and I prefer listening on paper (for that extra ten minutes to transfer and also being able to use my pencil to trace the word as I listen this helps my concentration to pick up every word said), paper result wait is daunting , computer result is sharp sharp 5 days max . But it’s impossible to do some modules on paper and some on the computer, so you have to chose which one you can do better with under tension.

This will be the best news o! The stress of going to queue and line up again for a renewal like I did the last time in Abuja And refusals were flying left, right and centre, even renewals were denied that year.

Started the process in January, did the booking in February and my interview was early this week.
I had someone sit at the computer and look for dates for me, we noticed Monday’s and Wednesday’s used to have date. So she just sat there and looked for date for me. I was also checking too. I gave her something in the end sha.

Okay thank you for the tip, I’ll begin my own today or Monday.
