Romance › Re: The Type Of Men I Don't Want (personal Opinion) by Decarbonisation: 9:41am On Dec 03, 2023 |
SweetBuns: They say that "beauty is in the eyes of the beholder", but honestly speaking there are certain calibres of men I will never go near no matter how hard they try.
To get straight to the point,
1. Short men Oh my God.... I don't just know what to say about these sort of men. If I'm taller than you as a girl, then sorry but I can never see you as my second piece. You'll always be like a younger brother to me. No hard feelings. Short men also have this irritating attitude whenever they see girls around, as if they're trying to compensate for their low height. And some even go to the gym and gets muscles.... But it just makes them look shorter like a 5 litre jerry can and irritating Also, why in the world would I pick a short guy over a tall guy? I literally feel so protected and safe when I'm with a guy that is wayyyy taller than me (I'm 5'2 so my height is kinda average)... So ofc I'd want a tall man and not a mini man. Imagine hugging a man and he's hugging your waist cause he's short ugh. I wanna stand on my toes whenever I kiss him and strain my neck just to look at his face. No more no less. Tall men also stand out more, they're far more attractive and I also want taller sons and daughters. Who should the short guys date then? I dunno... But not me. The bar starts at 6'0, but If you're like 6'2 or 6'3... I want your babiesss
2. Bald men The only age where I think baldness is acceptable as a man for me is if he's like in his 50s or 60s. But if you're in your 20s-30s and you're already going bald.... It just irritates me low-key in a inexplicable way... Like why will a young guy have a hairline that receeds all the way to the middle or back of your head? Where did all your hair go? Gross I also read somewhere that early balding is genetically inherited so that means my children too will suffer the same fate? God forbid. My man ought to have a head full of hair well into his 60s, then we start talking about hair loss.
3. "Oju yo Bo" people I didn't know the English term for this so I had to Google it. It's a Yoruba term for people whose eyes pop out of their sockets like that of a wall gecko. This is also something I don't like in my man.... I want his eyes to be like that of Henry Cahill... Neatly tucked inside and having small slit like opening.
Addition: so I just googled it and it's called prey eyes. I prefer the hunter one since it gives my man a piercing gaze and I just wanna hug him immediately.
4. Eyebrows A man MUST have thick eyebrows. If you don't, I can't take you seriously
5. Men with bad posture
6. Men who supports man U
That last one was a joke but I'm dead serious about the rest. And I'm sure other girls will agree to some up there too. E for good make we see as you sef be..... Oloshi olori bi ti ede. You be like shigidi you day write list of men wey you no like. |
Christianity Etc › Re: Will A Sinner Who Pays Tithe Make Heaven? by Decarbonisation: 9:34am On Dec 03, 2023 |
jesusjnr2020: Will A Sinner Who Pays Tithe Make Heaven?
If we go by the teachings of Jesus, he certainly won't make heaven.
Jesus said "unless you repent, you shall likewise perish!" Luke 13:13.
He also said no sinner shall make it into heaven. Matthew 13:41.
So do not deceived by those church leaders who preach tithing above the most important things in the law, such as, repentance of sins, that have made many sinners in the church think that it is more important to pay tithes than to turn away from their sinful ways.
They are blind leaders of the blind just as the Pharisees in the days of Jesus who did the same thing, but Jesus called them the "children of hell" regardless of their paying of tithes because inwardly they were full of iniquity. Matthew 13:15,28
So although paying of tithes is a good thing, if you don't repent of your sins, it cannot save you from hell!
You need to repent of your sins!
God bless. The pastor who eats the tithe will make heaven on his behalf. |

Goalnaldo: Recently I fell in love for the first time with this 23 year old. It felt great. this was the first time someone is calling me baby and having sleepless nights because of me (before you people begin to ask how old I am, I was born in 1992).
About three days ago we were texting on WhatsApp and I asked her how many ex she had had and her reply was "I can't remember". I was shocked 😲 I asked her if there are too many that's why she can't remember and she said "yes".
I'm concerned.for a 23 year old to have dated many men means she has multiple body counts. Will this affect me in the long run? What advice do you people have for me?
PS; I'm not a virgin My friend will you log out of this platform and go to bed?! Oniraanu omo kekere! |

Solofresh2: I came across this thread https://www.nairaland.com/7922825/husband-before-ask-wife-what and I see the OP trying to justify the saying "what does a woman brings to the table" anthem by men nowadays.
Saying a woman facing a difficult time giving birth to her child is a sacrifice is a no no.It is natural for a woman to give birth to a child, either difficulty or not.
It is also natural for a man to releases sperm,so as to impregnate a woman.
If a man find it difficult to impregnate a woman, will you call that a sacrifice too?
Infact, sacrifice is when a man provides everything for his woman because it is not compulsory.
Anybody can make money to provide for their own needs, not always waiting for your man to do everything for you.
It is your responsibility as a woman to carry your pregnancy if you want a child. Aiye ti baje. Women now see carrying their own children as a sacrifice? Chai. It is finished! |
Family › Re: I Love Her But At Almost 40 Years Old, I Cannot Ignore Her Fertility Issues. by Decarbonisation: 2:37pm On Nov 28, 2023 |
beekind: I am the 2nd born out of 2 children, my elder brother has been married for some time with no kids as a result I am super careful with issues relating to fertility. I am in my late 30s and have been dating a 27 year old lady for 4 months now, the relationship moved so fast as she is a perfect match for me . I have met her family and she has met mine, we are already planning marriage and have started counselling sessions in her church.
She complained of irregular periods so I told her to do a hormonal profile test and see a gynecologist, turns out she has got PCOS.
I have done my own fertility test and I am fine, I am at a cross road now, I cannot afford to struggle with child birth considering my age and also my only other sibling still also having issues with the wife also still trying to get pregnant after many years.
The only other option would have been to ask her to try for pregnancy before marriage but she is a virgin and wants to keep it that way till wedding, besides if I disvirgin her, how will I be able to walk away incase she doesn't get pregnant ?
I am at crossroads now, its not too late but walking away at this point will be very costly for me since we have already started plans towards the wedding and our families are already in touch.
My heart is heavy and I am confused, I need good advise as I cannot discuss this with anyone. Eeeyah |
