Whatever you do, try to take breaks by walking around after about an hour. This is important so as to exercise both ur hands, legs, waist and even ur eyes.
I know what i'm saying cos sometimes when i sit down working on web projects, i experience the same but taking breaks and pauses eliminates those joint cramps.

Obasanjo does not make free midnight calls. His line is a special line given to him by the telecom operator which allows him to make call free of charge till infinity meaning he does not buy credit. Telco companies always do that...i got to know of this from a friend. Her uncle who was once a serving governor in their state was paid a courtesy visit by one of the telecom companies and they gave him a complete SIM pack which was preloaded with an amount which i won't disclose here. She said he used it for over a year until he gave it to his daughter who came back on holidays from the US to continue the usage until the whole credit was exhausted.

Young man...you don't know me...I get back at people when they are relaxed and have forgotten all about the venom they spat at me. It does not matter how long it takes. Execution: On the day of the wedding after all the preparations and invitations, when an informant would have told me that the church is filled to the brim, i'll employ the services of an open trailer (long truck) that will convey the carcass of my burnt jeep to the church and on top of the jeep will be a very big billboard of her naked photo and the inscription, "You destroyed my car on "date of when the incident happend"...i won't allow you to destroy my life today "date of the wedding"! The most potent way to deal with corruption is to set an example using those who are guilty of it! Firstly, i'd make sure that all the past leaders of Nigeria and their croonies and are prosecuted in the court of law for various "evident" and glaring corrupt practices and given sentences from public execution to life imprisonment after which their assets will be seized!

Secondly, i'll cut down the sizes of the numerous ministries we have by getting rid of the useless and ineffective ones (eg: Women Affairs, NDDC, Special Duties etc),merging the ones which are inter-related and ensuring strict compliance to the functions and obligations of such ministries!

Overhaul the military and para-miitary and ensure that only degree holders are enrolled into membership especially the police!

Ensure that every politicial and public office holder declare his/her assets before taking an oath of office and after serving his/her time in order to discourage embezellment of public funds and money laundering which will be punishable by death!

Make provisions for every Nigerian to have his/her identity in a national central database to monitor both personal income and vocation so as to checkmate financial crimes and balance monetary income and lifestyle . Eg: a case where a vulcanizer will suddenly buy a BMW X5 (he'll have an explaination to do as to where the money came from) since that does not match his lifestyle.

Remove the control of Oil and petroleum products from the hands of private individuals to be controlled by the Govt/Min for Petroleum.

And finally, create a Min for Religious Affairs to enforce taxation on Pentecostal Churches based on membership and financial proceeds!

These are just the main things i will start with...there are still others but time will not permit me

The Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps has
arrested a driver, Olusegun Ajayi, for allegedly
raping a 15-year-old housemaid in Arepo, Ogun
State.
The NSCDC authorities said the suspect had canal
knowledge of the girl which caused her to bleed for
two days.
Ajayi, however, told PUNCH Metro that his act was
not rape since the victim consented. The suspect,
who claimed to be a devout Christian, said he did
not know the victim prior to the incident.
He said, "On Saturday night, I was returning from a
party and was about to enter my house when I saw
the girl sitting outside. I asked her what she was
doing outside late at night but she said she was
working in a house not far away from my
workplace and was sent to buy sweets by her
employer.
"She said she was locked outside and that she had
been knocking for hours but no one came to open
the door for her. I then told her to follow me to an
uncompleted building on the street. On getting to
the building, we saw a mattress there which had
been left behind by labourers. I asked her if she
could sleep alone there but she said no.
"So, I went back to my house to get a wrapper and
a pillow. Although my wife was not at home, my
mother-in-law was around. So, I left her with my
children and told her I would not be coming back
that night."
Ajayi, who claimed to be a father of three, said on
returning to where the victim was, he laid beside
her and began to caress her.
He said the victim did not resist his attempt but
requested for money before she would allow him
to sleep with her.
"I don't know what came over me but I found
myself touching her and she did not resist. Rather,
she said I should pay her N10, 000 for sex and I
promised to give it to her the following day.
However, a few minutes into the sex, she started
bleeding profusely which scared me," he said.
The indigene of Lagos State said he went back
home to get drugs as well as toiletries which he
would use to stop the bleeding.
He said when it was daybreak, he set out for work
but was summoned back home after which the
employees of the victim accused him of rape.
"I was on my way to Iporni in Lagos when my wife
called me that people were asking of me at home.
When I returned home, residents just started
beating me before handing me over to the civil
defence," he said.
In a desperate plea to the civil defence authorities,
the suspect said he did not know that the victim
was a minor. He added that his predicament was
the handiwork of the devil.
"I have three children, including a daughter. I
would never have touched that girl if I knew she
was 15. I am a devout Christian and I am a
responsible man. The devil preyed on my
weakness and I promise never to do such again,"
he said.
A source at the NSCDC, who craved anonymity,
said the victim was taken to hospital and that the
bleeding had stopped.
She however added that investigations were
ongoing and that medical report would determine
what happened.
"We believe that the victim was not only raped but
the suspect must have done something to her
because she lost so much blood. Once the medical
report is out, we will know the next line of action,"
she said.

Speaking in tongues is not wrong because it is biblical. But what i am not in support of is where some churches compel people to do that. The disciples in the bible were not compelled to speak in tongues but they spoke as they were led by the spirit. So any church that sits her new converts down and tries to give tutorials on speaking in tongues is getting it all wrong! I won't mention any church's name...they know themselves.
