The Court declined to hear the appeal . Every year the court debljnes tk hear appeals ,I don't know the reasons it gave ,maybe you can tell me.

As regards counting votes by election day,the court found there is no federal law that specifies when ballots should be received. Thus if a state can decide to count post marked ballots after 40 days, no federal law blocks that. Thus Court said Congress can fix that loophole .

Look at human sexuality. We are one of the creatures that has sex at all times of the year (we don't have a specific period of heat or mating). Sexual maturity comes at puberty. For a man if he is celibate sexually he will have wet dreams. Also both men and women get attracted to multiple people. These facts of nature tell us that what is natural for humans is quite different from the man made and religion enforced monogamy. And many societies recognize this in their culture.

I voted NO because in a marriage, there must not be room for any of the spouses to have intercourse with another person other than their lawfully wedded spouses.
