And by the way, such high visa charges are made to checkmate unserious applicants. Nigeria can reciprocate the move. Visa fees serve as administrative costs and help to run the offices. All countries charge visa fees.

I have to agree. Oh by the way, I have no issues with visa charges. I do feel though that the whole or at least part should be refunded to rejected applicants. Personally I have no further interest in visiting the USA ever again in my life save its necessary for business.
