How did this dumbass fool become senator? Anyway in Nigeria, anybody can become a senator. The problem is not herdsmen but the criminal elements among the herdsmen.

You could not more correct. When Oligarchy governments of Nigeria tend to spread development to northern region only, that breads contempt. How can governments and successive government of Nigeria for northern region keep spending commonwealth on northern region yet some airheads will preach restructure to me which terminates at the level of government. The only option left for Nigeria is total and unconditional disintegration.

Ned Nwoko is from Aniocha and not Agbor, he maybe right if he claimed to be Igbo because we Agbor people equally sees Aniocha/Oshimili people as Igbo as well. You can't see any Agbor man that claimed to be Igbo but rather Bini, that is our route.

Compound lies from the pit of hell. The runaway Bini in Agbor, in some number, will always claim Bini lineage. However, the majority of people from Agbor are Igbo. I had a friend from Agbor whose surname is pure Igbo. I put the above crap of not being Igbo to him and he vehemently disowned the crap.

Igbos would continue to suffer for their attache by force. For years, they have claimed the people of Rivers and Delta North as Igbos but forget that when it comes to appointments, since they are not trusted, their "slot" would be given to these people who are not Igbos. Keep claiming Ikwerre, Ika, Ndokwa people and that is what would keep happening. For example, the CBN governor (from the same place as the CDS) is considerede to be using an Igbo slot.

The CDS full name is lucky eluonye onyenuche irabor, by the way.

Saboteurs are humans and still live among us. It is not a coincidence the real Igbo man seeks Republic of Igboland. The actualization of country known as Igboland will put this your silly crap to dead.

Lucky Eluonye Onyenuchea Irabor is not an Igbo man because he's not from your village?

This kind of misguided nonsense talk is the reason non-southeastern Igbos for decades now, have sworn never to be identified as Igbos again. But when it comes to Biafra, this same mouth you use in discriminating non-SE Igbos is the same mouth you will deploy in shouting "there are also Igbos in Delta, Rivers etc..."

The fool never identify himself as Igbo hence Lucky Irabor for a name. What stopped him from incorporating his given Igbo name in his official template? Unless truncated, Irabor is hardly Igbo. Any fool from my village would have worn an Igbo name as his\her surname.

Politics / Re: Lamido Blasts Tinubu, Amaechi, Others Over ‘silence’ On Attacks On Fulanis by Dedetwo(m): 9:45am On Jan 29, 2021
ijustdey:

A former governor of Jigawa State, Sule Lamido has accused leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) from the southern part of the country of being unfair to President Muhammadu Buhari and the Fulani ethnic group with their silence.

Lamido, while speaking with journalists in Kano categorically mentioned APC National Leader, Bola Ahmed Tinubu; Minister of Transport, Rotimi Amaechi; Minister of Labour, Chris Ngige and former Governor of Imo State, Rochas Okorocha among those whose silence has further exacerbated the hatred against the Fulanis.

Non of the APC leaders indicted by Lamido has reacted to the allegations as of the time of filing this report.

He said the ‘hatred’ against the Fulani ethnic group which reached a crescendo with ultimatums issued in Oyo and Ondo states for them to vacate was “fuelled as a result of the failure of the Nigerian government which is currently headed by a Fulani man (Buhari).

“Go on social media and see what they write about Fulanis. It is simply because our own son (Buhari) is there. Therefore, they read us (Fulanis) through him. When Jonathan was there, they called his people names.

“Buhari was the choice of Nigerians not just Fulanis. I am Fulani and I didn’t vote for Buhari. Ask Tinubu. What I am saying is that why can’t his (Buhari) people, Tinubu, his DG of Campaign, Amaechi and other APC leaders defend us and say ‘look, it is not all Fulanis’.

“The APC members who voted for Buhari, the Fayemis, the Rochas, the Fasholas, the Ngiges and all of them, the Soyinkas, who defended Buhari in 2014, why can’t they defend the Fulanis today?”, he asked.

He said the Fulani people are now endangered and persecuted and even sometimes referred to as aliens.

He added that kidnappings, banditry and other criminalities “are as a result of misgovernance and distrust among ethnic groups in the country, adding that the “Northern parts of the country are not safe and he wonder “why the outcry on Fulanis in the south when the Fulanis are generally a peace loving group of people.”

https://dailytrust.com/lamido-blasts-tinubu-amaechi-others-over-silence-on-attacks-on-fulanis

This fool called Sule Lamido did not mice words when he called out Tinubu, Amaechi, Ngige, Okorocha, Fashola about their silence in the issues faced by Fulani herdsmen known to have killed, kidnapped and raped people in southern Nigeria. He simply reiterated what have considered as slave and master relationship in APC. The southerners in APC were given voice only speak when Fulani interest in threatened regardless the consequences. It is a shame Nigeria is called a country. Anything less than total and unconditional disintegration of the shithole called Nigeria is dead on arrival.

I have not heard when the Nigerian army was invited when Yoruba and Igbo or Bini and Ijo had little misunderstanding. Is Nigerian army set up to protect Fulani people in Nigeria? Nigerian army, even mobile police, have no place when a case of miscue arises between ethnic groups in Nigeria. Buhari is convinced a group of Igbo boys in Nigerian army tried to terminate his career at the start. Buhari has no certificate and would have been among the first batch of unqualified officers from northern region of Nigeria who would have been kicked out of army by the boys behind January 15, 1966 coup.

Now carry your insult to the bank and Cash out.

Reduce the emotions and you will see properly. Why have we all been calling on government to clampdown on criminal herdsmen? If we all agree that it’s wrong for herdsmen to go about with guns killing people, we must also agree that it’s wrong for ESN to do the same.

In case you don’t know, ESN was set up by a secessionist movement. That alone is enough for the government to move quickly in dealing with the outfit. We must not wait till the outfit fully transforms into a terrorist group/ separatist militia to wage war against Nigeria before acting. Boko Haram will be a child’s play compared to ESN if the outfit is allowed to fester. Eastern governor either take legal control or FG use maximum force to quickly disband the outfit. There is no two ways about it.

What is the functions of Nigerian army? Is Nigerian army created to defend and protect Fulani and herdsmen? Why is Nigerian army readily deployed when the communities want the Fulani and herdsmen to vacate their lands? Secessionist or no secessionist movement, are Nigerians not matured enough to decide we head our different ways? If FG wants Nigeria to break, let see its maximum force. Today is not 1967. ESN is better equipped than initial units of Biafran army in 1967. The governors must thread very carefully.

BOTH THE The Army AND ESN are being accused of Perpetrating the unnecessary slaughter of Harmless Orlu Civilians, as if the shameful fact that citizens cannot in unmistakeable terms tell the conducts of the military from alleged terrorists is not good enough,

The Wise Governor From The East has decided to Order the same Military to Fish out the Perpetrators of the needless violence. One will think a smart leader will constitute an unbiased fact finding report before dishing out such a blanket marching order to an undisciplined force like our Army. The result will no doubt be the inexplicable disappearance of innocent Civilians and their corpses like we saw at the Lekki Toll gate during the Endsars Conundrum.

WE ALL WANT PEACE, BUT WE NEED JUSTICE MORE.
DIALOGUE REMAINS THE MOST EFFECTIVE SOLUTION.
VIOLENCE WILL MAKE US ALL LOSERS.
I SEE NO REASON FOR THE NEEDLESS BLOODLETTING, WHEN TALKING CAN SAVE LIVES.

Imo State does not have a dead governor. At least a dead governor would have been lying in state by now. Imo State have a cupboard skeleton as a governor. A real human being would informed the brigade commander in Obinze that there is a function for police and another for the army. The soldiers should be withdrawn to the barracks ASAP.

Why did the moronic brigade commander in Obineze not deploy the peasants in booths at Oguta when the Fulani herdsmen killed an innocent farmer? Mere asking the Fulani herdsmen to vacate Orlu, the stiff in Obineze deployed zombies called soldiers. This could escalate into a war!!!

Dude, vehicular number plates of Orlu and Owerri were nearly running equal in number of vehicles registrations during the 1980s, for example of how to gauge rates of urban development between cities then.

I gave you other examples with upgrading of Analog land lines telephone exchanges in Owerri and Orlu then to Digital exchanges, as well as public water supply system existing in Owerri and Orlu then.

It was as a result of Owerri having all tertiary education institutions of government in Imo state, as well as Orlu losing its public water supply system, that provoked population influx to Owerri from Orlu and Okigwe zones. That led to rapid urban expansion in Owerri. Not because Owerri is state capital.

Owerri was just another semi urban center when it was made capital of Imo state.

The bolded is laughable and induced me to remember old folklore about Orlu. It is easier to obtain a vehicular number plate from Orlu than Owerri. Must of the peeps who live in Owerri will go to Orlu or any other LGA headquarter to register their rides. I did the same thing while I lived in Owerri and most of my vehicles were registered in Orlu or even Okigwe.
