Mr. Risky: Your own good. If you hear the stories surrounding my FBN Returned Money of the last botched FBN PO, you will agree that I need to increase the number of doctors around me right now! Almost everyone have gotten theirs, I don't know if I have offended the registrars, mine is still being processed by whom? I don't know. My other broker is as confused over the matter as the confusion in the allotment itself! Looks like I need divine intervention on this matter. What do you do when your broker tells you in a depressed voice "even me, I have not received my ownoooooo" . I thot I was the only one. E be like say Ist Bank registrar don dey "kolo" |

pumice: I agree. Besides there are other banks (that have been mentioned on this thread) which are in a position to make better gains. And they make sense both technically and fundamentally . Just heard from reliable sources. " Zenith is out of technical suspension tomorrow" Certificates to be ready hopefully in a month. There will be returned monies! |

Safive: @ debenzd.
I saw your post requesting any bank that can give share loan without monthly interest.
First Inland is One and I have used them. The only problem is that you have to use their brokers. They a slow sometimes in execution of orders. For medium term trading there is no problem.
Their terms are as follows, They give you 70% of total sum you require while you provide 30%. You must maintain a current account with them unlike UBA where you do not need to have an operational an account. They charge 1.5% upfront for management fee and 18% interest which is paid along with the principal (ie their 70%) at the expiration of one year.
I hope this is of help to you. Many Thanks @Safive. I will find out more about this. Really grateful. Still awaiting more responses. |

I need a favour from members of this forum.
Has anyone taken any facility from Intercontinental bank to buy shares?
I am interested in knowing how your experience has been,
Secondly, does anyone know about any facility(aside from UBA share plus) where I do not have to pay interest monthly?
I will be very grateful if I can can get some responses to this.
WindyWendy

All d people when don make 3000% profit ,ask them how much them put inside, because of fear na N290,000 them put inside. IF YOU CANNOT AFFORD TO MAKE A LOSS, YOU CANNOT AFFORD TO MAKE A PROFIT IN THE NSE. Call your bank manager make e add N10m join am sef. That's chicken change. I have seen someone trade 3 times that on intercontinental in a day. I DEY COME. Just need to go urgently. When did you say the loan will be ready again?.I'll check the thread on that day. Fatherof2, you are very interesting. Life really does has it's risks but it also has it's rewards. |

Hi wanajo,
I am interested in this facility if you do not mind.
It is close to the UBA share plus only one had to pay 2% mgt fee upfront, 40% equity contribution, and 17% interest per annum.
My email address is debenzd@yahoo.com.
Many thanks. |

@ FATHER OF 2, I no go lie, I dey impressed with your analysis. Being a short term investor does not prevent one from learning the facts about companies we buy. I have found it very interesting that a lot of ypur recommendations have been similar to my buy decisions (although cash scarce). I will like to have a chat with you ( if you don't mind). My email address is debenzd @ yahoo dot com. Looking forward to hearing from you. To all the other analysts in this forum, keep up the Good work. You are examples of what this country can be if we all apply ourselves and give freely of whatever gifts we have received. Peace |
