If a candidate wins 51% votes in one state and his opponent wins 49$ . He wins the state and the 49% does not count any more

So you can win an entire state by 10 votes and lose another state by 100000 votes
and still end of winning the presidency if the first state has more electoral college votes

A US based medical practitioner just died in Lagos because the hospitals do not have oxygen. The roads Nigerians build are not maintained and washed away at first sight of heavy downpour. There is no potable water and electricity remains a Christmas gift. Besides the private schools, Nigeria does not have good public primary and secondary schools anymore.
