Prayer will not get you into heaven though. Not according to the words of Jesus Christ. And following what He taught, you become a citizen of heaven from right here on earth.

The disciples of Jesus Christ found out from Jesus Christ, long before there deaths that there was a place for them in Heaven. Shouldn't everyone else who is a follower of Jesus Christ have the same knowledge? undecided
prayer will not take me there. guy, I will pray and continue to pray that I end up in heaven. you can do whatever you want.

Many people don't know the real reason why Messi don't want to leave Barca. Messi want to detate everything. from the dressing room to tactics to everything. And no coach will give him that.

You know @ the bolded is not what I meant.

The word of God ministers differently does not mean its not absolute. Mind you, there have instances in the bible where the word of God was not absolute. Like when He sent His prophet Isaiah in the book of isaiah 38:1-5 to tell king Hezekaiah that he would die from his illness but after the prayed God changed His words and extended the kings life by 15 years.. So??
You can't search out God or stereotype Him.
Don't mind him. He didn't let the guy land. I don't know how he is feeling

Bacteriologist:
The word of God doesn't even always work for Christians. How much more someone who's not a Christian?

The probability that a "word of faith" works for the strongest Christian in the world (imagine there's there's a list grin) isn't any different from that of getting a head in a coin toss.

Talk less of a so-called non-christian who is hell bound? What are the odds?
The word of God doesn't always work for christian, really. The only time the word of God won't work a Christian is when it is not applied with faith. The word of God works for any body. A non Christian can say the word of God into any situation and it will work for her.

Mimivicy:
Morning all,
Am a lady of 23 years and a born again Christian,.
I live with my uncle and his family, two months ago he called and told me am of marriageable age and I have to pray really well if I want to get a good husband and God's will...he gave me prayer points and I prayed about it...a month after I forgot about it since I didn't see any sign..

Then there is this guy we went to same higher institution but he was higher than me in school..
We were casual friends and he is a Christian..we also attended the same church in school...he chat me up on WhatsApp after a long time of no contact and we got along well joking online and all....he is done serving and also working....but am still in school.

He voiced out to me last month that he wants to marry me and I asked him if he prayed about it he said yes and told me to pray about it too...
I did pray about it and after like a week I had a dream about him...I wasn't convinced yet so I went into prayer again... This time I had a dream again.... I was still not convinced about him ..though I didn't tell my uncle about it or he would pray and pray and even tell all the pastors to pray about it....so I decided to give the guy a try....we haven't seen each other since after school so we only call and chat...just last week we were chatting and he got talking about sex...
I told him I can't do sex before marriage and he told me I have to if he wants it....
I was really shocked and I told him off never to contact me again....
He apologized and I let it go but am having doubts about him now...
I went to God in prayer again but this time no dream, nothing.
And besides I only like this guy as a friend
Should I tell my uncle about it or just tell the guy off..
Pls advice ,thanks.
Haaaaaaaa my sister please pray. it is for your own good. the guy that is asking for sex before marriage is not a Christian. I made the same mistake and am currently regretting it. I did pray but didn't wait for God confirmation, now my whole was in mess. Am just trying to pick the pieces. please pray. you will not regret at the end ooooo

WINNERSMOG:
Healed of Enlarged Heart via Soul-Winning!

For three years, I suffered from severe chest pain, but this year, it became very severe. I went through series of tests and I was diagnosed with cardiomegaly (an enlarged heart).

As a result, my heart valves were not working properly. I was told that there is no other way out except I undergo a surgery, which stands a 50-50 chance.

Before I would be scheduled for the surgery, I was told to go for a test called echocardiogram.

That week, Papa said that if nothing about God moves us, then nothing about us will move God. Those words struck me and I engaged in soul-winning and Kingdom advancement prayers, in spite of the pains.

Thereafter, I went for the test and the result showed that my heart was not enlarged.

When I told my cardiologist, she shared my testimony at the reception of the hospital and a Muslim lady, who was diagnosed with the same health challenge, gave her life to Christ.

Today, I am healed of cardiomegaly. I engaged in ‘Operation by all means(soul winning)’ and God healed me by all means. I give Him all the glory!

Adebiyi Jemimah
I will forever serve you Lord

And you go about thinking that spreading that lie in the name of God somehow cancels the fact that it was always a lie

I know what is written there, what I don't know is how you think it applies here.

What has grace to do with whether or not one can be sick as a Christian or a prophet? undecided
That means you don't know. And mind you, we are talking about Elisha how he is a prophet of God with glory and power, and I am letting you know that though we serve the same God with Elisha but we under grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, have more of the grace of God. Elisha was under law but we are under the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. if you don't know all this basic, I wonder how you became a Christian in the first place
