PoliticsRe: Protest In Asaba Over Fulani Herdsmen by DeeMain(m):
fulanimafia:
No offence, but you sound quite ignorant.

While EVERYONE is against the activities of these criminal terrorists, is it not a betrayal of your education to make the above generalization, when northerners are not among perpetrators of the sickest and most barbarian crimes against humanity such as ritual killing, baby factories, human organ harvesting, armed robbery, drug trafficking etc? Has anyone called for the entire region of the perpetrators to be excised?

The fact remains that the only reason that ethnicity is attached to these criminals is political, mixed with the ethnic bigotry inherent in an increasing number of Nigerians. Death to the criminal herdsmen.
Beautiful nonsense.

When few Igbos officers and a couple of Yorubas carried out the '66 coup it was convenient for your people to label it an Igbo coup and judge all Igbos as guilty and murder over 40,000 Igbos in the pogrom that followed. Till this day the Hausa-Fulani are unapologetic and gloat of a repeat of the genocide if Igbos provoke them.

Was the only reason Igbo ethnicity was attached to the ' 66 coup plotters political mixed with ethnic bigotry inherent in the Hausa-Fulani ? Was politics and ethnic bigotry the reason why a generation of Igbos were wiped off like ants?

Again I say, beautiful nonsense.

CrimeRe: Kidnappers Den Demolished In Nkporo, Abia by DeeMain(m): 9:56pm On Apr 15, 2016
Here's the full story from John Okiyi Kalu's FB page :

Osula.......onye agbala oso!

Last week the military stormed Nkporo to rescue a kidnap victim.
The trader was kidnapped at Aba by this man, Agbai Kalu, and his gang members and hid at a private house at Nkporo. They demanded and collected ransom of N6m and were still sharing the money when soldiers of 14th brigade were tipped off and they stormed the house, rescued the victim, recovered the money and arrested Agbai while another gang member jumped to death and one escaped under fire.

When the good people of Nkporo heard about the evil perpetrated by Agbai they were enraged that such a thing happened in their domain and joined in demanding immediate action and repercussion for the kidnapper. If they had not been appealed to they would have destroyed the whole family and kindred of the kidnappers. Including the dead one. But they still want to ostracize them from their community for giving the peaceful town of hard working people a bad name.

Today, Governor Okezie Ikpeazu despatched bulldozers to level the house where the kidnappers hid their victim. It is now totally down and uninhabitable while Agbai and his gang await inevitable Justice.

Na part one una dey see. Even campus cultists will regret operating in Abia when Okezie is Governor.

Those who want to work will get jobs via various agencies and Govt programs while those who are self employed will be supported to excel.

But those who want to kidnap and rob others should look at this picture and prepare for Governor Okezie Ikpeazu.

Bullet plus bulldozers are terrible rewards for evil work on earth. Hell fire later. Change your ways or run from Abia now.

Abia must be made safe for Abians and visitors.

JOK

NB: students cultists at Abiapoly and Absu should rush and deregister from those schools if they like their parents.

OohLalah:
Aaaargh man! What happened to the Igbos' favourite line "One Nigeria" when it suits you and when you have want to bully locals in their own lands? You people are irritating by complaining too much. When you have real issues to complain about no one will take you serious.
why don't you look at this as, igbos are free to travel do business everywhere in Nigeria and in the world so do the Fulani have the rights to let their cattle graze everywhere in Nigeria.

They don't consume their meat on their own, do they? you do as well, so you benefit from the bread basket.

Btw, i am not even Nigerian! huh
Your contribution is as shallow as it is pitiable.

Igbos have been at the forefront of secession or disintegrating Nigeria not One Nigeria because of age-long blatant injustices like those currently being perpetrated by Fulani herdsmen. If Igbos or any other ethnic group had been the ones killing others systematically for this long over the years, a pogrom would have been sanctioned to decimate "those who want to dominate others"

Some Igbos may shout 'One Nigeria' as sacarsm or to make a point to rile others. They were forced back into Nigeria after the loss of 3 million lives, remember? If you forced them back and don't want them to go why not embrace them? Why still the hate and antagonism?

Your analogy of comparing Igbo traders with herdsmen falls flat. You are comparing peaceful capitalist trading with Cattle herding by the fourth most violent terrorist group in the world? Kai minini?

But most importantly, dump science.

4. If Elrufai had really said that, scientific findings by geoexperts would have informed his announcement n not assumptions.
5. I ll only agree u can present the statistics of both deposits for us to compare n I ll apologize. If not, won't settle anything less, naaaa,!

have u any statistics to back your disclaim? have you read the result of the exploration El Rufai is talking about viz a viz d SA gold deposit? please reason like educated person jor
I almost ignored your insult but changed my mind. Let me educate you.

My argument is as a result of the following :

1. Based on the Geology of the lands : Based on the lay of Africa, it's as if God drained all the metals from the lands of all the countries in Africa and allowed it to settle at the bottom of the continent. Just like heavy materials would settle down to the bottom of liquids. Guess the country at the bottom of the continent? You are right, SA.

2. The Witswatersrand region alone is the number one gold mine in the world. Now add that to the other regions and mines in SA that are blessed with gold too.

So brotherly, I hope I have convinced you that it's highly unlikely that Kaduna, a state in Nigeria, has more gold than the entire SA.

That midget called El Rufai is a shameless lier, he thinks he is talking to almajiris. Some states in Nigeria has gold no doubt but the quantity is relatively small & that is why international gold mining corporations have remained uninterested in investing living only individual Nigerians & foriegners like the Chinese, Ghanains etc to be mining them illegally.

Pure hyperbole. Blatant exaggeration. Kaduna may have huge deposits of gold but comparing the gold in Kaduna to that of SA is inane and disingenious .

SA's stockpile of gold and diamond and etc is so humongous that many years ago, a generation of Oyibo had to denounce their home countries to forcefully take over SA mines from black aboriginals .

They never went back home. This was the beginning of what we call Apartheid.

While I do not support the act of mocking people who have lost relatives to violence, you should understand Igbo psychology.

Some Igbos do that because Nigeria killed 3 million of their kith and kin - innocent children, women and men - during the Civil war and when they complain they are told to stop blaming others for their problems and move on. Many even taunt Igbos to this day with haunting images of kwashiokored children and threaten to repeat the carnage again.

If you were Igbo how would you see what is happening in Nigeria today especially as it has close resemblance to what led to the war (the pogroms)?

Revisionists.

Victors write histories.

The vanquished have their stories buried in their hearts.

After the coup of 66, there was celebration all over the country, West, South, North. People were tired of the political class. The problem started when people noticed later that no Igbo polictician was killed. The plot for revenge was hatched by Northern elites, Northern soldiers and the British secret service.

The story of Igbo celebration in the North was a propaganda created by feudal forces to whip up sentiments for the premeditated genocide that followed thereafter.

The stories were cooked up to make the pogrom: that well- planned, detailed, cold blooded murder of innocent men and women look sexy.

When the revenge killings started why didn't they stop with the cruel murder of almost all the Igbo soldiers stationed in the North? No, all Igbos must pay for the sins of a few. So to justify their evil, that story was fabricated.

FamilyRe: Pls Help, My Mother Kept This Secrete From Me For 25yrs by DeeMain(m):
Your mum didn't mean harm to you. She's been living with a huge burden all these years. She was in matrimonial pain and to cope with that she cheated on her husband. Sin number one.

To cover up one sin she needed other sins : Not opening up to her husband on the owner of the child ; not letting you know of your real dad even when you became of age.

Why would she do that? No, she's not evil, she doesn't hate you nor detest her husband. There is no sinister motive. The reason is just FEAR.

Fear of what will people say? A woman of God? Tufiakwa! She fears a scandal too big for her will unravel and decimate her and all she's built.

Second, Fear of you. Why complicate your life further? If I tell him can he handle it? Won't it kill him? Will he still look at me as a good mother or role model? Will my son still trust me?

You see, one sin has set in motion a complicated network of actions and behaviours and outcomes. Unintended consequences. That's what it's called.

We all make mistakes. We all sin. Even the best of us.

Forgive her. Don’t make things worse for her. Trust me your mum must have been through hell all these years. Even right now. She's been paying for her sins. It's her cross. May God forgive her.

Bring closure to things. Meet your dad. Be a man. It's never the same after a certain age, nevertheless be brave. Half bread is better than chinchin. Besides you never know.

Be strong. Be open. Be forgiving. Have courage. Life may yet have great things in store for you.

Remember, fortune favours the brave.

@ OP your problem is lack of discernment.

That you do not know the difference between the two cases is shocking to me.

Rape is a crime. Crimes happen in the North as well as in the South.

In the Yunusa Yellow case:

A Northern Moslem adult kidnaps a child from Bayelsa, converts her to Islam through the active connivance of the Sharia Commision, keeps her under the custody of the Kano Emirate, sleeps with her while the authorites actively prevent her mother from rescuing her daughter for many many months . Worse, the mother's life is threathened and she runs for dear life...

Here Yunusa, Sharia Commision and the Emirate are key characters in Ese's kidnap story.

Do you see the difference ? Do you now recognize the reason for the outrage in the predominantly Christian South?

Your use of the word civilisation is limited - every culture is civilization
Civilisation is not what the white man brought!

And also mass cannibalism practised on Muslims by Berom in the North - is cannibalism part of the "civilisation" the Christian Beroms imbibed
What is the cause of the perennial clashes between the Tivs and Jukuns in the North
Both are Christians - why don't we ascribe it to their religion?
Why is Islam the cause of any clash between a Muslim of a tribe and others

Father Kukah is Father Kukah; He is not God Kukah
And what he not making excuses for GEJ the other day - that his thievery should be forgiven be cause he conceded defeat?
Father Kukah is a Christian - I wonder when a statement by Oyegun of APC will be taken as an objective and definitive comment on PDP
I reckon that the Christian who refused to recognise the US Supreme Court judgment on h-o-m-o-s-i-c-k marriage is mixing his Christian faith with the supremacy of man-made law

BTW - how is democracy working for the blacks in America?
Looks like Black Lives don't matter in, and mix with, democracy

And who are you sir?
Your opinion on this becomes irrelevant as long as you are not a Muslim
Why should Clinton be concerned about the constitution of the GOP?
What is modernity? - succumbing to atheism and a practice that animals even will not stoop low to practice?
The problem with Nigerians is inferiority complex; most arguments raised against Islam are forged in the West!
I have not seen anything

Your argument is sophistry designed to obfuscate
What rights do Christian women have that muslim women lack?
And the "mensurating little girls" tag is designed to make the matter emotive = ala "yours daughters and wives"

No need to in so many words
The unquestioning applause suffices

Orchestrated by Christians who always shout Islamisation of Nigeria though the problem is their desire for a Christian Nigerian state
Public schools are filled with ideas and procedures slanted towards Christianity - Christians abhor polygamy and detest a multi-religion state
What is the punishment for all these pastors doing it with underaged girls
Pour anointing oil on their manhood?

Please let it be known that these noise is not about justice for the girls
But a determination for a bad name for Islam
I could puncture a million holes in your argument but what's the point? Religious debates are unwinnable and create bad blood on both sides. Lose - lose. I shouldn't have bothered. Best wishes bro.

Unending discord: Historically, in Nigeria, Islam and civilization has been clashing repeatedly ad infinitum. The result is the many religious riots and carnage and killings in the name of Allah in the North.

Father Kukah: Islam and democracy don't mix well together.

Personally, I think the religion needs to be rejigged to make it compatible with mordernity.

Grain : There are rights and privileges of womanhood conferred on menstruating little girls by Islam that secular society does not and abhors. These things create confusion and are easy sources of conflict in the society.

On Bakare: Never said that. But you are free to feed your imagination however you want.
