The state governor need to declare war, they need the airforce for regular air patrols of the forest, government will need to evacuate any legitimate citizens living in the fringes of the forest areas, and a prolonged raid by helicopter gunships, and missiles into specified locations. Nigeria government need to buy or hire laser guided missile equipments and weaponry, they must use the billions of dollars to buy weapons, because Northerners, Southerners, everyone is dying...let us stop playing politics with human blood.
